SCAM SCAM SCAM - Scheduled a carpet cleaning with this company. I was told it would wither be $59 or $99. When they got there they started the pitch. They refused to clean my carpets for the agreed upon price even though they were already in pretty good condition. They actually bring a measuring tape! They wanted 10 times the money!. The technician was rude and walked away. When I called the office and talked the Manager R*#n was worse than the tech. Read the other reviews and you will see the same thing from others; but you have to sift through the reviews that are obviously fake. Also you will see similar bad reviews on Better Business Bureau. Hope this helps someone else. Wish there was a zero star option.

I should’ve looked them up here first!!!We saw their money pages ad & made an appt. but, when the tech arrived he refused those prices. Quoted us almost 10 times $$ the amount advertised.said we needed “more chemicals and a deeper clean” that’s simply NOT TRUE, our carpets were in great condition and just needed a maintenance clean.My hubby said to just get them cleaned because we took the day off work and have guests coming to stay this weekend.So, On top of being over charged so much $$$ the clean was very basic and super quick. I feel like he rushed through it. We feel soo swindled!! Bait and switched!!DO NOT TRUST THEM OR WAIST YOUR TIME on this company!

We had this company out for carpet stretching. They damaged our hard wood floors with their tools(see attached picture). After a few weeks the carpet began pulling away ftom where they had stretched. When we called then back out, they said we would need to purchase the materials and then we would be charged an additional fee for them to fix it again. The store manager was very unprofessional and rude when I called to discuss this matter. I would never recommend this company or use them again.

Didn’t even get to the carpet cleaning. You see this what looks like professional company in a Mint magazine so you set an appointment because you want a good deal with a “reputable” company and they have a coupon! $69 turns into $569! The guy comes out half high half sleep to look at our 1300 sq ft condo to say our carpet is heavily soiled (it’s not) and to say with stain treatment and we charge so many cents per square inch you’re looking about $500 dollars! Don’t waste your time or energy of moving all of your things around. What a waste of my time! Never again! The guy was nice though, I just don’t think I could consciously charge working class people that much for a “condo.”

Calling to make the appointment immediately begins with Well prices start at $XX, we really have to see the room to see if anything else is needed. I asked for the basic cleaning, for the advertised price, and the gentleman basically refused. Pass.

This is the worst Carpet Cleaning company in Jacksonville, Steer clear. They lie and try to cover up their lies with mistruths. They claimed we had wool carpet and that the only way they could clean the one room and stairs was to dry clean it.Wool carpet has not been made in over 10 years and certainly would not be installed in a home. 99% of carpet is man-made with nylon and polyester etc. I called and complained and the guy answering the phone, Ryan told me he had to go by the technicians paperwork. We had this carpet installed by Home Depot 2 years ago.DO yourself a favor and never use this company and spread the word.... their ad in the money pages is a lie and they will swindle you. I am disputing this $286 bill with my Capital One Credit Card. I will continue to share my negative thoughts on social media and with all my friends and family.The extremely unprofessional company, I should have known by the way the technician was dressed.They also quoted some additional services which were very over priced, I would ever use them again for anything!

Tyler was on time, very friendly and professional. He worked quickly and the quality of cleaning was perfect. I thought some of our carpet stains were too soiled and old to come out. Tyler made our carpet look near brand new again. I will definitely call him back in the future. We always use precision carpet cleaning. But this was the best service ever.

Impressively bad customer service. Quoted $70 and was told my carpets needed a $275-$375 treatment. Technician smelled like weed, dressed unprofessionally, and walked out during my quote after his immature tempers flared. This company needs to learn how to do business. Scheduled a local family owned carpet cleaning service after who gave me an honest quote of $190 and provided the friendly service I am expecting.Edit: to your incredibly ignorant response - you continue to cast blame on the customer. 1) You started your response with a lie, you did quote me a price over the phone. 2) my carpets were not “extremely heavily soiled” as they are cleaned yearly. No other company tried to upsell me like you did. 3) if you were a “professional company” you would have your technicians dress in uniform, wear foot coverings, and not show up smelling like weed. 3) I did not have a budget. I was turned off that my quoted/advertised price was 400-500% higher upon inspection. Makes you think why a customer might be feeling deceived and upsold. Thank you for wasting my time and your company’s time. Your business practice is deceptive and shameful.

