It has been my place of excercise for many years it was a much better place before rehab took over the gymn the machines were moved in the old rehab room and machines are helter skelter. I like the sauna. They have no trainers to my knowledge and dont seem to promote good health like my wellness center in Tennessee. This is a more current opinion. The wellness portion of thos facility has become second rate in my opinion. The towel service has been completely removed with no adjustment in rates. If your a well ess member you can be removed from a machine so the rehab facility can take the machine. The workout room aerobics room is closed to wellness people from 8 to 4:30. The rehab folks are place on the wall ess Nustep. The wellness members are not allowed to use a Nustep that is designated for Rehab even if they are vacant. The shower room smells and some showers appear to have mold.
