They always take me even if I’m late I ❤️ my nails every time but this time she outdid herself so I had to post! This place is actually good. I gave them three stars instead of 5 because of a female named Clara or something I just know it starts with a C . She did a terrible job doing my pedicure. I had to take the nail file from her and fix the shape of my toes . I was disappointed 🤦🏾‍♀️

My favorite nail salon since I was a kid. My sister has been going here since she was a kid as well! The owner Kim still remembers us no matter how long we’ve been coming there. I love the service and I always get exactly what I want when I go here. My favorite techs are Kim and the lady who sits in the first chair as soon as you walk in

Clean and quality work. Enough nail techs and space. If using your card its an $2.00 charge but the atm fee is .75 cents (atm best bet). You have to buy your own kit for sanitary reasons which you use when you return. If not the kit is $5-$7.

Real kool atmosphere. Ive been going here for 7yrs and my girl Carmen is the best she does eyelashes eyebrows the best pedicure ever and designs she is the #1

They do not know how to do lashes I had an awful experience and they did not know what they were doing. They did not want to refund my money so had to call the authorities. They fixed my lashes as best as they could and then I left. Both lashes had too much glue caked up on my real lashes. I dont recommend this place. 👎🏾

Went for a pedicure and a wrap on my nails Kelly acted as if she only wanted to do people she knew so she passed me off to another girl who was unprofessional and didn’t follow instructions I waited over an hour and my nails look a mess

Any place that doesnt smell like chemicals and clean will catch my eye. Service was really polite and she was able to do exactly what I wanted.

The salon is well kept and offers a wide variety of nail care options. They do very good eyelash extensions and eyebrows.

Worse experience ever on my birthday. The manicurist did not treat my nails properly, folded them down too much all the way to my nail bed and did not apply the gel polish correctly. She asked another manicurist to complete my design because she counts not paint a flower. When I spoke to the manager, Kim, she did not care about me or the situation. It took 3 hours just to get my nails polished. Unacceptable Customer Care.My gel manicure chipped in multiple nails 3 days later. The gel polish just peeled off from the cuticles to the tip. I went back to the manager and she told the same girl to fix the chipped nails. The girl would only fix the 3 most damaged nails and refused the rest. These nails chipped in 2 days.I was able to peel the remaining nail polish off with my finger tips... no soaking in acetone or filing. The polish came right off but my nails are all bruised, thin, chipped and very painful because they were the manicurist had filed my nails down to the nail bed, which she should not have done.After speaking to a Professional Nail Stylist, I was informed that they could not treat my nails until the pain went away because the previous mainicurist had filed my nails down to the very last layer of cartiledge and damaged my nails. I have to soak my hands and apply oil to relieve the pain and prevent infection. This is ridiculous. Im very upset.

Clean and disinfected after each pedicure. Nancy is THE BEST and the only person ( or her sister) we go to! Nails are hit or miss.

Well this place is still good..staff nice and all...however..the prices are way high now..so tips are definitely smaller and trips to the salon will be cut way shorter.lol

Been going here for years. I always get well taken care of when I come in.

I usually go there to either have my eyebrows waxed, eye lash extensions or a pedicure. All good experiences. However, the last time I went I received a full set of nail extensions. The guy who did my nails was a pro!I swear, this set of extensions was the best I ever had done. I have gotten so many compliments. Plus it was just a basic nail polish (no gel) and a coffin shape. They are fast and polite. And stay open late. I highly recommend.

They have everything set up for safety and comfort.

As long as you go early the services are good. Gets very busy there but they pretty much do good work. Also, a little higher in price but remember you get why you paid for.

Went to get a full set of coffin nails. I’ve never had a sloppier, unprofessionally done, rush job in my life. I have skinny fingers & the nails are fat. Coffin shape is never fat anyways. Nail polish not all the way to the edges. Polish sloppy. Just one big ole mess. I can not believe that my nails came out this way. I wil attach photos.

Just did my nails, the girl was rude. Put bunch of oil on my legs. Beware of disease cause she took a nail clipper from another station to use on me without cleaning it first. I will never return to those careless, unprofessional people.

Nail Tech are quick and clean. And shaping looks great and they are very polite color selection is large and they have some of the newest nail technology

Got my feet done. I love this spot. Been going for years.

I’ve been going here since I first ever started getting my nails done and NEVER had a problem. I came about 1 hr till closing time and she had an attitude with me when I walked in. She did my nails the way she wanted them done! I wanted coffin she gave me squared. Worst of all, MY NAILS WERE FAT. They had about 3 coats of regular polish and 3 of clear. At first I thought this maybe something new but I was nice enough not to say nothing and come back the next day since it was close enough till closing time. I come the next day to get them fixed and SHE MAKES A HUGE SCENE! Like I was just in there to make fuss. I’ve never written a review on any place but this was definitely something people should be concerned about. If you want good nail service DONT go an hour before closing time.

Horrible waxing job. Burned my face on two separate occasions because they refuse to blow on the wax before putting it on my eyebrows. Went to tell manager and he did nothing to keep my business even after I showed him the burn. I had been a loyal customer for 6 years. Shameful.

Its only about 2 people that knows how to do nails here. This lady messes my nails up basically shaving my nails down so much it was bleeding and burning smfh. I was so upset and ask for Kim to do them over (who I wanted initially to do my nails but she always have a lot of people) she was acting like it was a problem to fix what one of her employees messed up. After, her and the employee were cussing me out in their language, I cussed them out in mine and Kim fixed my nails before getting my money tho.

Had me waiting 40 minutes and still ain’t get anything done this is the second time.

Worse people ever make me sit in there store for a hour to tell me that they cant do my nails cause my kids was moving around.... So I walk out and went back cause I really need it done for them to tell me oh we close cause I left

I have been going here for over a year and last night I went and had my nails and lashes done and my husband got a pedicure,..I paid with my debit card and the total came up to 75 dollars...when I checked my transactions after she swiped my card it was $90 taken off...but I had received a $75 receipt...they system is ridge and they steal ppl money i dont know how many times it happened before but Im very disappointed...the lady who swiped my card name is Anna
