We stopped here at the recommendation of a gentleman at a truck stop in Denmark, TN after blowing two tires along the highway. We changed the tires ourselves along the road, but wanted to replace our spares.The crew was able to mount both our extra trailer tires and get us another new spare in half an hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Easy to get into for large trucks with trailers (we were in two full size pick ups pulling a 20 foot trailer and a 30 foot trailer).

Was able to reseal my tire at no charge. Great attitude and service. I will use again.

Im in on a Friday afternoon for tubes and liquid in tractor tires for ballast, Cody asked are you gonna leave it or wait I say I wanted to wait on it. Let me remind you these guys were super busy on Friday afternoon, after instructions where to unload, these guys go into action, what impressed most was how they treated me, all the way from the front desk to out in the tires shop, just plain friendly. App at 9 wanted till 11:50 at which point had to talk to a mgr to finly get in the shop (where I opzerved 6 macanics standing around smoking and eating snacks) just to get a set of ster tires on my truck was out of shop at 1:10 then to the aliment shop and out at 1:50 so inconclusionif your in a hurry I dont recommend it but there is free wifi a 2 set driver lounge with tv a small vending machine and the people I meet were berry nice to do business with other than the water it was a good day

Recommend these folks to anyone local or anyone traveling through! We got a flat going from Memphis to Cleveland in the middle of the night. They got us in first thing the next morning and patched the tire for free! Very thankful for their hospitality.

Called ahead on a day when I had a flexible schedule. They gave me a time to come in. Had an oil change and tires rotated on two vehicles. It was done in about an hour. Fair price. You can’t do better than that.

On the way home to Chattanooga after business trip in Memphis I had a blowout on us 40 around 6:30 pm. JAbout 15 miles from Jackson, I had my car towed to Best Tire. They went over and beyond normal customer service. They picked me up from the hotel the next morning and got me to there shop.They didn’t have the tire I need it for my Genesis, but they found a dealer in the city that have one. With the service rep we went and picked up the new tire return to the shop. They installed the tire and said, “no charge!” That was over the top service. I recommend Best Tire to everyone that has a tire need!!! The rep said “customer service is their priority” because they value their customers! Great job!

Practically tried to scam my wife while hitting on her. Basically, we had a family emergency come up and had to get the brakes and rotors on our Armada changed. I previously purchased the brake pads and rotors so we just needed them put on. She called to get a quote on labor and she was told that they charge $105 hr. And it would take about an hour so it would be $105 plus tax. Okay good, she drove straight down. They got all the brakes and rotors changed out in exactly one hour. She went to pay and the guy behind the counter said the total was $275.56 (which is almost 3x what she was quoted on the phone). In complete disbelief she demanded an explanation. The guy proceeded to tell her that its $105 per hour per axle now. Which still doesnt account for another $40 that came out of thin air. After arguing with the manager about what was quoted and what was charged they decided to do the right thing and charge the original amount of $105 plus tax. Thats not all though, while she was waiting on the brakes and rotors to be changed the guy behind the counter began hitting on my wife, going as far as to offer his seat behind the counter even after she explained that she was married. She felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation. All I have to say to that is, better be careful as to whos wife you hit on. This facility is very unprofessional, very disrespectful, lacking morals and is run like a zoo. Definitely find somewhere else to go unless you like to be hit on while being ripped off.

Juan Torres in the tire shop tried to gouge me just because I drive a BMW. I brought my M3 in for an alignment. First he told me $169 then stuttered and said $199.99. Took my car to King Tire. They charged $69.95 plus tax and did a good job. I dont like people trying to take advantage of me. This is just ridiculous!

We have a local small business with several vehicles and have been using Best One in Jackson since the beginning. They do all of our brakes, front end repairs and alignments in addition to providing all of our tires for our SUVs, medium duty trucks, and pickup trucks. Daryl and his employees take care of their customers like no other tire shop. However, John Weaver is the guru for all things automotive. It doesn’t matter how complicated the problem is, these guys go way beyond to make sure the customer is happy. The guys in the shop are tops and also care about your vehicles. You don’t have to worry about your vehicle being scratched up or mistreated here. We haven’t even tried to find a better tire shop because it’s called Best One for a reason.

Everytime I have ever been here for anything related to my car the workers are always so helpful and understanding. Ive been there 5 minutes before closing and not been turned away. These people are all about helping the customers!

One of my drivers took in one of my trailers to get a few lug nuts replaced on one of the rims. The mechanic worked on it and told my driver he was good to go. Driver probably drove 40 miles and the same drone that was worked on earlier heated up and blew out the tire and caused the axle to leak oil. I called their after hours roadside assistant to get help and the lady stated that per the manager the tech that went out would first inspect the issue and determine if its something they did that caused the tire to blow out or if its something else and if so I would have to pay out of pocket. Once she told me that I already had a gut feeling the tech was going to get there and determine it was not on their end. About 2 hours later I get a call from the so called owner of this business and he tells me the tire blew out because the load we are hauling is too heavy, I think he might have scales connected to his eyes some sort of way (ridiculous), hauling is our everyday job, I have to sign a rate confirmation for every load we haul which clearly states the weight. The load on this trailer is only 7,000 lbs and we can haul up to 20 albs, so go to another dog with that bone (not to same something else). So, this so called owner keeps yelling at me saying its on us and that he would not take any responsibility what so ever and just hangs up on me. The tech calls back and said the electrical box on the brakes blew out which cause the brakes to lock on the tire which is why the tire blew out, I called the owner back to discuss this and his answer is that he will not talk to me anymore. Once I told him that I would call the police to get this resolved he hung up again and sent the tech away. Point of story is they will not warranty the work they do nor own up to their mistakes. This was a horrible experience and I hope it does not happen to anyone else.
