Mr. Lee is a conscientious server to the public. He is always had my best interest in the health of my car. His employees have always met the mark in working in a timely fashion without recalls.

When I say trustworthy I mean it! I went to them with AC issues that I found it could only be 2 things and just said witch out both of the problems.Come to find out it was a small $300 issue vs a $1000 issue! Within 24 hours I have my daughters van back with no issues at all.Im telling everyone about how awesome they areThanks guys!

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. I would first like to stay that upon arrival, no one greeted me, so that already gave me bad vibe about these people. Secondly, before bringing my car into the shop, my vehicle was clear of any cosmetic defects. After picking my car up, I noticed a big gash in my steering wheel that was clearly not there prior to dropping my car off, and a number of scratches located above my driver side front tire. I would not recommend coming to this shop to get any work done, your better off going to your vehicles dealership, at least you’ll know that no one will tamper with something you worked hard to maintain and get.

I spoke to Mr Lee personally about the issue with my vehicle and he solved it. Im well pleased with his shop.

After going through 3 different companies, 3 different bills. I called Lees from a friend giving me word of mouth . When I called, Lee himself answered. He listened to me babel, being a female and I myself was beyond baffled. So as I told my weird story, I failed to mention hed be the 4th company to attempt the project I also failed to mention the difficulty I was facing. Lee gave me information at that time that was more than the past 4 had given me. I hung up and called the tow truck and got my truck to Lees shop. As i was having it towed from the 3rd shop, I asked them about the things Lee and I had discussed and they laughed it off and told me, Those extras could wait until next time. WHAT?! So they were setting me up to have to return, and putting my safety at risk. So to try and shorten this story for you. Lee fixed my truck, beyond ALL my expectations. His honesty was rigorous. The family values just shine through his shop. I could never have been happier. Thank You Lee. For ALL you did for me. December 2, 2020. He called me within an hour of my car being dropped off to let me know what the issue was, gave me an extremely reasonable price, and told me the work could be completed same day... and it was as promised! They had a big problem diagnosing a common issue with freon leaks. Went back 3 times then took my business somewhere else. I was in and out in one day. Seems like they do not have a good freon leak gas detector. They should refund my money and honor warranty... Mike

Awesome customer service! I called at 1000 on Christmas Eve and was told that they couldnt diagnose my car as they would be closing at noon. 5 minutes later I received a calling asking how close I was to the shop, so they could take a look at my car. Turns out, my car didnt require any major repairs. Nothing a zip tie couldnt fix😁 Even though I didnt need any major repairs, the customer service sold me. If Im ever in need of repairs, Lees will definitely be my first choice. Happy Holidays to this PHENOMENAL staff!

Fast, reliable, trustworthy

Absolutely happy with the honest, genuine work done on my vehicle at Lee’s. It all started with me hitting a curb and needing the strut replaced. They had my car done by the end of the day. When the car still made some noise I brought it back where they found some damage to the rack and pinion. Super thankful that Lee actually encouraged me to see if my extended warranty would cover it because it would otherwise have been a $1900 repair. A lot of shops would have done everything to convince me not to check and to go with them to make a hefty amount off of me. The dealership did cover and replace it which was nice. The sad part was they tried to convince me that Lee’s improperly installed the strut the first time and if I didn’t get it fixed right away that I’d be causing more damage to my vehicle. Well I’m glad I didn’t jump at their bait and that I brought it back to Lee. He found that it was something as simple as the hood bumper being messed up and fixed it for me. The noise has completely ceased. I’m so glad to know I found an honest, reliable, hard working repair shop for all my needs. I absolutely won’t be taking my car back to the service department at the dealership as they have now tried to pull one over on me. Three visits to Lee’s and I have yet to be told I need something I don’t. Each time they have listened to my concerns and addressed them professionally and quickly. I would 100% recommend Lee’s for your repair needs.

We started using Lees a few years ago and weve been very impressed. They are always very courteous and take time to explain things to me. Theyve even advised not to repair something that wasnt necessary to fix which saved us money, so I fully trust and value their opinions. They stand by their work too! They fixed the AC in our truck and it worked for a month and quit again. They fixed it again at no charge because they said it was still under their warranty for the first fix. I tell everyone to come here. They are definitely the best auto shop Ive ever used!

Was disappointed that they couldnt do a minor battery fix while I waited. I cant just drop off my van that I use to drive other Vets around town. They were highly recommended to me but prefer to get work done quickly while I wait.

An honest mechanic business is HARD to find. This place is exactly that. They did not try to sell me what I did not need and their price was very fair for what they fixed. As a woman Im always on guard against a shady mechanic. I was treated respectfully and not like I was some clueless bimbo. They changed my oil and the timing belt in my car.This is a family owned business thats been around for years. Fortunately they are very close to my house. I havent lived in the area very long. This will be my regular place to go now for all car service needs.

