Wow! They were the most polite and professional staff and dentist ever. They take the time to explain things to you and offer you options if work is warranted. I had to make a visit while all my local ones were shut down for the hurricane. After calling quite a bit few, I reached TWS and that started the great experience. They worked me in with no notice and we ready when I arrived. They were very personable. Lets face it no one loves going to the dentist, but when you do this is the place I highly recommend. I had such a great experience they are now my dentist. I have already had 2 follow-ups... Yes the drive each way to Jackson is 3 hours from my residence. I will affirm they are now my dentist. Best experience ever and more than worth the drive for me.

I love the professionalism at Winning Smile! Everyone is very professional and the atmosphere is clean snd very organized. The business/organization runs in a manner that quickly shows that customer service is a priority. I always feel as if I have been with the organization for a very long time. It does not take all day to call you to the back for service as they are prompt, courteous and caring. They hold personal conversations to get the opportunity to know who you are and do not treat you like you are just a “patient”. I love everything about it. I highly recommend and it is one of the best by far in my opinion. I love it here!

My regular dentist could not get me in for weeks. Luckily I came across the winning smile. It was nice that they answered after hours to assist me. They even got me in the very next morning. I had to have a tooth pulled and was very nervous. However, the staff there was very sweet and reassuring. The procedure took no time and it was one of the best experiences. Especially considering I have always hated going to the dentist. Needless to say, the Winning Smile will be the only place I go now, and thanks to Dr. Harris and Montana, I now look forward to going.

Katelyn, the assistant, was patient with my questions and concerns. Dr. Andrew Harris explained what needed to be done to get me back on the road to a great smile. Came in crying from the pain of a cracked molar and left smiling and pain free. I called this morning and they set my appointment for the same day at 1pm. I was in chair getting my X-ray by 12:59. Everyone was so pleasant. And the best part is, they wasted no time applying the numbing gel and a couple shots of pain meds in the gums to relieve the excruciating pain I was in. Total extraction time was no more than 30 minutes. And I had the option to divide my bill into several payments. You all saved me from jumping off a bridge. And they won’t up change the price on you after extraction, like Aspen Dental. In fact, the price was dropped -$100! Thank you again!!!

They were very professional, clean, & the atmosphere was lovely, it’s just the work I’m not pleased with, I had a chipped tooth and ended up having to get both front teeth did for it to match up, but both veneers that was put in was a yellow tone totally different from the rest of my teeth, & since my front tooth have done nothing but ached and hurt, I can’t eat nothing or cold with them which is impossible with them being in the front of my mouth. It makes a year this year & I’m going to get them redone and paying even more money out of pocket now.

I was from out of state working in Mississippi. Had a tooth ache and they got me in the next day. I had to have a root canal and 2 crowns. Even got a cleaning while there. They are awesome. Would be my regular dentist if I lived here.

I must admit I was extremely nervous but the staff made me very comfortable. They greeted me with a welcome gift, they had a Television to help relax you while in the dental chair, and the doctor was really nice and was as gentle as he could be given the circumstances. They also offered all sorts of payment options. The doctor also personally called that evening to check on me and make sure that all was going well and if I had any concerns. My dental experience was amazing. I would certainly recommend them.

I have never written a review for a dentist before but the office crew and dentist were truly amazing. They were able to schedule an appointment for me rather quickly ( I had severe tooth pain). The dentist i had been seeing for years told me it would be a week before i could be seen ( with the pain i was in, that was not going to work for me).The staff at Winning Smile were able to see me quickly and even though I was an hour late (due to me not setting my clocks an hour ahead after time change) they were understanding and friendly. They even had a gift for me thanking me for being a new patient.I honestly have never been more welcomed as a patient in any doctors office. Im actually looking forward to future visits as they have gained a new patient. I wont be going back to my old dentist.

I love it here!!! I’ll start with the staff. The staff at The Winning Smile in Jackson off I-55 is simply the best. The young lady that does my teeth clean is sweet and nice. So, today I had to get my teeth filled. Will let me tell you about that. Well it was my first time ever having to get my teeth filled. Dr. Harris and his staff made SURE I didn’t feel anything. Here it is 7:48pm I get a phone call from Dr. Harris himself to check on me. I thought that was so nice of him. If you need a Dentist this is the place to go.

If you need dental work go somewhere else because when you are in pain they won’t care. They dismiss your symptoms because they don’t know what they are doing. Everything is a joke to them. These are nothing but a bunch of crooks selling 20 dollar toothpaste and taking pictures in fancy suits and dresses! I had to go somewhere else because of what they did to my mouth.

Going to the Winning Smile office was a more than pleasant experience. Dr. Lewis took care of my upper dental,work, pulling teeth in one day and even calling me the same night to see if I was all right. When follow up,appointments came, she came on day off to see me at the Jackson office knowing that I didnt like driving on Lakeland Drive. Who does that for patients in this day? When it came down to the liner, she and Dr. Harris had to work for about four more visits until the fit was secure. They were always concerned about my care. I couldnt even begin to thank the entire office staff, Lindsey, Hannah, Kristen and anyone else who I left out. Most of all a big thanks to Donna who greets everyone with a smile and welcoming personality.

First let me say the doctors were awesome, and the dental assistants were very sweet. The check out /check in lady was a bit off putting and borderline rude. So much so that I cancelled my appointment and am contemplating a new provider.

They are wonderful. We were greeted with care and patience. Our visit was quick and painless in every way. I would definitely recommend this office.

This place is hands down the best dentist office Ive been, period! Dr. Breland and staff are pleasant and very attentive. If youre worrying about pricing, understand that there is no such thing as cheap dental work. Were talking teeth here, dont be afraid to invest in your dental health. And they give you a Sonicare toothbrush too, lol.

My name is Rajon. I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted today by Dr Breland assisted by Megan. The two of them were awesome in bringing down my anxiety level before and during the surgery. I couldn’t believe how the process went so quickly and painlessly. It is nearly 5 hours since I’ve had the surgery and I feel terrific. I have been prescribed pain meds just in case but right now a simple Tylenol has suffice. Two thumbs up “Winning Smile”. Keep up the good work!