Do your research and read company reviews before hiring any carpet cleaning company. I made a big mistake by hiring this one. The Sheriff Department gave me great advice. I’m happy I have a video, pictures, and voice recording. Headed out to do paperwork for small claims court!

This was another typical experience of bait and switch carpet cleaning. Start with saying the technician was courteous and professional! The 5 rooms to be “carpet cleaned” was a great deal until they up charge for “spot cleaning” which was more than double the amount of the initial cleaning. So my $79 carpet clean was now $167 and looks worse than when they started, there are streaks everywhere and kitchen transition is dark and soiled. Moving forward I will be renting a portable machine and putting in the hard work necessary to actually clean my carpets.

I dont like to complain or leave less than 5 stars but this company needs to post a warning in their add. They were almost two hours late to begin. But my real issue is the $50 deal I thought I was getting to get one room cleaned. Although we have heavy traffic and dogs in this area, I expected to at least see a better cleaning than what I would have done. NOT the case. I truly believe the tech only used water and no cleaning product or deodorizer. Unless the fishy smell they left was the deodorizer. It was highly saturated and took all night to dry. I vacuumed two days later and it doesnt look like it was ever cleaned. However I did call management that same evening and they said they would call me back the next morning after they saw the paperwork and no one has called back over three days now. Not what I expected from a professional business that claims theyve been in service for 27 years. I would not recommend using this company. And well have to get someone else in here to get the job done right.

Not worth it. They start with high pressure sales that are 4-5 times the standard price. If you choose the basic what you get is the quickest job youll ever see. The motion was literally like seeping with a broom. No attempt at cleaning at all. It took less than 5 minutes a room, I timed it!!! Youre better off using a vacuum than this company.

Dustin from Precision Carpet came over and gave me a quote for cleaning and sealing all the tile surfaces in my house. The tiles were put in a few months ago but were never sealed, so after a few months they had become stained and dirty. Dustin was extremely professional and on time. He didn’t pressure me into going with them and when I asked him to break down costs and was extremely happy to show me. He did the job quickly and efficiently, and gave me full detailed explanations when I asked him about the chemicals they used for the process and their long term durability.

Tech Paul showed up on time. He did a great job with grout cleaning our kitchen and bathroom as well as cleaning our carpet on our screened in porch. This was our second time using this company.

Absolutely thrilled with my cleaning today. The two men were professional, listened to my concerns and did an amazing job. I have an older dog that unfortunately stained area rug and couch cushions. They cleaned, treated and added protective and everything looks and smells great. I will never use another company again. Great experience!

Most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience ever! I called to get a quote and spoke to Ryan the manager and was told they could not give me an quote over the phone. He said they would need to come out to see what rooms they were cleaning to give a quote. I set up a time for them to come out to view the job. I needed stairs which as about 6 stairs, one room and a closet cleaned. I also had pets so I needed to add pet treatment to just the stairs. I was charged $305.79.The techs arrived an hour early which I did say was ok but my boyfriend was not at home with me at the time, because they were early. Upon the arrival of the techs I was asked how much is rent or mortgage of my home, which I thought was very unprofessional. They took at look at the job and came up with an estimate of $ 305.79, which is severely over priced. I then told the tech that I needed to talk to my boyfriend before I made a decision. The tech proceeded to tell me that they drove out of their way to do a service, not give a quote and that he will wait for my boyfriend to arrive. Then he asked me why cant I make the decision. At that point I felt uncomfortable and pressured because I was alone in my home with 2 men that refused to take no for an answer.My boyfriend finally called me back and just told me to go ahead and let them do the job because he just wanted them to leave. The job took all of 20 minutes and it was quick and a sloppy job. This was on 11/09/2019. Because I felt so uncomfortable and violated and cheated I called on that following Monday 11/11/2019 and spoke to Ryan the manager and expressed my concern.The minute I mentioned that I was uncomfortable I feel the manager should have handled the situation with care but instead the conversation went left. I was told that he felt that his employees were not wrong and that Im dissatisfied because the conversation is not going my way. He refused to hear anything I had to say and was literally yelling and talking over me on the phone. Ive never experienced anything like this and it left me feeling like I didnt have a voice and cheated out of money. I plan to take this further but wanted to share because I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else that is considering using their services.

