They are alittle high but overall good coustomer service I would use again

Worse unprofessional people to handle vehicles, my car was burglarized on their yard about a week and a half ago and I believe they are responsible for taking my belongings out of my vehicle including my title and Vin# and trying to overcharge me for picking up my car from their yard.

Owner is very unprofessional. Owner is disrespectful and acts like a child. Would not refer or recommend to anyone to use his services. Please dont use them. Runs his business like a 3rd grader. His business should be named No Tow Burk!!! because owner is incompetent.

Most unprofessional group of recovery people I ever met. I have been having cats towed for years. Never in this lifetime I have had someone that changed the prices three different times!!!!! I asked for a total. The reply was $2.50 a mile. Clearly, thats not a quote. Im sure you should have been able to calculate the mileage. Just rude people.

Called to see how much it would be to get my car back it started at $225 and $50 a day...my car was picked up Monday evening...kept calling it was still 225 all Tuesday tried to go pick it up wasn’t there then call back oh we closed at 4 but we open at 8:30...go Wednesday morning to pick it up when they open total up to 325...He ripping people off
