Toney has been cutting my sons hair for quite some time. He is thorough, keeps him calm and always does a great job! Recently I decided to go in for a short haircut and I gotta say; I love it! He is a perfectionist, and makes sure you are happy and satisfied with the results before that apron comes off and u get out of that chair. You mite have to wait; but he is worth it.

Tony is currently a one man show. But he is getting it done. I have gone to many barber shops ranging from California, Florida and here. His attention to detail is unmatched. No matter if there is a single person after or 20 waiting, he takes his time with the haircut. He genuinely cares of the outcome as if it was his own haircut.

Brought my son here today and he does not like getting his hair cut at all. The barber was a nice guy who joked with him a little to put him at ease and I can say it’s the best haircut and haircut experience he has had in the last 5+ years. I will definitely come here as long as I live in Jacksonville and highly recommend you do too!

The best Barber we have went to for my son. He was very kind, knowledgeable and respectful person. By far the best hair cut my son has ever gotten. This is now the only place I will take my son for a hair cut. I also forgot to mention that it was only $12. So you will not be breaking the bank to get a great hair cut.

Took my two kids and little brother to get a haircut and he did a excellent job. He is very patient. My youngest hates haircuts and was crying but he talked to him while he was getting his cut and followed through. Highly Recommend for anyone trying to get a great cut.

Fantastic barbershop, the owner takes pride in every haircut, takes his time and truly cares about the customers. I searched for a year in onslow county and drive the extra distance to get a haircut here. Give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

Sparky has great deals for military cuts! It is way better than the barber on base, which pushed you through like a chicken farm!

Sparky is an AMAZING barber, and an awesome guy. Weve been going there for years, and consider him our family friend. He is EXCELLENT with my 6 year old, and my 2 year old! He has been cutting both since they were itty-bitty. You cant go wrong here. CLEAN establishment. Hes always scoring the highest marks on inspections. A+ ratings across the board!

Only downfall being that there is only two barbers and little space. Great cuts and great price! Highly recommend it, especially for Marines who need a cut so often.

My husband and I stumbled upon Sparky’s when we were first stationed to Camp Lejuene! We loved the atmosphere and how he wouldn’t let you leave with a messed up haircut! I have been going to see Sparky for about 4 years now, great little barber shop. Sparky always has good conversation, and friendly atmosphere. The way sparky runs his shop is reminiscent of the old school barbershop, where the barber knows everyone and makes you feel like your part of the family. Sparky will NOT let you leave with a chopped up hair cut. He takes his time giving you the haircut youre expecting to receive. This barbershop doesnt blast loud music either. He has 2 tvs with either sports, news or for the kids hell put cartoons on.

Dont go here if you need the top of your head cut. I said take of half an inch and they cut of half my hair. Not to mention there are roups of hair that didnt get cut and make me unable to style my hair without looking stupid.
