While others are charging up to $10k mark up, we got a fair price and fast service. Our vehicle was delivered to us at home and the whole process was handled remotely. Excellent customer service. A+.
Have been coming here every since I purchased my vehicle in 2016 and have always been pleased with the service and my advisor Clay. The food was great as well. This time around, Im guessing because of COVID, I had to wait almost 5 hours for my car to be fixed!!!! Even with an appointment! I had no where to go because I took the day off to get this done. My advisor tried to offer me a rental car but what good would it have done to drive back home, I live by the airport...to only drive back to Buick, on Phillips highway in traffic to drive back home in traffic. So, I had to wait. And, there was no one serving any food like before. No water, no nothing except coffee. Car runs beautifully now but the wait was BRUTAL!!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience all three times we have been to this dealership! We have bought 3 cars total all from Madison Avery she was phenomenal she was very attentive and well educated. She was able to answer any questions we had and helped us get the best car for our growing family while also getting the best deal we could get. She truly is one of the best sales women at this dealership and they are lucky to have her.
Wonderful service. They kept in touch with me the whole process through and fixed over what was previously done and even let me know about issues that I had no idea about. They also did a great job with the follow up and answering any questions left that I had at the very end and even going and double checking to make sure that one of my initial concerns was okay. I went out looking for a used car today. Normally it takes me weeks to find a car. Today experience was so awesome, I bought the first car that was shown to me. Tee A. was super patient. I told her what I wanted and what I didnt want for specific reasons. She went above and beyond to provide the BEST customer service I have every had when it comes to buying a car. There was no pressure to buy and that was one factor that I liked. She was so professional not your typical push car sales person. I would highly recommend her services if you are out looking for a new or used vehicle. This very well may be my last car purchase. This is my second purchase from Nimnicht and this experience was as good as the last if not better. Service department was great. Steve Elliot was very helpful and kept me updated as to the progress of my truck’s repairs. The virtual phone/appointment was awful, just wanted a person to talk to, as before. Extremely frustrating procedure. Kinks sure need to be ironed out.Follow up review: used the phone appointment for my recent oil change and a real person answered! Worked perfectly. Once again Steve was prompt, oil change and tire rotation and alignment went very smoothly. Flawless. Highly recommend.
Excellent service. I appreciate the shuttle dropping me off and picking me up at my house. My only criticism is the oil on my driveway (pavers) when I parked in my driveway after the oil change. Not any easy fix.

I recently bought a new 2022 Buick Encore and I love it! Tee helped me every step of the way and was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and very personable. I came from NC to Fla to visit Family and I had my 1st Service visit today for my new vehicle. The service dept was already extremely busy when I pulled up at 7:15 am. but these guys acknowledged me with great customer service and got my car pulled in asap. I had 2 recalls to repair and an oil change and the ETA they gave me (because I had to get back to NC today) was very acceptable and they beat the time! Great Service. Air bag recall for 2010 Tahoe. Replaced them without cracking the dash. They didnt require a waiver of liability like Gordon Chevrolet as well. Completed in around two hours and prompt with the notification. I strongly recommend for this recall or any other repairs.

The routine maintenance was done as requested. They also fixed a loose portion of a pad under right fender. My power steering fluid was low, so that was re-filled. All in all, I was satisfied with the work . The only thing I had to do was re-set the “change oil” light.Highly recommend Mario and his team!

Had an issue with the wrong transmission fluid being put in I guess before I bought it and I was having a shuddering effect in the engine. Took it into the shop and within a few hours they had it diagnosed and fixed at no charge! I would highly recommend recommend as it was a great experience. In the past Ive always been told sorry not covered under warranty by other dealers Not only was it covered it was fixed quicklyand runs very smooth now.

I was a walk in- looking for a specific color, interior and options in either an Acadia or Enclave. Very limited stock but they had what I wanted. Great sales experience with David D. Minimal haggling and entire process with financing “ out the door” was less than 3 hours. Very pleased and love the car.

