I paid for a gel fill in. The woman cut me & just added alcohol to the cut. The paint literally came off like a sheet of paper the same day. And my nail was so brittle lost two nails the same week. Wasn’t worth the price I paid for it. My friend told me to go back for them to either give me my money back or do it over at no cost. However, they weren’t even sincere when I was There. Not to mention I had One woman add my set and another paint my nails. I’ve never seen that happened in my entire life before. If I could give a negative rating I would.

They need better nails tech. Expensive and no good customer service.

All Im saying is Ive NEVER been disappointed with my nails.. I started wrapping my own nails and they have done a superb job.. She takes her time, makes sure she has colored every part of my nail evenly.. She takes my ideas and brings them to life!! I get many compliments.. I dont mind that the other woman look over to see what shes doing.. That means she knows her ish!! The atmosphere is laid back, and I have never had an issue with customer service.. I give 4 not 5 stars only because to me the pedis could be a tad more thorough, but over all, this is my spot😉

Started with pedicure and it was rubbish. Thought the manicure was going to be better but it was worse. Wrapped my nails and I could still see my nails after pushing my cuticles backwards. Also, it hurts so much and was heavy. Spoke to the manager and showed her the nails but her behavior was worse than the person that fixed my nails. First and definitely the last time ever going there.

Im super picky about my nails..And moving out here I was real iffy and was tired of traveling to brooklyn to get my nails done and to my surprise I liked what was done she did a great job filing and even handling my cuticles etc.... anyone can do nail designs and polish not everyone can do proper acrylic and cutting filing etc... Im impressed I forgot the last name I went to but Ill go to her again hope Im as pleased as the first time.... The pedi was ok they need to polish better but other then that Im a satisfied customer and the prices are superb I usually pay $40 plus for my nails I only paid $50 for both.... and the card stamp is a great business idea and a great way to say thank you to your customers...

There are two women that work well Miriam and Nancy the rest are below average...The owner is extremely pricey especially while clients were getting over the pandemic.

Im giving them 3 stars because they charge for every little thing. Their work is ok but need to be better if youre charging for every little thing. Oan they need to be better with sterilizing their equipment.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars ! First I was overcharged & charged for every single thing & here it is 4 days later & I am currently at the ER for a rapid nail fungus ! Please be aware and if possible go to a cleaner shop ! My finger is completely swollen & numb around my entire cuticle & also has a fever & a green bubble below the skin ! Not to mention IT IS PAINFUL as hell ! Will be notifying BBB & the health department !

Cute pedicure, but the nail tech needs more skill I will not be returning for a full set she butchered mine it’s sloppy bumpy and the acrylic isn’t filed down nicely. They’re nice for a quick fix but if you’re a high maintenance kinda female this place will aggravate you 😂

You know this place aint too shabby, this my second time around and i like the color selections both gel and regular... Customer service is good. I go to Miriam but they all have their clents up. They play movies and the conversations be tight not really yelling or anything oh and they do loyalty cards... Check them out

I’m giving 2 stars because They do great nails and I’m a repeat customer faithfully but I came twice for eyebrows and was told both times no and they were very rude saying it. Yu don’t treat a paying customer like that. Especially one who come there for Nails feet and eyebrows. So I will take my money else where and this was the manager who turned me down both times. They have no customer service skills

Cannot complain...satisfied with the service and I always go with unique design requests that they might not do regularly but they all try to do it and it turns out fabulous. They have a variety of products. I like high end ombré designs and its at a decent price.

Such a nice, friendly and clean place. Being from Brooklyn, I could not find a decent place to do my nails. I walked in and the lady took me right away. I will be going back and get my card stamped...

Actual review is below —— in response to my review : please don’t act like you were being nice, because you weren’t I only got the service for free cuz I didn’t like it and you didn’t wanna hear me complain anymore along with another client whom was getting the pedi and acrylic and was never told her pricing changed as well. You said it’s fine don’t pay and don’t come back ever and ripped the ticket in my face. Those were your words. I was not sitting in the front because that’d be where the pedicure stations are, so if I’m sitting all the way in the back how’d one turn all the way around to see extra charges for little cut downs, not get told it’s extra and the nail tech broke two of my nails on the process rushing, I said TRIM NOT CUT.REVIEW: Let’s start with the owner telling me not to come back because the tech didn’t tell me it’s extra to trim my nails a bit. They feel if you update your service from one thing to another YOU better GET UP and read the pricing list or ask if every little thing is extra because they’ll only tell you it’s extra when you’re ready to pay. I had issues with them and their lack of knowledge for their own prices before and thought to sweep it under the rug but lesson learned, just a heads up ladies. Don’t waste your energy or hard earned dollars here.

Went for the first time and the young lady did a amazing job

3 stars because it’s a 50/50 chance you’ll leave happy... came 1 month ago to get my brows done and left very pleased, I’m particular about my brows I love them sharp with a very straight neat look. I don’t know her name (they should wear name tags) but she’s young with long black hair. Today I was hesitant to let someone else do my brows but the young lady was busy so I allowed the older big woman to do it. I explained how I liked my brows the manager even explained to the lady and I still left with a terrible job she didn’t get all the hair off of where she waxed between my brows and my brows were ROUNDED!!! Now I’ll be using eyebrow makeup to get the defined style I was looking for 🤦🏽‍♀️ until they grow back in. She even left wax residue on my brows and upper lip!! LESSON LEARNED! I’ll have to stick to Europe’s wax center at least ALL THE EMPLOYEES there are equally talented.
