Ive been going to VIB barbershop for about five years now, Im a once a week customer and absolutely rave about this place to everyone I know. Great customer service, great people and the owner is even a barber himself so you know hes legit. Love this place. Ive been with these guys since they open(4+ years now). There are several different Barbers there who offer a wide variety of skill sets and technique.Personally I go there to have my beard cut and styled (I have a shaved bald head). Jorge is my barber and has been for years now.If youre in search for a new barber shop or Barber this is the place to go.

I arrived there at 6:40pm when there were four barbers in there and one asked me if I had an appointment. I told him no. He said they were closed. I told Google said you close at 7pm he said yea but we take our last customer at 6:30 and were leaving after this. Then their website says they close at 8pm. Very unprofessional will never go there again!

DO NOT VISIT this barbershop as they are thieves and con men. On 7/25/19 I received a haircut from one of their barbers (named Luis). After arriving an hour late to our appointment, he took almost two hours to perform a simple haircut. I paid him with a debit card however I didn’t realize he saved my card information.A few hours later while I was at work he began charging my card stealing a total of 723.20. After informing him of the theft he pretended not to know what had happened and promised to get back to me but never did. Each time he illegally ran my card it generated a receipt. His actions are a reflection of the entire barbershop.As a visitor to the city I was robbed, used, and taken advantage of. Save yourself your time and your money. PLEASE DO NOT go here.

I called ahead they say come right away. I did. When I get there he’s gone to lunch after waiting on him to eat his lunch. Then he cuts my hair, not what I asked for, I had to go home and fix it with my own clippers. Not sure how that got mixed up But I’ll look elsewhere.

I’ve been going to this barber shop since I was a junior in high school (4 years committed). I gotta say, I’ve tried multiple barbers In jax, but my hair is so straight that it’s quite difficult for any barber to cut my type of hair, especially when I get a bald fade. My man Oscar da JuiceMan has gotten me right every single time 👌🏽. Everybody here is chill & the lounge area tops it off. 🖥🕹. This is a barber shop geared for men. But ladies if you want an undercut. Look no further.They are clean, presice, and systematic. It was a little more than usually my full undercut with a fade was 30$! You pay for what you get.I aint gonna lie I was the only woman getting my haircut but it was ok the men we very welcoming and got me in and out quickly.Sade took care of me.
