Gene Davis catered my daughters wedding at Irish Hills Wedding Barn and it was fabulous! I worked with Nick throughout the day whole process. He was always quick to respond to my emails and was extremely accommodating. The staff at the wedding (especially Dee) were professional and so friendly. The food was fantastic and we had plenty left that we donated to neighbors of the barn. Highly recommend!!

Just finished a meal at my friends wedding in Clark lake, this is the best wedding meal Ive ever had. As far as that goes, its better than most resturant fare these days.

Steaks Eatery.. Tried calling for carry out and was told to go online. When I said I went online and specials were not listed I said I could have dinner somewhere else and was told by person answering phone, do that, and then she hung up on me. WOW...that would never happen under Davis management. We will see how long they last.

The food was so amazing everyone loved it. My guests are still talking about their garlic crumb rolls.

Gene Davis always delivers!!! Nick and the team are very good at what they do. I Had my wedding reception here and everything was AWESOME! They catered the food, I used a decorator and bakery from their list of vendors and I was amazed at how everything came together. My guests stated the food was the best they’ve ever had at a wedding, the decor was perfect and my dessert table and cake was EVERYTHING a girl could imagine for her wedding day! My makeup was done by Ashley Caldwell MUA, Buggy Down Carriages provided my horse and carriage, RJ’s Heavenly Delights did the desert table, cake, and the head table decor (they blew my mind). The decor was by Envious Events with Heather Macklin. The day was nothing short of amazing and I will recommend Gene Davis and these vendors to anyone looking to make a statement.

After attending a wedding here, I will never recommend this place to anyone for any event that requires use of their bartending services. The bartender was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Very nice party for one of my cousins 50th anniversary. The buffet was great and they had a server dishing the food out instead of everyone touching the utensils. The food and service is always good there.

We had a birthday party at Daviss restaurant: Steaks Eatery and it was great. Even though we had close to 30 people they got the food to all of us on time and the staff were super helpful. I recommend the Smoked Pork Chops. Yum.

The rooms were roomy and held our event nicely. The food was excellent. The Cherry cobler was fantastic. We will be back next years to come. The only future requirement will be that we have to always Dee as our server. She was great, handled all our extra request with a smile. She made our event a big success . Dee is a great representave of Gene Davis and Sons

This is your place of you need to throw a party with dealing with the mess. Workers are beyond great. Great for grad parties, family reunions. Tell them what you need and they will work with you. All around great place.

There food is very good we go there once a month is always good.Sensors dinner is held there.

For the few that asked for a bit more food, and rudely told no, twice as many were a no show to this event. Didnt make enough food for the party? Guess not if you will deny & embarrass a couple of guests asking for a roll.

I attend events here every year. The facility is beautiful; always clean and up to date. The service is excellent and the food is delicious!

Love the food! Dont like the coffee! Some people love it tho! Ive been here 2x in the last 2 years. A wedding & a funeral dinner. Food was bomb!!

Very poor experience. The the blonde woman at the bar did not card any of the men at our table but carded the women. When confronted, she threatened to close the bar off. They didnt allow us to play music and sent out a taller man to intimidate guests.

My husband and I used them for catering for our wedding. They made the most amazing food and were so nice! The best in Jackson County!!! Highly recommended!!!

Went to the Daddy daughter dance held by Jackson schools and it was OK. Its a dining hall venue and you get exactly that. It was clean had decent sized bathrooms (should have paper towels as an option for guests). Generally fine.

I had my moms memorial there we were very impressed with everything the food was great the staff was wonderful and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone and if I have another get together I will definitely be back.

Went here for the annual Marriage Matters Jacksons KISS dance the music was wonderful very up beat, the dance floor was alittle small, the food was alright, we had wonderful people at our table. They had a photo booth set up and a photographer taking pictures.
