Terrible service. I arrived on time for an appointment and waited for 20 mins. The service person suggested that I call my carrier to check for insurance and I asked if I can take 10 mins and make a call. But when I returned after exactly 10 mins another person at the service desk denied service saying Im late to get back to them. Now have to book an appointment for days later. 10 mins of miscommunication led to days of delay. This is terrible customer service.

BestBuy Geek Squad has damaged my projector screen during installation and told me shamelessly you can claim this and deal with 3rd party.. I said of course I will claim and ended up working with that Sedwick claim services as BestBuy is using their services. A month passed- noone is following, noone is answering my call and noone is responding. Beware BestBuy GeekSquad, dont let yourself ending up needing Sedwick services..
