I enjoyed the Party Bus! It was spacious, neat and clean, the lighting were nice and the music was nice and loud. Mark the driver and Christy the assistant were great hosts and friendly. The price could have been explained a little better in the beginning, the price increase was a little confusing but everything went well and they arrived on time! I was referred to this company by a friend, so I rented a limo for my daughters prom. All the kids loved the limo and the driver was awesome. Everything went great and they all had a good time with lots of pictures. I will be using this company again anytime we need a limo in the future. We rented a limo from Actionville Limousines and everything was great. We will be using them again for our Christmas party in December. If you ever need a limo, we highly recommend that you use this company, too.

Very Disappointed!! Would never use again! And when I called and complained manager just made excuses.I was very disappointed with the car and driver. When you rent a limo you expect a certain level of quality!! The first thing that I noticed was the black electrical/ duct tape along the window of limo. It looked very tacky!! The second was the appearance of the driver. I try not to judge people based on their appearance however; she was not dressed clean and sharp like you would expect a driver to be! Also, when the driver opened the door that lifts, she had all of her belongings and dust pans etc in the front seat and floor board, again, very tacky! I would never have paid almost $800 for this level of quality! I’m am very disappointed and if I would have had a way to get the kids to prom, I would have asked for her to leave.Also, no aux cord. So if you want music from your device, bring your own speaker.

We used Actionville for a party bus for my daughter and her friends Homecoming dance. We had a good experience from beginning to end. Chuck made things easy to understand and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. Driver was on time and very nice and cool per all the teens on the bus! Everything was great leading up to the contract signing and the ride. Great attitude, easy to work with...but then it was a completely different game and they included extra charges with no explanation.They showed up in the ‘Pink Bentley’ with a cracked fender. The fake fender was the only thing that made it Bentley-ish. The pink paint looked like spray paint and the interior looked and felt circa 1998.They overcharged me by nearly $250 and refuse to provide an explanation or receipt. This company is less than two stars on Yelp (and I haven’t even put a review there yet), I wish I had seen that earlier but I unfortunately I relied only on Google.I just want to warn others of what to expect, I don’t know how they have such a high rating here, it’s probably fake reviews 😐

This company was amazing! The man that answered the phone was very nice while booking the limo and going through the whole process. The driver we had was so nice and went out of his way for anything we asked for. We needed more drinks, he stopped. We had to go to the bathroom, he stopped. No matter what it was, he didnt have a problem with it. I recommend this company and my mom will be booking another limo here again for my brothers birthday in October. Fun, fun, fun! We cant wait.

I have know Chuck for 13 years, and I personally know several of his drivers. They all take their jobs seriously. They go above and beyond for all their customers. Hired the Actionville limousine for our event one night. We had a great experience, our chauffeur was very nice and attentive to us.there was 15 of us and the limo was clean and roomy.Id use them again and would refer the company .

10/14/17 Our Limo arrived to take my son and his new bride away for their honeymoon. Every single detail that I had discussed with Chuck was carried out perfectly and our driver Matt went way above and beyond our expectations. The limo was gorgeous and you can really tell how well that Actionville takes care for their vehicles. We will certainly use them again! Thank you Chuck and Matt.

I was one of the passengers of this limo. With 100% confidence this is the worst company AND customer service ever. They do not deserve a star. When we entered the limo and throughout the ride, it was very hot. Prior to entering the limo, we told the driver 3 times that the limo was hot and that he needed to turn on the AC so when the passengers enter the limo it would be cool and comfortable. He claimed every time that it would cool down once the limo started moving. This did not happen, it was incredibly hot. The driver was not concerned about us. His window was down and everyone was saying it was very hot. He did not ask how we were doing or anything about our comfort, he did not talk to us. When giving feedback, he claimed that the AC was on and it was not hot. However, all of the passengers were clearly uncomfortable and sweating and he claims that we looked fine. We were dripping sweat the moment we entered and left and he knew it. My makeup was melting and my hair was wet from sweat. Pertaining to customer service, he was very very rude. When we gave him feedback and complained about these issues, he took it as a threat and told us that we were trying to blackmail and extort the company. He told us that what we were saying were criminal offenses. How is giving feedback about issues a threat? We were simply trying to explain our point of view and why we were unhappy about our experience. I hope this review is helpful for anyone contemplating on hiring this company. Please do not hire them. It is a waste of money

Oh what a night! !! This is the 3rd year in a year we have utilized this company for transportation to an annual concert that we attend. Crystal, the driver, the Escalade limo, the cleanliness, the service, and the owner of this company area all top notch! We have already booked them again for next years show. If I could leave 0 or negative stars, I absolutely would.Beware of Actionville Limos - They love to sneak extra fees into their contract and surprise you with them when they charge your card!We recently rented a limo from them for my boyfriends birthday. It was last minute, so we were prepared to pay a little extra. We were quoted $394 for four hours of service and we booked the limo. A contract was not emailed to us beforehand because the representative claimed their email was down.The driver showed up late. I stood in the heat as he rushed my boyfriend to sign the contract and get on the road. When we entered the limo, it was unprepared. There were no glasses for beverages, nor was there ice for our bottle of champagne. The driver said it was because it was booked earlier that day, but that seems like an excuse for laziness and its a very poor representation of their business. There wasnt an auxiliary cable for the music system either.Otherwise, the actual ride was standard. The driver dropped us off a block down from the restaurant and promptly picked us up when we called.At the end of the night, he did not present a final bill, nor did he advise us that we would be charged an extra hour of service.Needless to say, we were absolutely shocked to see our card charged for $820! Sure, we understand that sales tax was applied and we did give a reasonable tip, but the $180 for going an extra hour and 16% transportation charge just seem completely outrageous. Seriously - please explain a transportation charge on top of the hourly rental fee because I dont understand.Well never be using them again and well be sure to advise others to do the same.

Had angreat time in the limo and the driver was very professional, too. Couldnt have asked for a better night than we had. I didnt know until the limo arrived, but it turned out to be the same company my family rents from all the time. When we come back to visit again, we will for sure be renting another limo from this company. We are coming back in October. We will see you guys then.

Do not use this limo service. Extremely unpleasant ride; the AC was not on at all and the driver did not seem to care about the well being of the passengers. The limos outdated tech couldnt even provide an aux cord for a phone newer than the iPhone 3. Even worse, the radio was barely functional. When confronted with these issues, the driver became defensive and took it as an offense to the company. Actionville Limousines, more like Actionville LAME-ousines...get it. But seriously, stay away from these guys, they dont care if you have a good time or not.

Stay away from this limo service! During the day of the event, the air conditioning did not work and everyone inside was burning up from the 90 plus degree weather. The features of the limo that did work, were extremely outdated. The limo lights were pathetic and couldnt be controlled by the passengers. However, they did conveniently include an aux cord, except that it was only compatible with the iPhone 3 generation and older, so we were left to listen to a static radio. There was no blutooth or other inputs for an aux cord/USB cable even if you brought your own. The space inside intended for 12 could barely fit 8. The driver was not even concerned with the comfort of the customers even when asked about the air conditioning, or the controls for the lights, radio, and privacy window. Unless you like to waste money, suffocatingly sweat buckets, and turn down, forget about this lousy limo service.
