Our business was moving and we needed a company to setup and upgrade our network and get everything working at our new location. We had a really good experience with Juliano and his team. Our new network was fast, wireless finally worked like it should and our new server works great!

We were a new business in need of a network setup. After contacting Juliano, he knew exactly what we needed to get our company going. He set us up with the appropriate firewall, router, switch and wireless combination and things have been working great. He even set us up with VPN services which has been a life safer for employees. It has been about 1.5yrs now and we continue to have reliable services without issues.

Great company! We have been working with Guru IT Services for several years. This year, our company moved locations. Juliano and his team ran all our ethernet cabling, got the new rack installed with all the network gear and made sure the new wireless access points were working on all the floors. Come monday, everything was working flawlessly and the few issues we did have was resolved really quick remotely.

Our company just moved into our new office space. All the IT was done by Juliano and his team. We had over 100 employees move into this new office without a hitch. The network is fast and wireless works great. They were even able to isolate certain networks for HIPPA purposes and Juliano was able to setup multiple vpns for clients and vendors. Will definitely work with them for our cloud conversion. They provided excellent pricing compared to other IT firms we reached out to for the amount of work done in an efficient manner.

I looked into several IT companies which wanted to put our company on a maintenance contract. With Guru IT Services, there was no service contract. They came out and helped us out with out with users having issues accessing the internet due to a dns issue. Great local IT company!

Great local IT company to work with. They have a quick turn around time on issues and I love the fact that Juliano gives you a network diagram so I have all our company login information and vendor information at my fingertips if there is an issue. They provided exceptional service when we upgraded to Windows Server 2019 and virtualized our platforms.

Our firm needed assistance moving to email in the cloud. Glad we found Guru IT Services! Juliano was the tech that helped us migrate to the cloud for email and other services. We use this company on a consistent basis.

I would not recommend him. EDIT: To be clear the system went down after a router swap and the root issue was that IPv6 DHCP was not properly configured on the server so the router setting interfered and caused issues. He did not know how to set up IPv6 (as I had hoped) and instead disabled it on computer to resolve the issue. The reason I would not recommend him is that i sent him an email back in January (see below) asking for him to take a look at our setup after I upgraded our server to 2016 to which he indicated he would set up a time and then never contacted me. Then when another router swap occurred same issue occurred and he refused to assist me. He did however refund the rest of the retainer which i do appreciate, however, it was not super helpful in the short term. I did end up finding excellent support from bullertech who helped me same day without charging a premium hourly rate (or a retainer) to do so (as Guru IT had done) and I found them to be much more helpful. Turns out of few of the computers that were thought to had previously disabled IPv6 were in fact still enabled. Issue turned out to be a relatively quick and simple fix.

My friend recommend Guru IT Services. We were having problems with our wifi on our home network and we wanted to be hard wired. Juliano worked with us before he showed up and installed our new switch and made sure our comcast modem was the main router and the rest of the switches were switches and not acting as a router. My room computer went from 5mb to 90mb. Definitely happy with their service!

Top notch! Juliano fixed out company internet issues and switched our company to voip phones with proper QoS. He even segregated our traffic, data and voip using VLans. This guy knows his networking!

Was hesitant at first, but after meeting with Juliano, he put my fears at ease about our network issues our company was having. However, once our network LAN issues were resolved along with our WiFi issue and after we had our IT room cleaned up and things were labelled, management was very happy with the outcome, the uptime and the increased network speeds are excellent now.

We were recommended by a friend to contact Juliano for IT services. We were having firewall issues and were not able to get to certain websites. It turned out we had a dns issue. Once Juliano fixed the network issue, everything worked well again. life saver!
