They put on a beautiful wedding for us. The manager always worked with us so we got exactly what we wanted. Delicious dinner and great service. I wish I could give the Manor House 10 stars!!!

The staff here are excellent at their jobs. Very professional. Our wedding flowed seamlessly throughout the evening. The building had some great spots for photos. The food we had here was great, they even worked in some personal food options that made the night special. They were very responsive throughout the year that we took planning the wedding and were able to work without micromanagement.

Wow! Thanksgiving Dinner was a hit. They offered turkey breast and prime rib with many delectable sides and scrumptious desserts. They offered soft drinks and a cash bar also. The servers were kind and attentive. There was 12 of us celebrating the holiday and a 60th birthday. We heard great comments from others as the exited. I hope to return. It was well worth the 48 minute drive. Thank you all.

They did beyond amazing for my wedding in 2016. Sue went above and beyond to accommodate us, she even made a special gluten free vegetarian pasta for my family members who didnt do gluten! We had our ceremony out at the gazebo it was so beautiful!

We have our Christmas party here every year. The food is good, staff does a nice job and a good time is had by all.

Ive had a lot of family events in this building. Im pretty sure my parents had their wedding reception here. The building is also haunted by Captain Spark, so I wont invoke bad vibes through leaving a bad review. 5/5.

All the skills that are necessary in your field were very apparent throughout the process. We were quite thrilled and extremely pleased on how everything turned out; delicious food, beautiful decorations! Amy and her staff were very hands on throughout the day, taking care of a lot of the behind the scenes details, to ensure that the party was a success. We continue to receive comments from guests about how amazing everything was. Any future events that I need to plan, I would not need to look anywhere else other than the Cascade Manor House

We had our wedding reception here and it was fabulous. The staff is incredibly accommodating and so kind. The food was out of this world and their menu was flexible enough to allow us to have breakfast for dinner!

Good facility for luncheons. Holds a great air of turn of the century. Biggest complaint is that the food is not the best. The staff is great though.

Wonderful venue for our daughter’s wedding. The brunch menu was fantastic, and many of our guests commented that they didn’t realize such a fabulous place existed in Jackson.

Food was mediocre. They were quick to clean up. I sat my fork down for a second and my plate was gone! They dont even ask you if youre finished or not. I suggest eating all your food before setting your utensil down.

Went there for a Christmas party and honestly....eh, nothing special. Ham Turkey mash potatoes mixed vegetables and salad with only two dressings thats it Hope they are not expensive cause it wouldnt be worth it.

The manor house has excellent buffet style lunches for our Realtor meetings. We love it there. Great views, and great staff.

We had our schools prom here, we had too many people in a small area. there wasnt much outside, but inside it was so small that i could touch the ceiling, and after a while the heat of people in the room became overwhelming.
