I knew exactly what I wanted, everybody was very nice. The salesman Sean was very nice. I was happy that I was his 1st sale! However Im very upset that the numbers on the contract is nothing like what they told me they would be I have time to take the vehicle back which is what Im doing partly because I dont like the way the vehicle has been driving but also because Im very mad at what the numbers say, I trusted them, & believe d what they said. I only gave it 3 stars because Sean the salesman was very nice.
Came in to the dealership not feeling too great because I had to look for another vehicle after only having my other one for less than 30 days (thank you dumb driver). However, when I called this one they were very friendly, set me up with an appointment with Patrick and the rest was history. I already had a truck that I was purchasing already lined up at another dealership.I stopped into look at a similar truck that was almost $5000 less than the one I was going to buy at the other dealership.Once we got to the table, the salesman gave men an offer where I was paying over $5000 MORE than the other dealership.I kept arguing with the salesman on how this was possible if the other dealer was giving me the exact same amount of money on my trade in.During the negotiation, another salesman walked up and grabbed the keys to the vehicle that I was looking at saying another customer wanted to look at the same vehicle. This was not only rude on the dealership but a bad tactic that they use to get you to think someone is going to buy the vehicle from under you.I ended up walking out in frustration.There are several dealerships in Jacksonville. Make sure you have a good buying experience and not get Jedi mind tricked into a deal.
Had a great experience with this location. My husband and I showed up looking for a Jeep as we didn’t have any specific because we knew we can customize our Jeep over time. Sean listen to us as we drive around talking about what we like and wanted. Sean told us that he found us a Jeep we would like at one of the other locations. We went and checked it out but that dealership lost the keys. We knew the moment we saw the Jeep wanted it. White 75th edition all leather seats with warmers already lifted with 35 inch tires and 17 inch rims for a smoother ride. Sean had the new keys cut and we left with our new Jeep. My husband and I had been looking at Jeep’s for days online but never saw the one he showed up. We asked to have 2 small spots touched up with paint and the Arlington location went above and beyond! We have already been referring people.
Id give it no stars but google wont let me. By far the worst dealership hands down Ive ever had the displeasure to buy a vehicle from. Started off when the salesman tried to encourage us to sign a contract that we would agree to buy the vehicle if he told us the price. Price of the truck wasnt on the window cause it was used I guess. At that point we decided to walk. Then we were told the price and it was in our range. Cool. After doing the trade in,were signing the paperwork and the finance lady catches that the salesman made all sorts of errors in the contract. Gotta redo the paperwork and pay $1000 out of pocket. Not the end of the world but not what we were trying to do. Leave and thats that,right? Wrong. Another error found after a week. Redo the paperwork for a 3rd time. Stay clear of this place.
This is the 2nd time I had a bad experience with this dealership. I will never allow anyone to bully me or disrespect me and expect for me to still purchase with them.I walked in informing the front desk rep I wanted to look around. I knew exactly what car I wanted. I wanted to see if it was there. The sales rep Justin Fitzpatrick and I walked and viewed different cars in that range. He kept asking about my budget and I told him that budget is not the problem. I want my particular car. Justin and his manager sat me down and discussed options which was fine. Even test drove one of the cars. However, when it was time to go over numbers; the buyout was not worth a truck I was not happy with. I wanted to think on it before making a decision. Which I have the right to.The sales person Justin decided to insult and disrespect me because I chose to wait.He said and I quote “ Why did you come here!” “Why did you waste people time?” “Is it about the money?” “If you don’t have it you should’ve waisted my time.My sister was on the phone and heard everything. I didn’t even argue with him. I asked for my keys so I can leave. And informed his manager. I let him know he caused them to loose business. I didn’t want to sit back down and negotiate anything after that because if I was a different race and sex he would have never spoken to me that way.All I said was I wanted to sleep on it. I was coming back the next day.I told the manager I had the cash today to buy the car. But not for something I didn’t want. I know what car I wanted and was not going to settle. My car the manager said he could get me was not going to be there until 3 days. So why sign a contract to buy something that was not the car I wanted.FYI. This was a cash purchase. No finance.And I was going to buy more than 1 vehicle.I would never Ever do business with this dealership again.
Since the owner responded to my one star, Ive decided to leave details of my review: 1) Bait and switch advertising - posted price did not include a $2,999 extra fee they are charging because cars are in high demand, 2) Bait and switch trade-in value - I was sent a bona fide TrueCar offer to buy my trade-in from this dealership before I went in, but in person they offered $2,000 less than the bona-fide offer for no apparent reason, 3) they were very disorganized - I made an appointment before I went in and I made clear that I wanted to see a car with a specific stock number they were advertising. I tried twice to confirm they would have that car at the dealership when I arrived. Not only was the car not there, but when we drove to the other dealership that was supposed to have it, it wasnt there either. It took them several hours to find it at a third dealership 100 miles away. I should have walked away but I had already wasted most of the day and the car I wanted wasnt available anywhere else. When the sales manager called me and asked me to come in (because I hadnt filled out the corporate satisfaction survey yet) he gave me written promises to persuade me to give them good marks. It took several other calls and a return trip to the dealership to get the gift card I was promised. I was also promised 6 months free SiriusXM and no matter how many times I ask about it, they cant seem to actually get it to me. They are awful across the board -- there are plenty of other dealerships, go give one of them a try. Stay away from this one unless you like to get promised things you will never receive.
If youre looking for a brand new vehicle I can understand coming here. If youre looking for anything used everything is marked up here by a considerable margin and the quality of vehicles that theyre selling is LOW. For instance this Honda CRV was selling for good couple thousand over what you would be able to get it for at other locations and I mean full on dealerships not your mom and pop lots.
Anything lower than a 1 star? Horrible experience. Will never return. Test drove a vehicle that was listed for my military daughter who is out of state. she liked the car, she liked my review, we went to make the sale, they told her she could not buy it from out of state that they would have to do the paperwork over FedEx. She waited two days for the FedEx financials to arrive, but they never came. She kept trying to contact them and was continually told that someone would get back to her, but never did. In the interim, Austin made them get insurance on the vehicle that they didn’t even own yet. They also checked their credit five times costing them seven points off their credit score. Only to get a text message and not even the courtesy of a phone call that vehicle is not for sale. They never even sent them the financials over Fed Ex. I called to complain about wasting their time and my time driving there and test driving amongst many other things. Horrible customer service. They had to the gall to suggest they could work on selling them a different vehicle. The chutzpah! This experience made me so glad I bought a Honda from Coggin!!
Sister bought a truck here and it broke down within three days. Returned to the dealership, and they stated they would “fix” It. After they claimed to fix it we returned and they refused to provide documentation on what was fixed. The truck broke down again about two months later and again they “fixed” it and refused to provide documentation on what was “fixed”. Three The truck is now only borderline functional and has left my sister stranded several times. Pretty convenient that it got worse right outside the three month warranty window. Truly some awful human beings don’t buy a car here