The guys that came out to clean my carpets (Paul and Ray) did an awesome job. They are very professional and friendly. If you use this company, I hope you get them. You wont be disappointed.

I am over the top pleased with the services that were done in my home today. A man named Chandler cleaned carpets in 4 bedrooms, as well as 2 couches in my family room. I wish I could show before and after pictures because words cant express enough the world of a difference. I would highly recommend this company. Ive used this company twice. The first time the carpet was thoroughly cleaned so I called for a second carpet cleaning. Second time there was a different technician. Both technicians were knowledgeable and did a good job. The second time, I paid almost double what I paid the first time. There was less than a year between services so honestly my carpet was in the same condition as the first cleaning. Because the difference in the price/quotes each time, I am hesitant to utilize their services a third time. After reading the companys response to the google reviews...I wont be utilizing again. Upper management unprofessional....read how they are responding to the reviews. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Precision carpet cleaning does false advertisement. In the Mint magazine they advertise 3 rooms for $59.99. When the technician arrived he was not wearing a mask nor did he put one on for the duration. He looked at the carpet and said it was 513 square feet with no notable stains. He then starts going over pricing and I mentioned that I wanted the special advertised, he said that what I saw is just an estimate. Then he started going over all the different packages. He offered a $350 package, I explained we are moving and just need the basic. He said the cheapest package was $169. I told him I was not interested in paying that when I have seen that advertisement for the $59.99 special. I then told him that I can just take my business elsewhere and he said that he would be willing to match another companies price. When I told him the names of some of the other companies and their prices he seems to have knowledge of who the owners were and said that they do business the same way. I called around and I found a company that could come out the same day and they could do it for $75. The technician then said that he could match that. Our carpets were in such a good shape that I timed him and it only took him 10 minutes to clean the carpet. I wonder how many people they scam on a daily basis with this kind of selling tactic. At the end I feel like I was taken advantage of and overpaid when he should’ve honored that coupon from the mint magazine for $59.99.

Totally misleading and not responsive to customers concern! The ad reads Maintenance Cleaning Starting at 69.99 5 rooms + hall, any room over 200 square ft counts as two rooms, additional charges will apply for heavily soiled areas. Upon arrival technician quotes me 205.00..one room is over 200 sq ft...the ad also says 99.99 for 8 rooms + hall. Therefore, at best the charge should be 99.99 +...The technician and manager explain that it depends on the condition of the carpet. This house was sold with new carpet a month ago. We had the rooms painted throughout and just wanted the dust off the surface before move in. No furniture, nothing to interfer with cleaning. There were no heavily trafficked areas, no stains, nothing but dust. And they are going to charge an extra 100.00 over the advertised price. False advertising. BEWARE!

Technician is a smoker and clearly smokes in the van where equipment is. My upholstery smells like smoke now. Contacted the manager (Ryan) and he called it ‘ asinine and hard to believe’. Highly recommend NOT using this company.

Would not recommend. Called for a carpet cleaning in one bedroom after a pet accident. Technician came out and pulled back the carpet from the floor and advised it was going to be 500.00 for the service. I declined the service and the technician left and did not put the carpet back like it was and was unable to clean the carpet from the incident. Had to call a carpet installer to come out and reinstall the carpet.Talked with manager about the service and he was advised of false information from his technician and did not have any intentions in resolving the issue and had the technician call me back that was no help in the first place. Never had a carpet cleaning company remove the carpet to clean it.If your in need for carpet cleaning I would call the next company on your list before call this company.

Highly recommend. Chandler and his team were amazing. I bought an older house at the beach that was in serious need of either a complete new tile job, which obviously would be very expensive, or a solid solution to clean the existing tile and grout. They were able to restore both the tile and the grout from a dark grout stain color to a tile and grout that does not look like it’s been down more than a month. They were true to their word, extremely polite, punctual and worth every penny.

