From out of town passing through And John from whaleys towing what sent to help . He put me at ease immediately! He made me feel safe And had a sense of humour Which made my emergency Not so hectic. My emergency happened in the middle of the night and no one else would come . So yes!! choose whaleys towing theyll be there for you when no one else will. And thanks to Lexi she was very helpful.

My daughter had car towed from her apartment which they say was parked in the wrong spot thats ok but when I called to see what can be paid because they charge every day its with them I explained my daughter was a single parent raising a 2yr child with a min wage job the lady said so, this is my family business and Im not making deals and if she comes before 12 she can pick up a 100 raggedy car for 300dollars. A single black parent dealings with a white lady who has and probably had the business handed to her and has financial stability all her life but God see and know everyone heart so remember people Karma is real and it will come just like covid19

Chris and Elizabeth are great folks to work with. They go the extra mile for their clients insuring safety is their main concern. They took great care of me and my 37 ft Pace Arrow motorhome. Thank you from a very grateful retired!I have to edit this post and reduce their rating after finding damages caused by Chris, the tow truck driver! DO NOT use these folks to tow your RV! Destroyed tow plug and rear view camera!Additionally, DO NOT allow them to do ANY work on your vehicle unless you are there standing over them and can stay with your vehicle the entire time it is with them and you know what they are doing. I trusted that they were honest people and found to my dismay last week otherwise. The $276 alternator I paid for and they were to install was NOT put in my vehicle! They charged me premium rates for work they did NOT do.I am not only out of the money for the tow job, the alternator, the repair of the damages they caused but also the money I paid to have the work they were SUPPOSED to have done redone correctly by certified mechanics and the money for a second alternator which was actually less than the one they supposedly installed.

The best people in the world! We broke down on I40 late at night coming home from the airport and still had over an hours drive. They rescued us quickly and drove us all the way home. Super nice, very professional and just good people all around.

I locked my keys in my car, and had to be in Mississippi for a concert. I called, they came and got my keys out very quick. Very professional. I’d definitely call them again if a situation like that occurred.

My car broke down on my way from NY to AR in Jackson TN, they arrive just minutes after me calling them. They then offered to take me anywhere I needed to go free of charge! Very professional and helpful, makes a big difference when your in a bad situation to have such understanding people!

Chris and his son found me and my stranded motorhome after dark on a Sunday evening. I felt very confident in their ability and experience to get my RV in one piece to the shop. Chris even kept it at his place overnight, as he knew that the repair facility was gated and the RV would not be secured. He ultimately towed the motorhome to a different repair facility over 100 miles away. Fair price. Great communication throughout the process. Thanks again Chris.
