Would not take my car any where else

I took my 2015 Chrysler 200 to be checked, I was supposed to receive a call to let me know what was wrong. I received no call and was charged $416.00 for a simple battery. The only thing that was wrong was my battery! Called the Chrysler Dealership to replace battery would have been $245.50 SMH
