I drive or tow my cars 75 miles one way just for the best & honest service

Did not get a repair done here but went in for some advice on a used car I was thinking of buying. Very accommodating and helpful. Took his time to answer my questions and offer his advice. Ultimately saved nearly $3k in post-purchase repairs.

Went in about a month or two ago due to a rattling noise coming from my belt. They got it fixed with the right sized belt in a short amount of time. Great honest work and its about time I found an honest mechanic that knows what they’re doing. Mike was awesome and gave me some really helpful information regarding a leak I had no idea about. We have been with Pope Automotive for YEARS! It all started when the electric adjusting mirrors wouldnt work right - my wife took her car to the Chevy dealer who said it would be at least $300 to correct. She related this while at a hair salon and was referred to Pope. Mike Pope listened about the problem, and then popped the arm rest off and pointed to . . . wait for it! . . . a thirty dollar switch. I have given Mike a challenge over the past couple of years because I have a large Jayco RV and there is no Jayco dealer in Jacksonville that services it. I totally trust Mike in fixing all of the problems. Upon completion, our RV is in better shape than when we bought it. Jayco needs to hire Mike.

As a parent, living in Michigan, my first concern was her safety and second was how much is this going to cost?The staff at Popes was incredible - it turned out to be a small issue, but they treated my daughter like she was their own daughter and had her car repaired and on her way in less than an hour without charging me a fortune.I can not thank you enough!!
