Place is alright but I asked for a medium fade, man literally faded me all the way to the top of my head and pretty much gave me a faded high and tight. Not worth $12, literally any kid with clippers would be better off with a youtube video.

5 stars absolutely recommend the shop, get my cut every other Sunday for work, with continued compliments from co workers, any Military or Marines that need a cut, this is the place to go.

This place is very spacious and inviting. The staff is always friendly.

10/10 would recommend making this your go to place. My husband is a Marine, and we had just gotten back from a 10 hour drive Sunday night. And of course after taking leave he needed to get his hair trimmed up again. So we hurried to try and make it there before the shop closed, but made it just minutes late. One of the guys (who knows my husband comes here every time to get his hair cut) saw us about to pull away, and called us back over to make sure my husband was able to have his hair trimmed in time for work tomorrow.. even though he had just closed up shop for the night. So grateful that guy was there and still let us come in. Definitely a great place.

Went to Fade One for the past 3 years. There have been some good barbers and not so good but you have to know what your want and not be afraid to tell the barber. Green is the best barber there.

Says its open till 9 pm on Thursday. Its only 8 pm, Thursday. OPEN sign is on and door is locked. A mop bucket is in the middle of the floor. Knocked the on door and waited a few minutes, noone came out.

Best barber in the shop is Green hands down. Unlike others he takes his time and makes sure the customer gets what they asked for. If you want a good fade with straight lines ask for Green, you wont be disappointed.

I took my son to get his hair cut last night, without a picture the man cut it the way my son wanted and paid all attention to detail of the cut, and his lines were all perfect. It was busy and he didnt over rush anything just to get done and on to the next one. Very happy with the hair cut. My son also said he was really nice and talked to him about school and stuff.Overall experience was great

Green, the dude with the durag always on, is easily the best barber in the place. All around best fades I’ve been able to get in Jacksonville. Highly recommend

Been here three times since August 2018 and had my hair cut between Jess and Will...you can’t go wrong; however, they don’t seem to open on time or as advertised on their door or Google maps. For instance, this picture was taken on September 10th at 9:48am...and they weren’t open.30 Sept update: Green cut my hair today and did great; highly recommend him.So far the only “issue” is with them not opening on time. Otherwise, the hair cuts and prices are great.

I believe the owner cut me but the wait was very short and they do very good fades. Very reasonably priced as well

My sons went in there two different times. They both asked for close to scalp and trimmed on top. The same gentleman cut their hair very nice on the sides but butchered the top. Took several inches off the top instead of a trim. My youngest son got the worst. The guy cut off his widows peak. Left it about a 1/2 inch long. It sticks out of the top of his head. I wouldn’t let this man cut your hair.

Walked into this barber shop at 5:30. The barber that cut my hair was to busy talking on his cell phone to pay attention that I asked for a medium fade and a trim on top. He gave me a really high fade and brushed my hair to the side and didnt trim it at all. He and more interested in hooking up with the girl he was talking to on the phone than cutting my hair. I had to go to another barber shop to fix it. Worst experience ever, I will never go back. I will shave it myself before I ever let this place cut it again.

My son got a haircut I feel that the beautician that cut his hair was being shamed by the owner. He walked over to give her change and made her cry period never returned again because my son felt so bad for the lady he wanted to pay her more than what the haircut was actually worth. And I felt humiliated and embarrassed by the owner. You should treat your stylers better

Yeah I needed a haircut and I got one here before and it was pretty good so I came back. I got here at 9am on a Wednesday which is when they say theyre open and they werent. I waited like an hour and no one showed up.

So I asked for a low fade, leaving the top a little long as I wanted to start doing something different. The guy gave me more than a high fade. He buzzed over the the top of the sides of my head making it look like I had a tupee on at the top. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Had him shape up my beard as well and nothing was lined up on my kneck and he shave one side of my chin and not the other. On top of all this mess he decides to charge me 25$. Gave me his business card. That is in the garbage in the shop. Terrible experience. Do not go there. Fade Factor is the place to go I just didn’t want to wait all day. So pissed

St. Louis gave me the best haircut ive had (period). All the guys in there know what theyre doing.I was shopping later that day and had a couple of gentlemen ask me where i got my haircut because they were impressed by the quality.

If the door is locked find somewhere else to get your hairncut. Went there at 5pm on a Tuesday. Hours on the door say open until 9pm. Sign says open and the doors were locked. Waited around for about 30mins and left. Another guy that was walking away said he had been waiting about 30 minutes.
