Im always having computer issues. I am one of those people who knows a good deal about computers yet somehow i end up with viruss, computer crashes, something suddenly stops working, blue screens, etc. I use to go to a PC repair shop in Bellevue, but now that i dont live there anymore i dont go to it. So when my PC was on the fritz, i saw this place and thought to try it. To my surprise i was happy to see my old tech from Bellevue works there now. So a plus for a friendly face that knew me and my PC problems. Thanks to him I saved more money taking my computer here than if i had bought a new computer all together or if i had thought it was a motherboard issue but turned out to be a hard drive issue. This place will save you so much of your time than if you try to figure it out yourself! Ive learned a lot thanks to people working in this business.PC Fix is professional, friendly and the quality of service was exceptional! I was treated with respect as David went over with me step by step of whats wrong with my computer, what they can do, how much it will be, how long it will take for replacement parts to come in, how fast it will take, how far am i on the list of orders, etc! I get updates on my computer via email and phone of how my computer is coming along, when i can pick it up, if something suddenly happens and they find something else wrong with it or if the USPS decided not to deliver my computer part on time, David or Tim would inform me about what was happening.If you are worried about them trying to scam you into more money, these guys dont. I got my blue screen problem fixed but i was told my graphics card is having issues with my last visit. They gave me advice on what i could do, told me it wasnt a major problem for now and didnt force me to get it done by them on that day. Simply wonderful! I didnt feel pressured at all and they also gave me advice and what to look out for next time im having problems! So i was able to purchase a new graphics card with their recommendations on my own.Besides fixing computers, they can also take a look at video game consoles or printers. Even my switch they said! I take good care of my gaming systems but thats nice to know i can at least let them look at it before investing in another one.Just something for you to take into consideration when bringing in your computer, they are a small shop. Only 3 men, sometimes only 2 people are there at a time. They can get busy but will always be honest with you about how long its going to take. If you drop your computer off when they arent busy, then it will be fixed faster. If you drop your computer off say on holiday weeks or busy days, it will take longer. This isnt a big company so give them time. They know what they are doing.Also they can retrieve deleted photos and videos off of my corrupt hard drive when i had an accident! I only had to do this once. David informed me that sometimes not everything can be saved and wont know what there is to be saved till he looks at it, so i should always have a backup of my irreplaceable stuff. So now i have a 2nd drive for all of my photos and videos. I was happy to he saved them!Oh one more thing to note which i havent had experience with yet but if i was ever unavailable to come into the shop, they can make a appointment to come to my home to fix my computer or to set something up. I thought that was nice to note. It feels like a professional company when you can get service at the shop or at home. It does cost more but if i ever couldnt make it in, this would be great. I was told they have another shop down in Ballard too so they can travel almost anywhere.The only bad thing about this shop is its location and parking. The parking lot is tiny. Thankfully QFC is right next to it so i can drop off my computer and shop for food at the same time.Overall, After seeing David for about 4+ years and now going to this shop, i give them 5/5 stars for their service. Thank you PC Fix for such wonderful customer support and techs.

Alan was ever so patient when my iPad would not allow me in because of a password issue. He not only worked on the issue once, but twice after I returned with what we thought had been the original password—he would not charge me because it was only a password issue, he said. Awesome! He had solved another issue on the iPad set up before that and said that charge was sufficient. They are not only responsive, they are really knowledgeable and have been to the house for PC issues and fixed them every time. We recommend them to all our friends and business associates. I was so pleased to find this very convenient location in Issaquah and to learn that they could repair my cracked iPhone screen in just a matter of a couple of hours. I left my phone with them and got a call promptly saying they had completed the job. The phone is perfect again. I give this company a five star rating including the friendliness of the staff.

Going in to get your computer fixed, for me, is like going to the mechanic. Im intimidated. I dont know whats wrong. I dont have the proper vocabulary. All I know is that its broken and I need it fixed.These guys were so patient and kind and thorough. I felt that both my computer and I were well taken care of. I even bought a refurbished computer from their collection.

I had this really weird issue with my computer not being able to get on to any websites. At first, I went to the geek squad at Best Buy to see if they could help me, but they were going to charge me $300; which I thought was insane. Pc Fix followed up with me to let me know exactly what my issue was, and I was charged half the price that Best Buy was initially trying to charge me. My computer is back to normal, and I am happy with the results and with the price I paid.

Prompt, friendly and efficient in-home service. This was my second experience with these folks and they were great end-to-end. Didnt make me feel like I was stupid. Explained the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I thought an in-home visit would be expensive, but considering the hassle it saved me it was worth every dime. Laptop stopped working and I had many files that had not been backed up. PC Fix was able to save the files for me and copied them on to an external hard drive. Even let me buy my own external drive and bring it in. Also, got my laptop back up and running. I ended up buying a new laptop, since my mine was a few years old, but I now have an extra laptop that is clean, boots up quick and works great. These guys were great! I dropped off my laptop for what I assumed was a loose LCD cable since my screen was flickering occasionally. They were able to accommodate a same day rush and called me within a few hours. Unfortunately the issue ended up being larger then the cable, When asked if the repair was recommended or if I was better off purchasing a new laptop they told me to just invest in a new one and just charged me a $50 diagnosis fee for their time. Their honesty was appreciated! I would absolutely recommend them.

Im so happy I found these guys. I called first and spoke with David Maxey and he was extremely helpful. Once I dropped my computer off, they communicated well about the process, got it fixed quickly, and as promised, the diagnostics fee went towards the actual repair. This last visit was to reinstall a 64 bit copy of Win 7 on a desktop machine. The machine had been rendered unable to boot and unusable by Win 10. (No surprise there).Great service and very fast turnaround. All the folks at the store are extremely helpful and very nice.I want to also say our extended family relies on PC Fix to maintain computers at a retail store and a law office as well as repairing our home and school devices. In addition to some repairs, theyve setup high speed Internet access, automatic backups to the Cloud and wireless networks for us. Weve recommended them to others and have never had a complaint.

We had a very bad experience with PC FIX. We called in because our macbook air got water on it and wasnt turning on. They said bring it by and well take a look. So we did and dropped it off on a Friday. The next Monday they called and said its the mother board and itll be around $499 to fix or $299 to try to get data off. I said wed think about it and I was going to come get it. They then said oh, well itll be a $50 fee for looking at it. The fee was never disclosed, not once. The owner got on the phone and didnt say anything other than hes been doing this for 20 years and hes sticking with his ways. He has posters with fees I could have looked at. They are deceiving people and not disclosing information they should. Dont trust these guys....seems pretty slimy to me.