I had an average buying experience when I recently purchased my new vehicle. The sales people were very pushy. I had asked for time to think and review things with my family but they were adamant I wouldnt get what I wanted if I didnt buy them. But overall I was happy with my purchase. I was emailed and asked to leave a review of my experience which I did not have an all bad experience since I love the new vehicle. I just received a call from the manager at this store after in my review I asked not to be contacted. He asked why I reviewed things the way I did I tried to explain. He said Well we didnt force you to buy the car. And hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The service department was also very rude whenever I called on Monday about a question regarding a warning light that came on while driving. Sadly this store is seeming like its sister store that has burned me in the past. Will be finding another Jeep dealer to help me in the future.
I absolutely love my Grand cheerokee L no doubt about it . But this deal ship sucks i would never buy here again! They are pushy very very pushy. And do not explaining the “bumper to bumper” insurance they have where you can cancel anytime but wont lower your payment just the term of your loan!! And i asked very clearly how it worked and even if they had a canceled fee and i was not told that it would not lower the payment. And read very well even if they seem like they are rushing though the signing!
Very poor customer service and communication to the consumer. After dropping my vehicle off on Sat on or about noon I was told that it would not be looked at until Monday morning, I was fine with that. Monday at 11am I called to get an update so I can plan accordingly but the receptionist put me on hold 3 different times for 12, 7, and 4 min only to tell me that no one at the service department could speak to me because they were on the phone. After trying for 2 hours I finally went to the dealership to get a status. I was than told that it would go in that afternoon and I would receive a call once completed. I received a text instead of call and the text was not clear of the issue. I called the rep at 715pm shortly after the text so I can get an understanding of the issue. We spoke and she agreed to call me back in a couple of min to let me know if the vehicle would be ready that evening. She never called me back I waited an hour and called her back with no success because the calls went directly to voicemail. Finally another representative called me at 830pm and said that my vehicle is ready but I only have 30 min to pick it up because they close at 9pm, I live 25min away. All of this could have been handled so much better simply by communicating with me and treating me like they would like to be treated. I am very disappointed in the service this is my 2nd time receiving bad service at the same location. I would rather drive to the south side location to receive appropriate service.
Dishonest time wasters. The manager even admitted it. We had a long day looking at dealerships. So we called ahead to ask about any additional fees to expect before we got there. All seemed fair before we had arrived. They showed me a car I loved and we proceeded towards the paperwork. They tried to make me sign some BS line saying I was going to buy today. They went to get the price breakdown and they tried to throw in an extra $3500 fee after we had asked about any additional fees for a practically new car with only 6000 miles on it. We offered a fair counter offer and they could not make a deal. The next day I got a several phone calls from the manager (Wayne) promising to try to get the price we wanted. And after trying to give the establishment a second chance. Wayne didnt even bother to show face and another manager told us he didnt even try to move the price. They waisted their second chance. They do not deserve your service. Expect to pay way over what is listed for their cars. They need to be honest and upfront. Especially to a service member. They should be black listed for their business tactics. Please go literally anywhere else.
I came in the dealership just to LOOK for a vehicle and Joshua Purdy was AMAZING. I was looking at a 2018 wrangler and he was able to get me an incredible deal. I did not have to purchase a vehicle and wasn’t even planning on it but the deal was way too good to pass up. He was so nice and the whole team was incredible. Even one of the higher up guys came out to tell me he made the deal even sweeter and told me happy birthday. The finance guy was incredible as well! 10/10 recommend this dealership and specifically Joshua!

