I don’t like being stranded with a car that won’t start. However, Travis made the experience pretty smooth. Quick, professional service at a reasonable price. He was very good, and a great guy too. Would recommend & will be calling them if I ever need another tow. A-1+++++

Recently did business with Manns Wrecker. They were excellent. I dealt with Tony. When they say they do tire repair and oil changes along with the standard services you expect from one of the best known wreckers in the area, that doesnt even scratch the surface of their maintenance service. They swapped out a Ford Explorer engine for me, with a guarantee on part and labor, within the time frame I expected and needed. Pricing was excellent and way under budget expected from other shops, I had checked. Tony knows his stuff. Also had him do an upper and lower ball joint job on my Jeep a few months back, which is how I got re-acquainted with this organization. You might call them for The Hook when on a rainy night you find yourself on the side of the road, but for my money, you can feel confident about them repairing the problem that put you there. Andy, was one of the nicest most professional persons I have met. He was a pleasure to work with, and his customer service is exceptional.We are traveling with a camper and had car issues. We were lucky enough to be in a safe location. I had called Manns and other tow services in the area for estimates. We were waiting to hear back from another tow company, when Andy from Manns stopped by to see if we found a tow. He did not have to do this. We appreciated the gesture and didnt even bother waiting for another estimate.Manns towed us and we were able to get some much needed rest.

Mann’s wrecker went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me and my 1 year old son. We were stuck on the side of the road in the cold with a flat tire. Not only did they come in like 15 mins but they also interacted with my son! I have never experienced such GREAT service with a towing company like this one . The water pump on my Jeep went out and the engine overheated and left me and my family on the side of interstate 40 outside of Jackson, TN. I called Manns and everyone I interacted with was friendly and eager to help. Within a very short time the wrecker was there to get us off of the interstate. Back at the garage, Tony looked at the Jeep right away and let us know what the issue was. It was late so we decided to stay in a hotel for the night, which Tony gave us a ride to and from the next day. My Jeep was fixed and back on the road by 11 am the next morning. If Im ever in the area again I would use them without question.

A few days ago as i was attempting to put air in my tire; the valve that the air goes in broke off. i had just gotten off work, this happened around 5:30pm. i called just about everyone but they were closed or only offered to place my spare. i was advised to call Manns. i did exactly so. Within 15min Big Mike came to tow my vehicle to the shop and Less than 20min the valve was replaced by Tony. During my visit i also discovered that Tony does oil changes and if im not mistaken body work. My overall experience with them was stress free. I will definitely let them service my vehicle again.

After making the call for service Mr Andy was there to take care of us within a few minutes. After making it to the shop the staff actually seemed as if they were waiting on us to get there making us as comfortable as the could because of what my daughter had just encountered. I would recommend them for your towing needs.

This place was a life saver, tony worked magic on our 1979 Winnebago that died coming up the mountain coming from North Carolina. Even though there were so many issues, tony helped us work out one by one, and just a few days later with little further trouble we made it to California safe and sound! Highly recommend for whatever you need, they really care about their work. I still talk to Tony and give him updates on life!

Stopped at busy loves on my travel to Rhode Island and needed oil change in my civic.. I noticed this place and called them. They went and picked up synthetic oil and had it changed within 40 minutes.. the price was lower than I thought it was going to be and he talked to me for a while about how to care for the car. Our 26’ rental truck broke down just north of Jackson. After a long day on the road, Mike Dittaugh came to the rescue and towed us two hours to our final destination! My husband broke down at Loves travel stop while i was with him on the road we had our son and our boxer. we called this place for a tow and they sent out a driver which was very nice and helpful and they sent out tony to help get us to a motel safe. it was very cold out and Tony was an awesome helpful person. He waited while i got some stuff out of the truck then drove us to a motel in his personal vehicle which he didnt have to do at all. THANK YOU TONY ! These guys are legit! Everyone dreads that feeling when you’re on a trip driving and all of sudden your vehicle has an issue. In my case my truck completely dies while going 65mph doing the highway at 2:00am. Unlucky situation no doubt, but luckily this happened in range of Mann’s Wrecker Service. Came to me in no time, towed me back to their shop and even helped me fixed it in the morning (he diagnosed and fixed it in 5 minutes, it was crazy and super impressive). Very experienced and just great people. God Bless!

