I dont like giving bad reviews but I had to with this one. I paid for gel nails and three days after my nails are falling apart. Find somewhere better to spend your money 💰

Very nice workers. I love going there. I finally found a nail Solon that knows how to do coffin nails in Irvington NJ. Tracey will always be my manicurist. The owner knows how to do updated nail art. Her nails are beautiful she does her own nails . Tracey table # is 7. Shes so nice .

I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT ON AND OFF FOR YEARS! I GOT MY NAILS DONE JUNE 3rd & MY NAIL HAS SNAPPED OFF TWO WEEKS LATER AND A LOT OF STONES ARE MISSING! THEY ARE REFUSING TO FIX MY NAILS & THE WOMAN WHO DID THEM TRIED TO LIE AT FIRST STATING IT WASN’T HER… WALKED AWAY & ATE LUNCH WHILE I CONTINUED TO WAIT ANOTHER 30 MINS! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR ANY FURTHER SERVICES! ALL I WANTED WAS FOR MY 1 NAIL TO BE FIXED ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR SERVICES AND TIPPED HER WELL!I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I went and got my lashes done… going on two weeks later I could not get them off!!!!! This was my first time at this place and I get extensions on a regular never have my lashes been hard to remove. I used oil, hot water and even a soft soap.. upon removing these lashes all of my real lashes ripped up. I have noooo lashes!!!!!!! And I’m looking into a lawsuit

I went to Steady Nails to get my eyelashes done. I have gotten then done at Steady Nails a few times before. A new lady, Tracey did my cluster(individual) lashes. The cost is $30. Unfortunately, 15 minutes after getting the service done, I had to return to the Nail Salon as both my inner eyelashes were fallen down. Not Good! So I kindly went inside and spoke with the owner, Ruby who was extremely nasty and refused to return my money. As per Ruby she would allow Tracey to fix and re-glue my eyelashes, which I explained did not make sense given the eyelashes had previously been glued on and fallen off. Yet, Ruby continue to be rude and nasty. Lets just say after getting my eyelashes fixed Ruby and Tracey continued to be nasty saying it was impossible for my eyelashes to have fallen out. Needless to say, after getting home about 20 minutes later, the entire eyelash on my right eye fell off. Sad to say, this was a horrible service provided. It was unprofessionally handled by Ruby as the owner, yet, she is a business owner in the African American community. Never again and I would not recommend this Nail Salon to anyone else.

Kim did a very good job on my nails. Clean environment will return again.

They did a horrible job and I had to get my nails done 1 day later elsewhere. They did not answer the phone and I cannot leave a message. I took pictures and plans to dispute with my bank. Terrible job.

The owners are great friendly people.The staff has zero tolerance, they are not compassionate at all.They need to be taught better customer service.One of workers realized that my nails are sensitive, without apologizing or showing any type of compassion she quickly put everything down and pointed me to the next worker.Please make our town better by having better trained staff and friendly staff.

I should have listened to the reviews but it was no one there and I was in a rush. They did my feet ok but when I asked them to just clean up my eyebrows the Spanish girl just cut them how they was b4 and I explained to her the last person cut it to thin and I was growing them back and just wanted her to make it a little neat. They DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW DIRECTION! 😠 the reviews do help if you take heed next time I will.

Ok so I enter this place and was asked right away what I needed to get done... I sat in a chair a lady help me.. This is my first time going here btw... I tell her I NEED a fill in and to keep my nails oval shape. I see her doing my nails and rushing.. She cut my nails uneven... pointed my nails and some were oval.... the crystal was lumpy and at that moment I asked for another person. I kindly told the manager.. im sorry can someone else do my nails? Shes ok but just not ok enough for me the owner automatically thought I was trying to create a problem so she said Idk what u want us to do.. a guy came over and saw she messed up and said he was busy. So now the owner said I had to wait for 4 ppl before I can get my nails done.. I said thats not fair and she said u can go somewhere else! I said wow and walked out. Never again

By far the worst nail salons I’ve been to!! They do a horrible job with pedicure. The lady rushed my feet & did not give me a massage plus she charged me an extra $5 for foot oil that was not helpful at all. NEVER AGAIN!!

Horrible!!! Sloppy and unprofessional. Paid for a service but did not receive it. Cheap work high prices. Nails come off in a week. They only warranty work 2 days after.

Only one person that can do nails here, in my opinion, and thats the owner! Shes usually at a station by herself where they do the eyebrows.