Took my fully covered van to get checked out on Wednesday after having to get a jump. Instead of helping me the shuttle guy gave me the run around. So for the last 2 days Ive been without a vehicle. Will try again today and see what happens. Will let you all know.

I bought a brand new 2019 Jeep from this location in December of 2019. Both the Sales & Finance department were very helpful and wonderful to work with. I was a very happy customer up until this week.I called their location yesterday to schedule my first Service appointment for my Jeep. No matter how many times I called throughout the day, I could never get someone to answer the phone from their Service department. At that point, I tried the live chat feature on their website to try to get something scheduled. The person who helped me was very nice and friendly, but he said he would need to forward my request over to the Service department and someone would be in contact with me via phone or e-mail to finalize an appointment. After 30 hours goes by and no one bothers to reach out, I decided to try to call their Service department again. This time, someone actually answered the phone, except they placed me on hold for over 10 minutes and never bothered to come back on the line to even say it would just be another 5 minutes or whatever the case may be. To be honest, the person probably forgot I was even on the line because that seems to be the quality of people they have working in their Service department.Not only do I work in Customer Service, but I used to work at our Car Dealership as well. Our Service Manager wouldve never let a customer go unseen like this. Absolutely incompetent people are working at this Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location in their Service department. I have no quarrels with their Sales or Finance department - as a matter of fact, they are great!That said, I would not recommend doing business with these people. Save your time and headache and try the 11101 Nurseryfields Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32256 location instead. Its what I did! I called them and they took care of getting me scheduled for an appointment for the very next day in minutes. The person who answered was very friendly and professional as well. Its very sad that I have to drive an extra 20 minutes just to get better service, but its better than dealing with these other people.By the way, this is the first time Ive ever written a poor review about any business, so you should really consider what feedback people have to say when they take the time to let others know. I also let wrote them online to let them know what a poor job they did.
This is by far our worse dealership experience. They mismanaged our paperwork, a month later the paper work still had not been processed and they ran to re run our credit again and we were also still having to make payments on the vehicle we traded in. We will not be doing any further business with them again. The only reason they got one star is because it won’t let me give them none.

