These people were GREAT! It was kind of late and there were not many people willing to pick up from the area where the car was located in Jackson. Wards had NO problem getting right on the job! Earl was the driver who came and picked up the vehicle and he was very professional and on time!! I would definitely recommend their services to ANYONE!! I didn’t get the young lady’s name who answered the phone but she was very professional and she told me EVERYTHING. I needed to know over the phone including the fees!! I’m glad they were here to help because I probably would not have travelled to that area at night myself! THANK YOU ALL!!

My friend and I were stranded on I10 in Mississippi. The dealership and AAA were running us into circles with nobody wanting to pick up a van and trailer.Well, our good friend Roger from Wards Wrecker pulled up to us and instantly started working on putting our vehicle on the wrecker truck.Other towing companies were telling us that we wouldnt be able to ride with the driver because Covid, but Roger wasnt going to leave us in the cold. He got us off the highway, and helped us get stuff moving and back on the road.He even got in touch with the CEO Robert Ward to tell him that we had a destination that were traveling to and really needed to come get our stuff from the van the next day. Roger worked with us to make that happen. Roger was quick, friendly, and has a good sense of humor. If you EVER are stranded day or night, seriously reach out to Wards Wrecker. They will take care of you with outstanding employees like Roger!

Brad not only seemed to be extremely skilled in his duties of dealing with heavy trucks and the ice weather, he aslo displayed concern for others....doing more than he was obligated to do. He was very aggressive and efficient in accomplishing his tasks. I am very thankful for his help, and I think your company is lucky to have him.

I didnt get a chance to use their services but the fact that when I was in need, stranded on the side of I-20 with a dead truck, Ms. Melissa offered to have one of her techs come out and check on me and jump my batteries or take me to a hotel room until a truck was available to tow me to Kenworth the next morning. She told me to call and see if another company might have a truck available sooner but to call back to let her know regardless because she didnt want me stranded in the cold. Just this bit of compassion tells me this is a company that truly cares for its customers and potential customers. If I ever need a tow again in this area, Wards will be my first call.

Glad they got a good on call mechanic. Driver from Barnett said Loves truck stop mechanic worked on his truck all day and couldnt get it started. Called Wards late last night their mechanic came out and had his truck running in no time. Great service.

My sister borrowed my truck on a Friday night, got arrested at a road block, then immediately released, Sheriff made a mistake. My truck was driven to the yard, not towed, I could not get it till Monday, I took cash and explained the whole situation. The guy in the back who uses a serious amount of profanity ( evidently the boss ) said something ugly, and I said wow, I didnt even get a kiss. 330.00 for a mistake a deputy made, I understand it is a business, but they DROVE my truck from Clinton to Jackson and the receipt had towing fee on it. Hinds County Sheriffs Office uses them exclusively, and our new Sheriff knows I am spreading this story, lets see what happens.......

Awesome is too small a word for the Service they provide. Love, love, love this business. They helped me with my new Rav4. The competition would not even touch my suv without me agreeing that they would not be responsible for any damage - guy - said, I can get you out but it will rip your bumper off. This guy from Wards - said, I can get you out. In less than ten minutes, I was out of the ditch and on my way to a better day. You just dont know how much I appreciate you. Since I sell cars, guess how wide my referral net is - thats right, its endless.

My vehicle was towed on a Friday night around midnight. Not open for pickup on the weekend. Picked up my vehicle Monday morning before 9, was charged for 4 days of storage and towing fees. Cost almost $300. When I called to see how much. Was told one thing but when I got there it was different because of taxes....

The dispatcher and the drivers are awesome. The dispatcher was very polite in helping me while he find a driver to come my way. The first gentlemen came and was having trouble so they sent another gentlemen out within 10 minutes, and he got the job done. Wonderful example of team work... Thanks to you all!!

UPDATE: Have adjusted my review based on response from Wards.Driving home from work today, 5 PM on May 26, whoever was driving your truck northbound on 220 is a maniac. He rode my bumper at nearly 80 MPH for at least 3 miles, despite my not being able to go any faster due to the car in front of me. When the opportunity presented itself, I changed lanes because he was making me so nervous. Immediately, he swerved dangerously in behind me, and rode my tail for another 2 miles. When he eventually passed me, he did so at a speed of nearly 90 mph. I try to get a license number for a police report but there are no visible license plates on the back of your trucks, just your name in giant letters. This guy is going to kill someone someday.