I called for a carpet cleaning appointment. The person that we spoke to on the phone was very nice. I called in regards to a two room + hall special. When the techs arrived an hour earlier then expected after stating over the phone that I wanted the latest time possible. I was charged 318$ && when I asked if he needed to see the coupon which it says on there, he says no he knows the prices. I was charged 44.99 for a maintenance cleaning. Now I’m not sure how it went from 30$ to 318$ but I did have to get a carpet repair in which I am in tears about because it looks horrible and I’m moving out of my apartment. I also added on a power scrub. My budget was very limited but after Gage insured that the carpet cleaning would guarantee at least 70% of my deposit back I agreed. I was never told anything about permanent stains that they wouldn’t be able to take out and that the carpet repair wouldn’t look great. I called to have them come back out and it still looks horrible and the guy then mentions the other stains wouldn’t come out. I myself got on my hands and knees and scrub the stains out and they came out no problem. However there is no way for me to fix this horrible carpet repair myself and that will also be taken out of my deposit. I would like a full refund for the carpet repair because it’s not a good job at all. This is by far the worst experience I have had with a company. I gave it two stars because everyone was extremely nice but the Carpet cleaning and repair was not worth 318$.

They were supposed to arrive between 3-5, arrived a little after 5, but I was extremely disappointed with how quickly they finished a 3 bedroom home!It was as if they sprayed solution on the carpet, then..done!I pointed out 2 carpet stains to them that had been lightly gone over, and they told me that they cannot remove the stains! They also told me that they are not allowed to move furniture !My 69.99 quote turned into an upscale to 100, but I will say to all out there, DONT CALL THEM!The owner responded to me and said that they are allowed to move furniture. He also stated that the guy that he checked with said it was a heavy piece of furniture. It is a couch...he never even tried! Also, the carpet stains are removed by ME now, and it wasnt bleach. He lied to the owner! Beware!

I had a great experience using Precision Carpet & Upholstery. They were able to clean my couch and removed any and all stains within just under two hours! The price was extremely reasonable and hard to beat. Andrew was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend their services and to request Andrew!

They cleaned my hardwood floors and took the polish off where ever they stopped the machine.. I had big lines all over the floors and they werent sure how to fix them.. I had to call another company and it cost me 600 dollars just to have them come out take the polish off and re-polish. not sure what they used for chemicals but sure left a mess. Said they would come back 4 days later and try to fix them. I dont think I will call them EVER again. Do not recommend them

Paul came out and cleaned my floors that havent been cleaned since 2016. It was more then I thought orginally but he got out 90% of all the stains my 2 boys and I have made over the years. He was very personable and up front with what would or wouldnt come out. He was fast but precise at cleaning and making the rugs look as new as possible. Would definitely recommend him and his company.

I walked into their office and asked them to send Paul to clean up my carpet because of many reviews.Paul came over my house looked the whole house and gave me the best estimate and I took the premium offer.Paul presented himself as a great professional, outstanding personality, great attitude and honesty i was very impressed the job he did into my house. Dave and his co worker saved my floors. Here is a pic of the floor after the left. Dave and I didnt get his younger co workers name but was very professional down to what chemical to use to strip off the stuff ( I put on to almost ruin my hardwood that I did). Dave came with his younger co worker I gave them a sample of the floor I had left over and they cleaned up my mess and saved my downstairs. They also under bid a previous company by $800 and covered all the sqft I needed to be treated and gave me a warranty. Also a discount if I want them to come back to treat the floors. Hand down this is the company you want for your floors or anything else! Professional in all aspects...! Jacksonville and St. Johns area choose this company! Thank you Dave!

My 82 year old father hired the company to restretch 4 rooms of carpet and clean 2 rooms. When they arrived they didn’t have the proper cleaning equipment so the carpet was not cleaned.They charged $1600 to retrench 4 rooms of carpet. He was there 2 hours. There are also two areas that were not done properly. When we called the owner for two reasons, one the outrageous price charged he said nothing can be done. He did say he would send installer back.After refusing to refuse the price to a fair price we didn’t want the installer back. 6 months later an installer came and restretched all rooms for $250.I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Called 30 minutes before scheduled arrival time, My service men were Ken and Ryan, They got a tour of my home and the area that needed to be cleaned...Ken was very informative and professional. Upon giving me my estimate, they got to work. The service in my house was quick and thorough. Gary and Andrew cleaned, disinfected, and deodorized the carpets and upholstered furniture at my brothers apartment. They were very PROFESSIONAL and did an EXCELLENT job, going above and beyond our expectations about what could be achieved. We later contracted with them to do a clean out of his apartment, and once again, they were very professional, polite, courteous, and tactful about what needed to be done and what they could do to help. Neighbors and the apartment management commented about how hard these guys worked! Everyone was impressed with the quality of their work. They were able to MANAGE and COORDINATE other service providers to enable a successful move and final cleaning of the apartment including rugs, furniture upholstery, and even cleaned the car upholstery. Gary and Andrew are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY, an essential quality when giving total access to your home and assets! Paul just cleaned the carpet today and I am so impressed. The entire house smells better! He did a pretreatment, worked from the back of the house to the front, took care to get every nook and cranny, and I know I wont hire anyone else to take care of the carpets from now on. Thanks guys!

