Insurance Auto Auction (IAA) in Jacksonville Florida is truly the most horrible experience our company has ever experienced. The disturbing fact is the Poor customer treatment is not an isolated incident. Rather it is a Culture of reckless disregard to customer service and satisfaction.If you have the unfortunate means to do business with IAA, you will find that they actively and unreasonably find reasons and loopholes to charge extra fees with no legitimate basis.They charged me nearly $1,000 in late fees because they refuse to verify my wire payment which was sent on time to their Corp office.They then refuse to release the vehicles you purchased just so that they could charge storage fees. IT IS A SHAME I CAN’T GIVE THEM A LOWER SCORE.

I wish I could give them no stars. Long story short: I got into a rear end collision. The insurance company totalled my car and told me I had 2 days to remove my belongings. I went the next day to the auto body shop to get my things and the car was not there. IAA had called the shop that morning to ask if it was released. The shop said no because neither I nor the insurance company released it. They picked it up anyways. Now its 1.5 hours away and not only do they refuse to tow it back, they refuse to admit a mistake was made. They refuse to admit they towed it illegally. Now we have to make a 3 hour round trip to pick up our things. And to top it off, when I arrived to retrieve my belongings, they tell me the car is at another location 20 miles away. They knew this when they told us to come and they did not divulge the information. Horrible company with horrible business practices.

I had a very unpleasant day at IAA. Cars tie rod was broken upon arrival. Manager Miss Stacey was ill mannered and very unprofessional. I suggest that no one store vehicles at this facility.

I have been a buyer with IAA since 2013 and I have never met a branch so unprofessional. The branch manager was so rude and disrespectful. The Branch Manager I believe is Greg after I addressed my issue he pretty much called me a liar and said he wasn’t willing to help me. This is a disgrace...SMH!

Bought a RUN & DRIVE car to find out that Transmission oil pan is broken and car wont move. Front wheel and suspension are jammed yet the auction writes that the car is RUN & DRIVE!? The forklift looser (driver), hits cars with his forklift like he doesnt care or as if he is working at the scrap metal yard.Called the manager just to find out that they can write whatever description they want on the vehicle and not be responsible for any hidden damage because they have a disclaimer written in auction rules that they are not responsible for anything. Ridiculous service. Shame

Terrible place! IAAI is love to making a fake bids by them self and then saying it was internet bidders! Tested many times! Lies!

My stuff was taken out of my truck. One of the workers described exactly what was missing, but somehow it cant be found. Vey expensive items missing.

You must call ahead if you dont you may not get your vehicle loadedthey only have a certain number of certified loadersif theyre not there when you go you cant get loaded you will have to come back another day?

They are the worst people in earth to deal with, they are mafia, I think the city has to watch the closer, they play with odometer, sale cars engine and transmission damage but they don’t mention that or they say the car is good
