The manager was the one who primarily helped us. He was great as well as some of the other employees that Also took care of us. We were treated very nice and respectfully. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and smooth everything went. The store itself was very clean. You can just tell this group was proud of and liked what they do. I really love the fact that I can make payments on the tires too. I would definitely recommend.

The owner is really nice and helpful. I went there just to fix a flat. They were quick and had me back up and on my way to my vacation spot in no time.

From the moment I walked in (clueless on tire options) to the installation, the entire crew was very polite, helpful, and professional!! My options were explained very clearly so the decision was easy. Billy is a great salesman, listened to what I needed, didnt push options I didnt want to hear about. Tires had to be order, but came in as Will explained. They installed them while I was working, so I didnt even have to wait around. Paperwork was processed quickly and thoroughly. Got me a set of tires I got cooper evolution 225/55/R17. You can pick the brand you want and size unless you want the factory size they also do rims. just pay 20.00 down and my payment weekly is only 44.39 a week you can also pay monthly you have 6mo to pay it off it’s a great staff and friendly and good fast service it’s a great place to get tires on a budget if you can’t buy the tires out right because tires ain’t cheap and RNR has what you want with overnight delivery on any tires they order.. they are my new place to get tires for now on RNR will always have my business give them a call or just go there

RNR is the best tire place in town! I went in on a Saturday and by 9am on Monday they had my tires! Jessie was my sales person and he had an answer for all of my questions. He was very polite and friendly. Mark is the store manager and he made me feel like I have known him for years. Every single staff member that I talked with was professional and polite! (Something you dont see everyday) My tires look great and RNR has definitely earned a lifetime customer!

I went into the Jackson, TN location on a Saturday to get tires. They had to be ordered and that was okay so I was told to come back Monday. I work 12 hour shifts Monay thru Friday so my time is limited. I came back Monday morning to be told the tires were not in yet. Okay...I suggested leaving my car in front of the business Tuesday morning before they opened as I get off work at 5am and I would pick it up Tuesday afternoon. I stopped by to pick my car up Tuesday afternoon only to be told the tires were never ordered. A order was put in at that time for the tires and I repeated the drop off on Wednesday morning. Unfortunately Wednesday afternoon came and the tires were delivered however never installed. At this point I do not want to deal with R and R Tires any longer. My tires are in horrible condition and I was prepared to pay in full to purchase reliable tires however I will drive on a prayer until the weekend when I can get to Walmart. I hope others will have better experiences as I will not be a future customer.

Called in while paying through town asking if they could balance one of my tires that threw a weight. They refused to do any work on tires that they did not sell you and if you are not a member of their club. I asked, can I pay you to rebalance one tire, and their answer was no.

Rude employees. During a phone conversation to reschedule an appt. I could hear them loudly complaining about accommodating me in anyway and even saying hateful things about me. And I was talking to the on shift manager who did nothing to end it or even disapprove of those actions. Needless to say I never made that appt or went there again. Id give no stars if it was option at all.

The company is reaping customer off and they dont realize it. The corporate office says in 120 days you buy something for 900 dollars. You pay 900 back. Got a quote from the the Jackson Store.If I bought some tires for 900 dollars these include tax. I would have to pay 1400 dollars back in a 120 days. Corporate stores dont do that but the franchise can charge what they want. Call a corporate store and find out for yourself.

I Love the LX7 Lexoni tires that RNR offers. The men are great business men, who seeks to support their customers. The first time I purchased the LX7 tires, they were around $120, but this time I paid more, but I liked the tires so much that I was willing to pay the extra price. I also love the fact that they partner with Synchrony Bank, so if you are not able to pay that same day, they will see if you qualify for Synchrony Bank and if so, you can make your payments by the month. Overall, I recommend RNR to anyone who are looking for great quality tires for a fair price. Also, as a bonus, they will shine your tires to show they appreciate your business.

They are scammers and at the end of the night they lining their pockets with extra money. Payment was said to be one price and the next time its higher with no way to understand what is exactly going on here, I purchased tires with four month plan ok, first payment high ok, second and third payments(what I was quoted) last payment higher, My quote was not at all close to my payment, I believe Mark and Billy going home with extra money for their pockets every night-Im not doing business with these people again