Thank you Precision Carpet for an excellent experience today. We just bought a house in Fernandina Beach and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before our furniture arrived. 😀 Tonight My carpets look great and “WOW” is all I can say about the transformation of my tile after it was cleaned. It looks brand new! Thanks to Owen, my Precision Technician, who was informative(gave encouragement regarding cleaning the tile and warranty info for carpet cleaning), very helpful and he worked very hard. I also appreciated Rory who Helped out a lot with the big project. We will definitely be using Precision in the future. Thanks for making our “moving in” process a lot easier!

Fantastic job! We called around 9:00 Saturday morning and Chandler was here just a few hours later to clean our sectional couch. It was badly stained so we werent sure if it would clean up or not, but it did and looks great! Thanks for awesome, affordable, speedy, professional service.

Ken worked hard on cleaning my sectional. Im still waiting for it to dry but Im sure it will look great. I did have to go through the traditional haggling routine of getting quoted 69.95 on the phone to then get an onsite price quote of $450.00. Then with a call to the owner we settled at $200 which is what I expected to pay. I just wish these carpet companies would be honest and upfront with prices so we didnt have to go through that silly routine every time to get a fair price. I would still recommend this company b/c the work was good and the price I paid was fair just be prepared to negotiate.

I have had two great experiences with Precision Carpet. The last experience was on 8/12/18 with Owen. Owen was awesome, very personable gentleman. Walked us through our whole home and explained what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. Once everything was explained Owen got right to work and did an awesome job!! I now have his number on speed dial and I will request him when it’s time to do it all over again. Thanks again Owen and Precision Carpet!

I saw their advertisement in the Money Pages magazine. I called and scheduled an appointment. Paul was the expert that contacted me. He was very prompt and explained the process very thoroughly. He recommended different services that would fit my price budget after examining my carpet. He was very timely in his services and I am extremely happy with the outcome of the carpet cleaning. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Dave and Josh were terrific. Arrived on time ready to do the job. Assessed the work and made recommendations. Offered cleaning service after the repair at a fair cost so we agreed up front. Estimated how long it would take and how they would proceed. Finished on time and reviewed the completed work. I wish all service people I deal with could operate professionally like Dave and Josh. A true pleasure to have in our home!!

We had a very serious and longstanding issue with our plush smart strand wall to wall carpet....cream colored with terrible pet stains. Wed tried three different companies and were basically sick of throwing away money to have the stains come back every single time. We were just about to pull it all up and put in hardwoods when I saw an ad for Precision Carpet. It had been over a year since wed had it cleaned and I couldnt stand looking at it another minute. I thought before we tear it up lets try one more company. Dave and Josh came over very quickly and worked with us to get it right .It did take more than one visit, trying different ideas to get it done and that was OK with me. Dave even researched our specific type of problem with an old timer in the business to see if there was anything else that could be done. We were impressed with that. Let me tell you our carpet looks SO much better. Were no longer embarrassed to have people over. This business is family owned and they always answer the phone and come right over. Even open on weekends. Try them out.....you wont regret it!

The business model is unethical and the owner is very rude. Once they get in the door the price double, triples, or quintuples... the skys the limit. You better going with a reputable Stanley cleaner. Their rooms have all sorts of tricks and gimmicks, Check the Yelp reviews, this company is shady.

I have been using Precision Carpet for years to clean our tile and grout and have always been very pleased. I must say, todays cleaning surpassed them all! David and Josh were punctual, professional, careful, thoughtful, hardworking, kind, and did an absolutely SPECTACULAR job, and definitely went the extra mile. Our tile looks brand new! Morgan came out today and I was considering replacing our carpets, but he assured us that the carpets would clean up to almost new, and they did! I am so pleased with the quality and the professional service that Morgan gave us. He also offered to come back for stretching and cleaning a couple of rooms that I was sure I would have to replace. I look forward to using Precision Carpet again, and I will ask for Morgan, he really did a great job!