BUYER BEWARE !!!! Didn’t stick with their word on purchase contract ! I was told sale was contingent with engine light getting fixed and when I went to pick the truck up when it was “ready” engine light was still on and I was informed that they weren’t going to replace the turbo but instead they could just keep clearing engine light that needed to be fixed.Also after sitting down with Barry in sales we agreed upon a number for the truck that was purchased, then when I got sent to financing for paperwork and dealt with Shannon I left there with an additional 2k added to my loan for stuff that he explained to me was “included” in the price. It was not included and when working to make it right they did the least they could to make it right. I now have to wait “8 weeks” or longer to get my money back hopefully. Very dissatisfied and will be letting everyone in the Black Creek area to steer far away from this dealership.
I had a oil MNhange and tire rotation done on my Blazer. Was ready to leave started driving away and my Blazer was making a funny sound. I stopped and got out and looked at the tires. The mechanic forgot to tighten down the right rear lug nuts! They apologized to me, thank goodness I didnt pull out on Phillips highway and get on the interstate because the entire wheel would have sheared completely off!!!!!!

My car was there for 2 days and we were without a car and now I’m having the same issue. It is very frustrating when my car was there for so long and misdiagnosed. I spent a lot of money and my back up camera is still not working. As a mom of 4 kids it is hard to go without a car. Given I’m still having the same issue it should be more of a priority to help

I was dealing with Drew. My truck was ready on Monday and I came to pick it up Tuesday morning. My truck would not start so they gave me a jump and told me it was the battery so I went to get a new battery and got stuck because it wasn’t the battery. So I immediately called customer service to let them know I need to bring the car back because something was wrong and instead of them telling me will bring it right back up so we can take a look at it to fix it they just told me oh you got a reschedule appointment. That was the first terrible customer service experience. The correct answer should have been, sorry for your inconvenience bring it right back and we’ll take a look at it. So instead I had to call a tow truck to bring me a jump to get started and then was told by Drew oh is more than likely the battery again so just switch the battery out and give me a call back. So I did that and it still wasn’t a battery and I called back to Drew and of course Drew did not return my call. So I finally figured out the issue was they didn’t put my ground wire back in the starter and I was able to finally get it started to bring it back to the dealership. So once I got to the dealership and spoke with Drew he basically implied I brought the car up there like that and it wasn’t a dealership fault and you all were the only one worked on the car. So after arguing with him for several minutes he wanted me to then again make another appointment or leave the car there and they’ll get to me at a later point in the day and I could just sit up there and wait on something that only took them five minutes to fix. The only good experience I had was the mechanic that worked on my car originally he fix the problem like I said in five minutes and he came and brought me my keys and he did apologyFor making a mistake in my inconvenience. I will give that mechanic a 10 out of 10 bedroom he would get a zero out of 10 for the whole experience and the customer service rep who is scheduled appointments at the beginning of the day she would also get a zero out of 10.
Everyone was great to work with, no pressure and everyone was very helpful. We live 2 hours away and would travel back to purchase a car from this dealership. The salesman Jay Davis was so helpful and kind. The finance person (Shannon Roy) was quick and knowledgeable and really helpful in getting us financed.

Our salesman Jason was great. He showed empathy, concern for us and treated us with he utmost respect. I would highly recommend Jason. On the other hand, the management team lacked total respect. their were hidden fees, like saying maintenance fees and added wax fee every 6 months and the added costs were added to the finance charges. There were also a $750.00 charge added to our finance charge to help pay for the staff assistance. All of these fees were added to the total bill with out our knowledge. I tried to get these fees taken of but to no avail, except for a hassle regarding the added maintenance fee because I have my own mechanicIn addition the management team was rude, inconsiderate, showed a lack of concern for the customer, saying my wife do not tell the truth, lacked real knowledge to satisfy customer concerns, saying leave your SUV with out saying when it would be completed only said I do not know. A manager outside at the dealership interrupted me while I was talking to politely to the Salesman, Jason, never introducing himself, he was rude and disrespectful, never saying he would look into the matter personally. He showed no empathy or politeness. This surely raised my concern.Overall my rating is poor

