Workout in peace without worrying about people staring at you. Building is tucked away and has a smoothie place next to it and a Subway restaurant on the same strip. Never had to wait for a machine. Fun, small workout classes. 24 hour and need a key pass so feels safe.

Been going to this gym for a while. I like the atmosphere cause its not to big and never crowded. Free weights are life. Could use some upgrading. Some new equipment and more for legs.

Great locally black owned gym. Everybodys welcome. The staff is nice and they speak as soon as you walk in the door.

Perfect place to go when you dont want to be in a crowd anytime day or night.

Im interested in yoga and Zumba