Nothing but fantastic service here! Weve been going for over 4 years. Lee is patient, kind, and super explanatory about vehicle issues. His prices are very reasonable. We couldnt be happier here!I would say the *only* potential drawback is if you are expecting somewhere with a waiting room and a 2 hours or less turn around, this is not the place for you. It doesnt bother us because we just drop our vehicle off for the day and arrange alternate transportation to pick it up later that afternoon. Its something to be aware of if youre used to waiting at a mechanic for your vehicle to be done right away. Dont let it deter you, his work is worth the wait. ;)

Edit: Id give Lees 10 stars if I could. He went above and beyond for us, and my family will take all of our vehicles here from now on.Everytime Ive come here everyone has been extremely pleasant and helpful. They do great work, at a great price. Theyve done other work on our van, but today I brought it in really worried something was VERY wrong with it. They took the van in that day, and Lee called me back a couple hours later and told me the wheels were just loose (I guess they didnt get tightened down all the way when a different place changed the tires out.) They tightened them down how they should be, told me no charge, and sent me on my way. The van needs some big work coming up and I wont take it anywhere else but Lees. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Lees automotive is a gem in the automotive industry. I took my truck to them 3 years ago, they were truthful and explained what the issue was. My son bought a cash car a couple years ago, it has had a few minor issues and I advised him to take it to Lees. We have been loyal customers, they do not try to get over on you and the prices are reasonable. If youre having automotive issues, Lees automotive is the go to shop.

Wow. Getting anything done to my car makes me nervous. This was just simple tires, however, I took to Facebook for recommendation because prices for tires everywhere else with their gimmicks are off the chain. God Bless whomever recommended Lees. They were by FAR much more economical on tires and do not try to up-sell you on all the other nonsense. Besides that, they are so very nice, they do business like it was in the old days. I dont even mind the location. I enjoyed the outside waiting area with re purposed van seats (Im assuming van). Kinda whimsical. Dont waste your time racking your brain on where to take your vehicle anymore. Just go to Lees, I promise you wont be disappointed. And read the other reviews too. Excellent!! We took our Odyssey to Lees on the recommendation of a friend because wed already spent over $1500 with two other garages trying to fix our AC (no fix and LOTS of lousy service). Lees diagnosed it, fixed it, and has kept us cool for over a year. Theyre nice, knowledgeable, timely, and clean. Im not a big fan of the section of town theyre in, but the quality service is worth it. Theyll be handling both of our vehicles from here on in. Eagerly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I took my newly purchased 1965 Chevy C10 to get its carburetor overhauled at Lees Auto Service after (Budget Auto Repair) failed to help me and they did such a great job! They had her running stronger than when I first bought her! Great service from the people and great knowledge in what they do. I had my truck back within the next day. I will definitely be going back to Lees.

Top notch service! Was quoted as high as $1500 at other shops, Lee got the job done quickly for around $600 less. AC has been blowing cool for 2 months now, and has a warranty if it stops working. Highly recommend!!

I was stranded in Jacksonville with an overheating car and not only did they help me almost immediately once I got my car there, they found the issue was much less than what I had thought and saved me hundreds of dollars! Fast, effective, and affordable mechanics, cannot recommend them highly enough!

Dear Manager and Mechanics at Lee’s GaragePlease accept my deepest sincere gratitude for repairing my car’s brakes on May 10th 2013. This letter is my thank you for such unusually good service, affordable pricing, and excellent auto repair.After 3 failed attempts to fix these brakes during the past 2 years, we had begun to ignore a dangerous condition in our brakes. We drove to Florida for a vacation and traveled 17 hours on brakes that grabbed if applied while driving over 40 mph. Personally I had decided that perhaps the brakes could not be fixed for some reason.Being unfamiliar with the area, a relative’s neighbor recommended Lee’s Garage and even called ahead for us. Then I called and asked if there was any way on a busy overbooked Friday that Lee’s Garage could fit in a brake repair job.The Manager was so personal and so confident that they could repair the brakes regardless of the history that I mentioned of failed attempts. He was honest that the schedule on Friday was already booked and he could only try to fit us in.After 5 o’clock on Friday the mechanics were able to start the job and stated they would call us when it was finished as they had to extend beyond the 6 pm closing to finish the job.Not only do the brakes work perfectly now but the estimate was by far lower than any of the other 3 paid repair bills that were not successful.Jacksonville should treasure having such a garage.Kathy Acosta

Honest Mechanic. There was some confusion in the beginning, but Lee has made me a believer. The car which had had nothing bug problems (its a lemon but the lady loves it) and for the last 2 months of everyday driving it hasnt had a single issue. It runs smooth and consistent. Thats all we could have asked for. He took a POS Chevy Equinox (has had the topend rebuilt 3 times now its a 2007) and gave me back a reliable automobile

Blew up coming From a dealer wanna be mechanics....brought this car being it had a so called bumper to bumper warranty thinking I would be ok they wanted 6k to replace it spoke with lee about issues he said that was outragiuos at least let him look at it...left paying lees auto WAY less with the same motor!!!...
