After a my van was hit and not driveable my insurance said the tow company they use was on a 5 day delay. I called Gator Towing (Jax Express LLC) after reading reviews. Kristin was super accommodating by phone and was able to schedule a pick up time around our schedule. The driver Juan was super professional, exactly on time and was able to get our severely damaged van on the truck with no further damage (thank you!). Immediately emailed me a receipt for insurance purposes. I will definitely be calling them for any other issues. Finally good customer service and professional ability. Keep it up.

Literally after about 4 minutes of calling as my truck broke down in a Walmart parking lot, they tow driver was calling me to get directions of where I parked. The driver also drove myself and my son with him back to my place to drop my truck off, I didn’t have a tip to give him and I felt bad. Keep up the great work guys and thank you so much for saving my day!!
