Easy and reliable! Daryl picked us up at 3:30 in the morning. He was prompt, a great driver, courteous, and took care of our bags for us. The process was easy- credit card over the phone and the price was competitive. We will definitely be using him in the future.

When you call to schedule a ride to the airport you expect them to show up, right? They claim to have 24 hour dispatch, but when we called at 4:25am (10 minutes after scheduled pick-up time) nobody answered the phone- it was just a voicemail message! Thankfully Coastal Cab arrived in 5 minutes!

Our driver, Stan, was very welcoming and friendly and eager to help us enjoy our stay in Jacksonville by providing tips about the vicinity of our hotel (Omni). He also worked hard to circumvent the sprawling One Spark Festival in an effort to drop us off right in front of our hotel. The four of us and our multiple luggage pieces were comfortably seated in a spacious and clean minivan. I highly recommend this excellent yet affordable service. We (4) only paid $44 total for a ride from JAX Aiport to downtown Jacksonville. I also love that you can call/text their phone number and get prompt feedback, including quotes and reservations.
