Went in without any thought of what I wanted. I went in kinda after they opened for business so i was able to get seen right away by London. Was asked what i was looking for and I told him straight out I had no idea what I wanted and that I was an open canvas to do whatever he thought would look good. And boy did he make me look fresh. Never had a cut the way hes cut my hair and love it. If you need a clean, fly cut, this is the place to go. London has definitely made a patron of me from now on.

My boyfriend had went their one day after a bad haircut and the haircut was so good, he has not went anywhere else since and it’s been well over a year now. I would definitely recommend this barber shop to anyone that loves their hair as much as my boyfriend does!

Finding a barber shop is hard. Well, technically there are tons of barber shops around I should say finding the perfect barber shop and the perfect Barber is damn near impossible. Ive lived in Jacksonville for 7 years going on 8 and I must say this place has improved astronomically since I first visited 2 today. Ive attached a bunch of photos the Showcase a well-designed the entire place is and it has kind of a homey atmosphere so to speak. This means it feels really welcoming. Now as far as The Barbers, youre going to have to find one that works for you. I personally use Will and D. I have nothing but great things to say about both of these guys. Today I called will ask him if he could squeeze me in and of course he tried to accommodate and he was able to squeeze me in. I dont know about you but when I go to a shop or barber shop I want everything to be done a certain way meaning you want what you want its that simple now if you have a barber like will he will take his time to understand what your needs are and accommodate you accordingly. After sitting in his chair for about a half an hour I was pleasantly surprised at the job he did. I was so grateful well I wouldnt say grateful I would say more happy and ecstatic those are me the words that would kind of describe the situation but I was I was really happy with the job he did and Im even taking the time to write review about his Barbershop. If you havent been here before then I would really recommend you take the time out and go here youre going to be happy with the results... I mean really what more can I say? Just try it you will love it!

Ive been coming here for the past few months and have had my hair cut my Chris and Dallas. Both are awesome and pay attention to all the details. They dont rush you out of the seat to get to the next person like other shops.

First Class Barbershop one of the best barbershop in Jax hands down. Clean and welcoming environment when you walk in the shop. I love their attention to details when they cutting your hair or tape up. Most barbers I’ve visited go as fast as they can so they can to get to their next appointment but not Fist Class Barbershop. Found this place because of google,I was in desperate need of a good haircut I’ve had no luck since I moved here. When I walked in I was greeted and ask if I had an appointment or I was a walk in. The barber available was the first chair on the right (Frankie) I think his name was, he did my cut excatly the way I said I wanted it and even suggested I try something different and man does my wife love it and so do I. I will recommend him to all of my friends and family. Thank you guys you just landed a life time customer!

My haircut looked good but it was nothing like the picture I showed the barber. Also, I called beforehand to see if someone would be in who could do designs in my buzz cut and was told to come in around 1 but that I wouldnt need an appointment. I came in at 1 and proceeded to sit there for over an hour and wait because- you guessed it- I hadnt been offered an appointment.In response to the owner: I was there back in September and posted a picture of my cut. I was not at a different location. I do not blame my barber for the wait, I blame poor protocol.

I moved back to Jax after living in the DC area for 3 years. One of the worst parts about moving is finding a new barber shop and a barber that you like. I tried two other barber shops and barbers in the area and was VERY disappointed. The quality of the cuts was subpar at best! I found First Class Barber Shop on Google and decided to try them out. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. All barbers can cut very good! I chose Will and it was one of the best decisions I ever made! Hes detailed oriented and takes pride in his art/work. I have yet to receive a haircut that was average. EVERY haircut is EXCELLENT!!! Whether you go to Will, Graham, Dee, or Che (not sure of the spelling) you will not be disappointed.

Terrible first experience for my son with a female named “Jaee ” she is very unprofessional, and haircut wasn’t that great. Disappointed :/ no line up,blend wasn’t that good. I’m looking her licensing information up as well to make sure she can practice barbering because it don’t seem like she knows to much of what she is doing.

I visited this place as a walk in, for the first time ever 2 wks ago, they were awesome with my sons, and the hair cuts were top notch, they were so patient with my young boys, I will be visiting again, next time my boys need a cut, and I would recommend it to a friend.

I didnt notice a cash only transaction,had to use there Atm to pay for my haircut 3 dollar fee for that.she was asked to leave a little in the front so I could flip it up she missed that part, so it was a basic cut around the ears ..not terrible, but 25.00 for the cut was a little pricey, there more of a specialized haircut, just not the average barber but nice people.
