He fixed my car and it runs a lot better, however communication is something to be desired. Had to call multiple times for him to tell me hell get back to me after its looked at, this took place over several days. After 4 days I went up there and the car was already fixed, but I had no communication about what was wrong and he did not ask me if I wanted him to proceed.

I just wanna give a shout out to Jesse at Tims Tech Master. I had a serious delay in my plane arrival! I did not get in until 8:56 p.m. I had to have my car to drive 2 and a 1/2 hours here to Orlando Florida to catch another flight even though the shop closes at 5:00 p.m. Jesse went out of his way to come to the shop open it up get my car out let me pay my bill and take me on a test drive to make sure everything was perfect and here I sit 2 and a 1/2 hours later in Orlando airport right on time to catch my flight! Thank you sir so much thank you for the great service and pricing, I will be back.

A good mechanic shouldn’t have that many broken cars in their lot . I should’ve saw the warning signs .I took my vehicle here as a newcomer in JAX . I found out I needed a new fuel pump and bought the part . I asked these crooks to swap it ... eventually my car stopped running and I sold it. The mechanics I sold it to said the fuel pump was never changed and it looked like it was the original. Not only that someone had placed a rag next to the radiator which was blocking oxygen to the engine . Please do not make my same mistake and come to this dump . :(

Absolutely Awesome, Honest, and went above and beyond to help my family to get back on the road. I called at 12 pm and told him I’ve been having an overheating problem on a family trip from Charleston, SC to West Palm Beach, FL and stuck in Jacksonville!! Tim’s told me to come over and he would fix it for me!.. even try today.. So he replaced to parts for me and wasn’t sure it was going to be the problem but had it done on a Friday night and stayed late as well to fix it. We were stranded with all of our luggage, 3 kids, and a 90lb dog! Just know this guy is very honest, and does the job you ask and at an awesome price.

I dropped my car off to get a motor replacement here. The price seemed great considering it was cheaper than everywhere else I called. But I guess you get what you pay for because it took them 4 months to finish my car even with the consistent well have it done next week promises that I got for two months straight. I went to pick my car up on the day they said it was fixed only to turn back around in a quarter mile because my turbo wasnt spooling and I can no longer hear my blow off valve. So another week later I now have a working motor but very little boost and no blow off valve. So my advice is to never take your car here if you have any sort of modifications done to it, you will lose them.

Shop down the street kept my work Van 21 days. They finally gave me an estimate of $350 said it would be another week before he could get to it! I finally had Tims Tech Master pick it up! I explained to him how much the man down the street made me lose with NO WORK VAN for 21days not only did Jesse fix my car in the same day it also cost me $30, plus tow. Yeah Ill be back. Honesty will get you a long way in this life!

The best. Had a turn signal breakdown. Needed immediate repair since still 2000 miles to travel and leaving in morning. They fit me in immediately even though very busy. Fixed the issue and charged a very reasonable rate. Fantastic

Took a suv there to have coil packs replaced. Truck left in worse running condition and they stole money and a new nike hat of our suv. When we confronted them about it they argued noone did. I will never go back to this shady place. They have cameras and they wouldnt run em back. Shady business

Tim was my go to guy.I sent him a lot of business over the years.On my wifes car he put new head gaskets.Did not put the hanger on the left exhaust. The manifold was not torked down and now the car woofs. The gas gauge has worked since he worked on it.I wont be going back.

I’m giving 5 stars because we were in an accident yesterday on the byway and someone answered (even though closed) and took our vehicle. I’m traveling and not from here, so it was really nerve racking just trusting a random mechanic that showed up with decent reviews on google! The staff has been helpful even though we are probably annoying them with phone calls bc our phones are not getting good service. They said they’d try to have it done today! It’s not a done deal yet, but I deeply appreciate how considerate theyve been. It’s costly to be stranded and my kids start school Wednesday and I’ve got an 8 hour drive ahead...So trying to get us back on the road fast is a huge gift! I’ve not been given a price yet and it’s not a done deal, but so far, these guys are great! I’ll be back at the end to write a complete review.*UPDATE* They were able to get the part we needed (nobody else in town had one, even the dealer) and finish my car the next afternoon b/c the part came in later. I showed up to get the car and the cost really was so far below what I had anticipated. It was finished in enough time for me to still pull an 8 hour drive back home! My kids were able to start school the next day which was really my biggest concern. On my way out, I stopped to refuel at a gas station across the street and a guy walking across the parking lot asked if Id just had my car serviced (probably b/c I was checking it over HA) and I told him at Tims...he said theyre really honest. They do good work. It seems these guys have made a name for themselves in the neighborhood, too, for being honest and reliable - which is such a good thing. Id recommend them hands down. Ive never been treated so fairly by a mechanic that I didnt know. (and Im sorry I cant remember her name!!!) But the lady in the office is a gift! She worked to find the part we needed and had it shipped in overnight...and YET, the cost was still soO affordable. (WAY below a few quotes we had gotten). Im still really touched and blessed that they helped us out so much...they didnt have to push us to the front of the pile or treat us so kindly, but they did. You dont find people like this much anymore! THANK YOU, TIMS!!!!

