First time at this barbershop. Was able to get in right away so sat down in a young girls chair but as the haircut went on, the guy came over and sounded like he was teaching her and ended up finishing the haircut for the most part. The haircut turned out fine but I did not know this person just started. Not too happy with the fact I was not told she was in training. I guess Id advise to make an appointment if youre new.

This place is Great! Good people. I’ve used Patti for 2 years now. I’ve also referred dozens of friends and family. She is very sweet and professional. 5 stars!

Mike has been cutting my hair for 20 years, solid person and great Barber, why would I go to a chain store and spend more money when he is the best.

Always a great haircut for my 8 year old son.Located in the shopping center where Old Saint Augustine Road Meets Philips highway near rebounders. Its tucked in there but you should be able to see if from the road.For my son its about $15 which is about $4 more than the super cuts nearby... but oh you get the difference in the quality of the cut.They are always super friendly and provide a good quality haircut consistently. Additionally the hair cuts look good which pleases my son.Overall this is a great place to get your hair cut.

If you are looking for a good barber and very reasonable price look no furthere! This is the place for you.. i’ve been to almost all barber shops around town and all the price are at least $35/$50 bucks. This place cut my har the same way those place did for only $17!!!! On time and great place as well. And Mike is your man in this place and i’m sure everyone in that place are great too but mike ia definitely the top barber with 35 years of experience.

A good hair cut for a great price

Been going to MSH since it first opened. Ive been going for quite some years now and never been disappointed. Give Jim, Mike, Meghan or Patti a call and set yourself up an appointment.

We just moved into the area and this was the first place to pop up when I googled barber shops near me. Saw they had a great rating. Called to make an appointment and Patty did my haircut. I wasnt sure what to expect but she did an amazing skin fade. We had great conversation. I took her card to make an appointment for my next haircut. You should try her out shes very experienced.

My husband went there and told me the the manager/owner or whatever he was kept gossiping about his employees. You can lose customers by doing that!! The haircut was okay but the man was not acting prefessional. My husband wont be going back there.

Patty is the woman to see! On top of being personable, she knows her stuff! I barely got the words out of my mouth of what I wanted before she completed my sentence for me in greater detail than I could have described. And she gave me a great description for what to give future barbers as I am only transiting through the area. I was in and out in 20 minutes and it is easily top 3 in the best haircuts I have ever gotten. She has been practicing her craft for quite a long time and it shows. I wish she could be my personal barber!

I been taking my two boys to Main Street Haircuts for nearly three years. Jim and Mike are great barbers they are really patient and accommodating to my family.

The barbers are all great and they have a very good atmosphere. The childrens Haircuts are good and the barbers do a good job of interacting with the kids.

I was in Jax for the weekend to Vista my dad and needed hair cut for my boys. Read the reviews all stellar so I said lets go. The place rocks it was fast super, friendly and they did a great job.

I cannot say enough about Megan here at Main Street - Ive been going to her for 6 months. She is really talented and fast - I will really miss going here when we eventually move!

Excellent atmosphere, surely will return

New in town stopped in for a hair cut. Didn’t realize I needed an appointment, but took me right away. Great barber shop most of the barbers seemed very pleasant and personable. I did get a great haircut, however I wasn’t thrilled with the guy with the long hair and how he talked about the customer that just left his chair. To me that seemed very unprofessional.

Went in on New Year’s Eve. Absolutely terrible haircut. Asked for a bald fade. There is a noticeable bald spot above my ear and 2 very hard lines on the back of my head. Terrible, can’t believe I walked around all day with this haircut and didn’t immediately get it fixed.

The service here is fantastic and Ive always been fortunate enough to walk right in and sit down for a haircut. Everyone there does a fantastic job at cutting your hair and its almost the exact same cut every time. There is always good conversation no matter who you have cut your hair and its a quick service that is very reasonably priced. There are so many regulars that I see coming in and its good that they have established that much loyalty to their customers.

The boy king came out looking great after his haircut with Blake! Super friendly staff and being that my son has a huge cow lick; going to a barber shop is definitely what we need to stick to. We will be making a second trip here for sure! Highly recommend.

Were visiting in town for a loss in the family and my husband & son needed haircuts. We came here and the staff was AMAZING! Blake did great with the haircuts for both. Very sharp.The staff was extremely friendly, had toys for my little ones. Blake was great with my son, even blew his nose at one point! I will bring them here whenever were in town.

Excellent skill here. The owner was the one who cut my hair. He apparently has been in the business for a total of 23 years, it shows too. The cut was fast and looks great. I went from long shaggy hair all over to a tight undercut with enough on top to style in about 10 mins. Good price too

Moved from Pittsburgh and needed to find a new barber and I was not disappointed, everyone was friendly, great prices, and very quick without sacrificing quality! Woman with tattoo sleeve and red hair(didnt catch her name) does a phenomenal job!

You have to ask for Megan Armstrong when you go in!! Megan has been cutting my hair for years and is by for the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! A lot of people who cut your hair are over priced and don’t offer a good haircut. Megan is by far the best I’ve ever gone to and I promise you she won’t disappoint you with a bad haircut. If you want a great haircut and a great person to chat with you must ask for Megan!!

Great place to go! Ive had a great experience with each barber in there and never left disappointed. They are very tentative to what you have to say and do a fantastic job. Only place my son and I will go now.

The entire staff is nice. Mike, the owner, is very personable and has cut my hair several times. Always does a great job. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes, but I usually go at off-peak times during the week. Conveniently located a short drive from Nocatee, it has become my go-to place for a consistently good cut..

I have been there several times and dealt with Mike & David. Both men are really good guys andvery attentive to details. Best of all I get a constantly great haircut every time. I will go nowhere else.

The staff is consistent and very friendly. My son actually looks forward to going for a haircut. They do a great job every time.

I just recently moved from Chicago to Ponte Vedra and was searching for a barber shop. Today I walked into Main Street, actually my first barber shop (my mom was a former hair stylist lol), for the first time, and felt comfortable immediately. I told Mike what I was looking for and he did an awesome job. They now have a repeat customer!

Unable to do a basic mens haircut. Ended up with patches of long hair on top with non-symetric lengths on the sides.