I was stranded with a flat tire on a stormy Friday night. I didnt know who to call, but found Manns Wrecker Service on Google. The lady I spoke with was so kind and reassuring. She sent a wonderful man named Andy to change my flat for me. He arrived quickly, knew exactly what he was doing, and was a pleasure to talk to in the meantime. The cost was minimal for the service, especially for a Friday night. I couldnt believe how fast I was back on the road. Instead of being upset about the flat, all I could think about was how good God was to let me find Manns Wrecker Service.

Michael dittaugh really went the extra mile for me tonight. It was a a long day stranded in my rig in the middle of nowhere. Mann Wrecker is hands down the BEST place to get your car serviced at ! They are very reasonable people lol forget that, these men are the best they did me a hugeeeeee favor, they actually care a lot about their customers . i highly recommend & i will be back !!!

They hardly did any of the towing my brother got the car out of the ditch and wasin the vehicle but charged 175 for labor plus 50 dollars a day for storage rip off. Stated they charged for the winching as you all can see the smart owner decided to post when the person towing did not do the winching. Genius.

Ive used them several times and I have been very pleased. Ive even taken the time to call and price check and have been impressed. First rate service. Overall, Ive used Manns several times and Ive been happy with service and price every time.

****WARNING**** Long review but please READ!I wanted to edit my original review because the first time I was only able to post the 5 stars and this story is worth telling! We were sitting on the side of I-40 and just wanted to get moving! You ever have something happen you just know is a God thing? Something that happens and you just know there is a higher power or someone really watching out for you?! We were headed to Memphis from Nashville with our new truck and camper for our first camp trip of the season. The trip started off rough just getting out of Nashville and all we wanted to do was get to the campground before dark. At 5 miles east of Jackson one of camper tires pretty much exploded. We werent near an exit and were at a place that has the smallest shoulder I have ever seen. VERY SCARY! I get on google maps to see how far the next exit is. Im looking for a business to check the address for the distance and the only business that pops up is Manns. It takes me about 2 seconds to realize I just need to call them instead of letting my husband try to change that tire on the side of I-40 with semis flying past. I hit call at the same time my husband says CALL THEM! We wait 30 minutes and the guy is there, brings out this massive jack and gets us all fixed! In the mean time I am trying to get pictures and make sure I have what I needed for the insurance claim. I go back to the google map to get Manns info and all kinds of places show up but not Manns. Im telling you it was so weird. I didnt check reviews, I didnt ask what the cost would be, I didnt even think about getting screwed in a bad situation. We just needed help fast. No matter what you believe in, we had a very dangerous situation and someone was really looking out for us by sending us to Manns. It ended up costing $75 when we were expecting much more, and it was 45 minutes later we were on our way when we figured we would sit there over an hour. I hope I told this story so that you know that you can trust Manns. It is hard to trust anyone now because we are an all about me society but I really believe Manns is a place that cares about their customers. It may have been a google algorithm that caused their name and only their name to pop up but whatever it was - they were a true Godsend! Thank you for making a very bad situation not so bad!

Can I give more stars?! I was on my way home to Louisville when I was in a collision with a semi on my birthday. My car was totaled. They picked my car up and gave me a ride back to their shop where they then tried to help me get a rental car, took me to two different car rental services in between their other car and accident pickups, and even shared a pizza with me... (I was there all day). The amount of compassion and care that these individuals have is unreal.Im thankful to be alive after my accident and Im truly thankful for every single person who was working here on that day. Got a Flat late at night about 5 miles away. They helped my cost by telling me to drive it to the shop (Dual Tires Semi truck). This saved about $250. They also sold me a decent used tire to get me on my way. The tire held up for the remainder of the trip and is still on the truck. They were very friendly and told me to go with used tire because they are cheaper and did not try to up sell me on new tires that would have cost about $400 more. They are a very good company and I highly recommend them to anyone because the employees are honest and the 24 hour service is a huge help to the trucking community. Thanks again Manns for keeping the light on for us Truckers. I was on my way to deliver the goods within about 2 hours from getting the flat tire. Ignore the bad remarks. They do not look for the fat wallet.