I looked for reviews of mechanics only to realize that most reviews are negative. Thats why Im leaving this one.I took my car in this morning because what I assume is a exhaust leak. Jesse looked at it and gave me a call -- It is a cracked pipe coming off the manifold. He said he couldnt fix it. (I did think that was strange.) But he isnt charging me anything. Many places would charge just to look at the car. Ill be taking my car there next problem I have with it.

Dealership on Cassatt ave kept my car 2 months be4 finally telling me i needed a new engine in my 2014 Chevy cruze estimate $7200 3yr warranty yep u read that right $7200, it took 2 months to get that RIDICULOUS estimate! Had Tims tech master pick it up 2weeks later its not missing a beat with a 7yr warranty YES 7yr warranty for half the price. Thanku sir 4not taking advantage of my wallet!

I never leave reviews but I am so impressed with Mr. Jesse from Tims Tech Master of Jacksonville Florida for helping me & my family whom broke down from out of town. I wanted to wait until I had a few hours into our trip which has now been 5 &1/2 hours with 4 hours still to go. We stopped in at 2 different mechanic shops with transmission slipping with a10 hour trip still ahead of us. I had both places tell us that we were going to need a new transmission Price range from 1100 to 1300 between the 2 estimates. We do not have that kind of money so sitting in a store parking lot across the street from one of the mechanic shops that gave us their diagnosis and estimate a man came up asked if we needed help due to all our doors open & kids screaming crying Im sure, I explained the situation he said I would check Tims Tech Master ask for Jesse. THANK YOU sir whom ever you were because he said all we needed was transmission serviced even showed me the tiny bit of fluid that was in it $89.99 back on the road havent missed a beat thank you so much! Even though it was right at the end of the day & from the looks of your shop you were overwhelmed you were nice enough to clear a lift fix our Van I cannot thank you enough! Just to put this out there he knew the 2 estimates i was already given.

Only a few words about this place and its team:The best, honest, team,I was traveling from Boston MA to Orlando FL (Full Sail University) my son car broke down by overheating on a SUNDAY (8/30/15) - I called the number on the business building and Jesse pick up the phone, and said: “I am going to send down my best guy to take a look, and see what he can do for you to get back on the road – we are closed on Sunday”(Wow right)James came down and looked at the car, and said you can’t make it with a blown head gasket – But I ask him what percent can I make it – “You have less than 1% chance of making it to Orlando, and you will crack the engine if you make it. With my crazy thinking of beating the odds, I told James I’ll make it.Guess what – I made it to the gas station 5 miles away before the car started over heating. Now, I am really stuck with an overheated car –I am so far away from Boston, and over 230 miles away from Orlando also very low on money.Long story short, I made a call to James and he heard how stuck I am – he said: “If you can get the car over here we can try to fix it” – For the first time AAA was able to tow the car, and James was able to fix it.You must know this: You are dealing with a team that knows cars better than any dealership, or any box car store repaired place - these guys knowledge run circles around any dealership -- Just ask any one on the team to show you there tool box, and get ready to be amazed. I can tell you they work hard and they get the job done right. They are beyond fair with the price for the work you are getting done. NO ONE CAN do what they do – I will stand on that, and I can bet you that you will never go anywhere else for service.The only thing I can say bad about this place is the outside – It not fancy with flowers and glass doors like a Toyota service place or a Pepboys, or Goodyear – but if you can overlook that, and remember what you are there for –Fix your car or truck --This is the one place I trust 100%……

Took my truck there to get the coil packs changed, Jesse is who worked on my truck, he ended up messing with the 4 wheel drive, and broke the front axle, He stole $70 out of my center console, and a brand new $30 Nike hat out of it, would not go to them even if they were the last people on earth to work on a vehicle. The worst thing is they can even man up enough to admit to stealing anything,and refuse to check cameras

Had them replace the cylinder head on Nissan Sentra, which took over 2 months (constantly had to call them to find out status). Drive off and hear a clanking, bring it to another repair shop (b/c I cant afford to wait another 2 months) The bolts for the oil pump not even screwed in and rolling around in the oil pan. Poor workmanship, poor communication, poor customer service.

Thank you for not taking advantage of my 82 ur old mom, we will ALL be back.
