Do not be a victim like us! Do not rent from this business. The van had service tire monitor system light so you can not see the odometer. We took pictures of the van tank before and after returning and they still charged for us gas. STAY AWAY. They rented me a van they took the Cadillac converter off of an engine light came on and would not refund me any money only want to give me a credit for another van rental update for my review why would you respond saying that you checked it why did my check engine light come on and the ride was rough and shaky on the way back when the check engine light came on what if I would have been on my way back home its the whole point Im making and then my tire pressure light was on other people lives are in your hands and why would I want to rent a future rental when Im getting the feedback that Im getting you would not even respond to now

I called two weeks in advance for a one day van rental. They told me they will not book one day rentals more than 1 week in advance. No problem, I understand their logic. I called back exactly 1 week in advance to get all the details. I asked the lady on the phone if I needed to make a deposit right then or if I could speak with my group before finalizing plans. She almost laughed and told me, Oh no. We have every van available for that date. No rush, talk to your group and get back with me. I called today, and was informed every van is rented and as of last Saturday, the day I called and was told the entire fleet was available, they were down to their last van. Obviously I would have made the deposit and held the van. The guy I spoke with today basically said it was my fault and had no concern for the bad information given to me by his staff. I booked with West Coast Van Rentals instead and I am glad they are getting my business instead.

So Rental fees are great but there insurance requirements are rediculaus at an additional $50,000 coverage which even if you have full coverage of your own insurance which would not be enough coverage therefore they will charge you $43 a day which brings your rental fees to be to much !

This company was easy to deal with and had great rates. The vehicle was waiting at the airport parking lot as promised. It was a smooth transaction.

Its a van rental... Vehicle was clean but had a strange smell, and ran well. Pick-up and Drop-off were easy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR DAYS YOU DIDNT USE THEIR STUFF. They are thieves and the manager doesnt care about customer service,AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO FIND HIDDEN FEES TAKEN OUT FROM SECURITY DEPOSITS MANAGER REFUSED TO SEE PICTURES I TOOK TO SHOW I RETURNED MY VAN IN TIME HE TOOK HIS EMPLOYEES WORD FOR IT AND THEN LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME HE WAS THERE WHEN I WAS WHEN THEY WERE CLOSED. No one was there! I have pictures to prove and will NEVER use them again. I should have known my first time into the facility that they were a joke when he jumped down another customers throats and talked to them like they were a child in front of other customers.

My initial experience was not great, butNicole from the corporate Customer Retention team worked very quickly and diligently to rectify the problem. I appreciated the quick attention to my customer needs.