Salesman was great but everything after him has been a nightmare. Here we are a month after the purchase of a new truck and have an expired temporary tag which is resulting in me having to drive 1.5 hours back to the dealership to pick up a new one. I’m still making payments on the truck I traded in (they already sold it) bc they still haven’t paid it off and I don’t want it to go against my credit. Every time I call the dealership it is nothing but a run around. I’ve even called to talk to management and get nowhere, they take down your number and say they will call you back (which they won’t) This will be my last purchase from here.
The Service Department at this location is the worst!! We have had multiple issues with a brand new vehicle purchased from there and they could care less. The voicemails are always full, no one can call you back and they have no respect for your time and how long you wait. And NEVER purchase the road hazard package. I can’t even get my tire replaced. I was given the number that I had to call and start the claim, got that part handled but had to bring the truck back to them to determine where the hole is. Truck sat there for 3 hours after being told it would take 1.5 hours only to hear the service guy argue with me. He had been calling the claim number I gave him instead of the 1-888 they gave me 😳. I asked for my keys because I could not wait any longer due to work. He says well I won’t be able to work on your claim if I have to go get your car. I said don’t worry we won’t be back. This one instance is after having the truck back there three additional times for the check engine light. I have left messages for the service manager to call but have yet to get a call back.
Be careful when signing the paperwork. Price went up 6,500 from the sales desk to finance, and they also charged for items listed as standard equipment. Very disappointing experience
Worst customer service ever. You cant ever get hold of anyone in the service department. Nobody ever calls you back. Listed phone numbers only take you to a phone holding loop that you cant ever get out of, even after pressing the correct buttons. Ive taken my jeep in there to get serviced multiple times and they leave you waiting all day with no updates. Every single one of the customer service reps is incredibly rude (and I work in retail customer service). Im sure buying a vehicle there is fantastic, but DO NOT EVER DROP YOUR VEHICLE OFF TO GET SERVICED.
Arrived here for a compass after long hours of research but after explaining everything important from prices to monthly payments Fitz was incredible to not only change my mind to a Cherokee but also give me one with ALL the bells and whistles! At a great price with a very VERY low APR rate for some one who is starting to build credit for the past couple years that is amazing!!!! And showroom vehicle!!! 🥰🥰🥰Loving it!!! I wish I could have given a minus rating for this dealer. The least I could give was a 1 star. Its a total waste of my 3 hours, here at Jacksonville Arlington dealership. The 1 star is totally dedicated to the sales agent, who had an in-depth knowledge about the car that my wife and I were interested in.After a long long conversation with the store manager, we agreed to a price. We had a deal. The STORE MANAGER SAID, IF YOU AGREE TO THIS PRICE WE HAVE A DEAL. I SAID YES, ITS A DEAL.Then I said, let me call my family and inform about my decision. Also, wanted to confirm about the auspicious day, as my family believes in it.Later, when I was done with my call, I grabbed my wallet to make the payments. AND WHAT HE (the store manager) SAID WAS WE DONT HAVE A DEAL. OUR DEAL WAS REJECTED.What a contradictory statement!Its like, if they find the customer is interested, they change the price a last moment and waste your precious time.BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP....THE CITY HAS MANY OTHER DEALERSHIPS. Customers, please choose any other dealership than this one.