DAVE and josh did a great job!!! They came in and examined my carpet, provided me with a honest quote and asked if I would like to proceed. I agreed to do the cleaning and I’m satisfied with the results!! I was provided so much information on how to maintain clean carpet and ways to eliminate dirt from tracking up the carpet. Dave & Josh were excellent! Explained the process it would take in order to get my carpet back to normal due to puppy stains. I recently took in a foster son and really needed my carpets clean with him crawling around. Dave and Josh came out and worked with me on the price so I could afford to get what I needed done. I was only expecting a 75-85% improvement as our carpet was the builder grade carpet that was put in 9 years ago. Dustin and Larry were AMAZING!!! Not only were they professional and really down to earth, but they took time to talk to me and explain the process and helped me change what my expectations were to be. After all was said and done, there was a 95% improvement!! I could not stop praising them! They are amazing technicians and I truly would recommend them to ANYONE who may need ANY type of carpet or upholstery services!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!! We just had our carpet cleaner today and Chandler did an amazing job!! He was very friendly, polite, nice and so respectful and kind. He got out 90/95% of stains and I would recommend this company anytime. Great job.

Do not call this company! Racial people and also charge you more if you are other race/color! Regret using them through “Money Pages”. They will advertise $ 99 dollars only, but I ended up paying more than $ 700. Still uncleaned spots left. Will never recommend them.

I had a awesome carpet cleaning experience from Precision Carpet. Morgan and Larry called ahead and showed up on time. They were both professional and friendly and made a 12 year old carpet look and smell like new. Kenny and Brian did a great job! Did wonders on my 18 year old Berber carpet. Traffic patterns and the few stains I had look so much better. Worked with me some on price to keep what I had budgeted for it. Both were pleasant to talk to and did their job well and professionally. Very happy with final product. Precision carpets and specifically Dustin were exceptional. They were transparent in pricing, and provided detailed explanation on what service was required and why for a given stain. They were on time for established appointment and had everything required on hand to complete the job. The service was great and the carpets were cleaned as specified. I would highly recommend Precision Carpets, they are knowledgeable on lease clean out requirements and adhere to those standards. Will use them for all future carpet cleanings.

I would definitely use this company again, as well as recommend to a friend. My technician Dustin was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He fully explained his procedure and put all my concerns about exposing myself and my pets to any chemicals at ease. He was able to work with me within my budget and applied any coupons that were available. And lastly he did an excellent job, the pet odor was eliminated and almost all grout lines were completely brand new again.

Called after seeing their special for 44.99 for 4 rooms. Guy that came out was extremely thorough in explaining additional services and what were necessary and what were optional add-ons. He listened to my expectations and was never pushy when I declined some services. He went above and beyond with the service. I will be using this company many more times in the future.

Let me start of by saying Dustin did a wonderful job on my carpet. The experience started with a wonderful office staff who worked with my busy schedule to fit in a cleaning when it was convenient for me. You definitely get what you pay for with this company, and Dustin was able to remove the pet odor from my carpet rather than just do a brush off the dirt treatment and work within my budget. I would definitely do business with them again!

My mother needed her carpets cleaned and there were heavy traffic patterns in older carpet (which we thought should be replaced!); however, once these guys were done, the carpet looked new and smelled great. Totally recommend their services and even more important, their character!!

I had almost the whole house carpet cleaned today. Owen inspected the carpet with a black light, and it showed pet urine in places. We agreed on the square footage that was to be cleaned. Owen did the calculations and gave me a veteran discount. The carpet has not dried yet, but it appears to be about the best carpet cleaning that I have ever had. Also I want to mention the Owen was polite, and professional. Thanks Owen. I dont recall ever giving anyone in the past a 5 star, but this is an exception.

Seen the ad in the Mint magazine and called, fully expecting just the 2 room price of about $45.00. Once Morgan arrived and did the walk though and agave me options to help increase the life of the carpet I wasnt upset about the new price. Based on the before and seeing the after it was well worth it! Ill definitely use their service again and hope that Morgan can make it out! Loved the fact that he was honest and no BS!