In short, Elbert Newton and Greg Dorr provided me with outstanding customer service Saturday afternoon on 8/7/21.I arrived for a 2:30 appointment for some previous work I had done on my brakes. Somewhere in the process, I obviously made a mistake because they did not show I had an appointment. Im sure I was aggressive but Elbert remained Calm and professional. My next obstacle; there was no tech available. I could feel drops of sweat forming on my forehead. Then I was made aware I may need t pay if the problem was unrelated, Everything was new, how could it be unrelated, I thought? I felt my anxiety growing even more. But, Elbert defected my tone by remaining calm and collective.My truck was taken back. I was sure I was going to be approached with a new set f problems and an extra bill. Instead, Greg Dorr, adjusted my brakes; gave me more pedal and returned my vehicle to me with no charge.Ill come back for all my service needs. Thanks
Love the Sales guys - especially Scott and Jason. We’ve bought a few vehicles from Nimnicht and have always been happy. This time was exceptional though because the new Yukon’s are hard to find especially when certain options are must on your list and there is a microchip shortage at the factory so production is delayed. Jason worked daily to find what I was looking for. He walked us through the lot every time a 4x4 Yukon came in. After a very long search we were going to build one but even that was delayed at GMC bc of the chip problem. Jason called on day and said “I think I have your Yukon.”It was exactly what we wanted - like a fluke that it just came off the truck! If he had missed it by just a few hours it would’ve gone to someone else! People are waiting for these new Yukon AT4s and Jason found mine. I will drive this suv forever - it has every option we wanted. Even the power console!!

Well everything was going ok until my service advisor told me my car was ready and I paid and the cashier gave me the wrong keys, then proceeded to quickly void out my payment. Which takes several business days to get back. Then I went back to waiting area after 10 minutes I went to find the advisor he said “I told you your car was ready” to which I relied “Yes but they gave me the wrong keys and I paid someone else’s bill”. He started scrambling and found my keys which my car was ready and just sitting parked while I wasted my time sitting in the waiting area. Normally have a good experience but this experience was very frustrating! Still waiting on my refund!

Over the years of car ownership, I have had issues with using Dealerships to service my cars. Not so at Nimnicht GMC. My Service Manager is Steve Elliott and I trust him and his recommendations. He never tries to sell me anything I do not need. He explains what he is talking about fully and then its my decision. Hes the BEST Service Manager I have ever had. I had been delaying and putting off getting a new vehicle forever but when in FL, no A/C, and high miles on an older vehicle, sometimes it’s just time especially when putting money into age and the ripple effect just begins happening. Ole Blu served her purpose. I was a bit hesitant as I was unsure of what to choose from. Hampton sat down with me, very chill and relaxed, and helped find something within my budget, as well as worked with me on financing to see what I could afford exactly. I didn’t feel pressured either when it came to any decision making, Hampton definitely helped with that by reassuring pretty much everything from A-Z up until financing and then they took over. The man that attended to be prior to my advisor getting there was rude and condescending. I tried to explain to him an issue I thought the car was having based on a knocking sound I had been hearing for a couple weeks and he told me it was normal.. when I told him i didnt think so he gave me one of those looks with the raised eyebrows and said ok in a sarcastic condescending tone. Then Clay, my advisor, told me that if it wasnt making the sound at this time that itd be hard to diagnose and didnt recommend me paying to have it checked out if not currently doing it (which I appreciated and agreed) BUT then a few days later I get an email with a whole list of issues that said they were recommend for me to address but that I chose to postpone the service. At NO TIME did ANYONE ever tell me of possible ISSUES the vehicle was having .. they finished the recall work then told me I was free to go. I went to the cashier, she slid a couple papers in front of me to sign... one which was covered by the other with only the signature line showing... I asked her what all I was signing for and she had NO IDEA! She had to quickly look over the papers and told me it was just a list of the repairs done.And on top of all that... while I was sitting IN YOUR LOBBY having my service done, your dealership called me TWICE to schedule the service I was ALREADY HAVING DONE!! This dealership is rude, slow and disorganized.

I had my car towed to GMC Jacksonville on Saturday 9/11/21 after business hours. I started calling Monday @7am to get my car scheduled for an appointment that day. They made my appointment for the following day as they were booked.. I called back 2hrs later and was told it’s in progress meaning they were looking at it.. l continued to call every 2 hrs for a status leaving messages for my service rep Steve … by 2pm I hadn’t received a response from him and requested to speak to someone who could provide an update. Steve called back and advised it was being looked at but they were unable to tell me what the issue was at that time and that he would have to call me.. not more than 5 minutes later I received a callback advising what the issue was and they couldn’t get the part until Tuesday… which was the day they had originally scheduled my car appointment for. This my first and last GMC vehicle…I purchased a 2019 GMC Terrain and the crankshaft had to be replaced and if that wasn’t enough the level of customer service that I expected this visit just wasn’t there

Great experience our salesperson was Mani he was very knowledgeable about his inventory and kept everything in the price range we were looking for.