Vlad and Matin have always gone above and beyond with meeting my needs. I have been going to this dealer for the past 8 years and purchased 5 different cars from them. Every time I have been giving great deals and great service. I hate the typical back and forth from car dealers and these guys don’t play that. They give you a competitive price and work with your budget . Definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing a car!
Horrible customer service. You will get better service at your local McDonalds than you will at this place.Even simple things as changing a floor mat which is a Ram recall they will tell you that you have to drop your vehicle off for hours, possibly a full day. Something that takes less than 5 minutes to change. They make it impossible to have any kind of service done in your vehicle unless you are willing to just drop it off and be without a car for a whole day.
Went to look at a 2021 Ram TRX. Has search around and found that TrueCar was showing they were only asking about $500 over MSRP. When we got there which was near closing time we just looked around. Then a sale person came up and we started talking, found out they ask $30K over MSRP and they just sold 9 of them last week. Well I work right down the street and have seen the ones they have on there lot have been there for a couple of months. I told him good luck selling them. Then left, how bad is it out there to lie to me about selling them and asking that much over MSRP.
These guys are great to deal with, Vlad sold me my car and it was super easy. Since then every time I’ve come to the dealership for oil changes or service, everyone is really helpful. I would definitely go see them if you need a car.
Terrible customer service! We spoke to someone and he cussed me out and doesn’t know how to act like a decent human being. Do not go here! Not nice to sweet young girls.
My salesman German was outstanding to work with. He took my trade info over the phone and through pictures, offered a fair amount for the trade and the car I was interested in. We worked out a deal via text and when I got to the dealership I was treated with kindness and respect. The paperwork was done quickly and I was in and out fast. The only negative I will say is that I had arranged my own financing and came in with funds, however they insisted on running my credit again for some reason. They gave me an explanation but I still didnt like the extra inquiry into my credit. Not worth dinging them for a star, just something I didnt like. I would do business here again.
I just purchased a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe for my mom (farideh Pourhamzeh) from this location and our sales man “Hasib” was fantastic and helped us to find a great deal with our budget. I’m definitely will come back and buy my next car from this location just because of the great service Hasib provided us. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family that looking to buy cars.

5 STARS & EXCELLENT!. A special shout out goes to my salesperson, CHARLES BROWNELL and the Sales Manager ERIC GROVNER. These gentlemen ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS regarding factory options, provided full disclosure of dents and dings via pictures and sent me videos of the car. I flew from California and back in one day to test drive and purchase my Audi RS5 convertible. Prior to my arrival, the dealer and I AGREED ON ALL THE PRICE and financing BEFORE I made flight plans. They helped arrange and obtain best price for shipping the car to California. They picked me up at the airport in the car which I got to test drive back to the dealership. They permitted me to take the car to the Audi dealership down the street to have the car inspected. We then reached a fair agreement regarding a necessary repair. While I waited as they finalized my paperwork, they offered me cold water and a southern style lunch of fried chicken, collard greens and all the fixins’. Then, they hurried to complete all the paperwork and rushed me back to the airport in time for my flight back to California, all in a matter of a few hours. This dealership functioned as a tightly connected team and all worked together to make my deal come together the way I needed it to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership and WOULD DEFINITELY BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM!KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and THANK YOU for your PROFESSIONALISM!

I strongly recommend the Nurseryfields Dr location for your service needs if you can avoid the Arlington location. The people at Arlington are not at all considerate of your time and needs. I had to call several times to get updates about my vehicle. The times kept changing and the delivery of parts needed kept getting pushed back. They don’t mind inconveniencing the customer and transparency is nonexistent. Furthermore, service manager’s nonchalant tone and condescending attitude is insulting!
Had a great experience. Douglas was our Sales Consultant - he even went to great lengths to take us to a sister store to show us additional inventory. They even went all the way to find our vehicle in South Florida and transferred to the Regency Store. We were at the store on the last day of the month and there was no pressure in closing the deal before we saw the vehicle. They really tried to find all of our wants and even went to the extent to tint the windows (a must have for us) before we took position. Ben in finance was a straight shooter and explained all the ins and outs and was patient with our questions and financing options. And not last but least, Vlad the GM insured we had the best experience possible. I’d recommend Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anybody in the market who is looking for NEW or USED.

Talked few times to a few sales people on phone telling them my situation and that I had a pretty good down payment! I also stated don’t get my hopes up if your not able to make it happen! Yea I know my credit is bad! But with 7k in hand and 100k yearly income between me and my partner we should have been fine to go!Nope I left in tears!First time in 5 years I felt happy just driving around the parking lot test driving a Jeep! Just to end up leaving in tears! It’s ok I’ll save more and put my money in a store that actually try harder to help get my dream car I’ve wanted for last 27 years!!!!
We called about a car online and specifically asked if there were any “extra fees”. We were told about the dealer fee of 899 or so. THATS IT. When we got to see the REAL NUMBERS they added a “reconditioning fee”. It was 3500.00. The car price was 18,000 with 6k miles…..we left. Being lied to is not acceptable. This market adjustment/reconditioning fee/profit was ridiculous. It added almost 20% to the price of the car.Next day another “manager” calls to try and get us back. We do go back. Zero difference in price. Complete waste of time. Buyer beware of the EXTRA costs. Car max had. 399 dealer fee. No BS. We bought there. Much much more professional.
What a great experience this turned out to be. Especially since I have always dread dealing with car salesman. This team really works well together and knows how to make a girl felt comfortable ! I love my new Jeep

I have bought 3 vehicles from here (great sales team) and WAS about to buy my wife a new truck but their service department is absolutely awful in my opinion. We agreed that they would install new tow mirrors when I recently bought my 2021 Ram 2500. Not only did they install them wrong to begin with (none of the controls or blinkers worked) but one of them was broken. It is obvious that the mirror mount did not brake after the fact as there is no damage anywhere else but they are refusing to fix it. I will not be buying my wifes new truck there.
My husband and I just bought a Jeep Gladiator here. We test drove, negotiated a great deal with Martin, and had paper work done in about 3.5 hours. Excellent process and Martin was fantastic!

Went in for EXPRESS oil change on Sat, June 25th. Got there as soon as they opened (9AM). SIX hours later, I got my oil changed, tires rotated and a stripped lug nut and stud. Finally picked my Jeep up at 3pm. Sent letter to GM as well. Disappointed is an understatement.

Then even when I had some things go wrong in the beginning they still took care of me and made things right. Thank you German Valez and the rest of the team at jcdjr of Arlington. In October, I shopped all month long at competitors dealerships. I was ready to buy a truck that starts with the letter F but my wife told me to check out the rams before I made a decision. I’m so glad I did. The ram trucks look so much nicer, German was able to put me in a truck with more options and towing capabilities than the other two competitors and at a lower monthly payment. And they were efficient and had me out of there in less than 3 hours total.

Dealership is a JOKE. I wasted 5 days for this dealership not to honor my car warranty. You had my car for 5 days, then tried to get me to purchase a service that was even needed. Also they lack customer service. When I walk into your delearship, I shouldnt have to look for someone to help me. I will also be filing a complaint with BBB.

I would give this place zero if I could, service adviser Lisa is completely unprofessional, she never answers my phone, I’m waiting for parts to fix my radio and she will not return any calls or answer for me. She gave car back 3 times to me and said no issue when I sent her numerous videos of the problem. Then sh returns my car filthy after saying is was detailed to find the water leak that was a lie and have my car back with a huge scratch, when I dropped it off a third time my wife told me it was not fixed again. I’ve wasted hours trying to get a warranty item fixed and she just gives me the run around when I get her on phone. They had no problem answering my phone and calling me when they wanted to sell me the 40k dollar suv. This place is completely garbage and Lisa needs to be fired!!!
If you enjoy old fashioned heavy handed sales tactics then this is the place for you.. If you like your keys been taken by the used car manager for possible trade evaluation and not properly returned so you are captive to the sales departments manipulation and sales games, youll like this place. Its not for me so I moved on.
My salesperson was amazing. But the deal almost did not go through as Mr. Wayne Feng got involved and he upset the applecart. Mr. Feng was pushy, egotistical and above all has an inflated sense of his own importance.He DID NOT LISTEN!! He tried to put in in a lease that was NEVER and option. He made a few judgemental comments, I really dont like to give negative feedback, but the company really needs to review his professionalism .
