Staff answering the phone was very prompt and polite. My information was captured and I was told a technician would call me back, sure enough within 10 minutes a technician had called me back. The technician asked a few more questions and proceeded to transfer me to someone else (not sure who) they asked me what I was calling for, to which I answered for a microwave repair and they told me that they did not service microwaves. I was left a bit confused since my initial call was in regards a microwave repair but at the last call my request was dropped due to them not servicing microwaves. Staff seemed friendly and very responsive over the phone but at some point my call was dropped and left at a dead end because they do not service microwaves.

The technician was able to identify what the issue was in a snap! He also charged us with the lowest price compared to other companies we interviewed! Definitely a 5 out of 5!

CALL SOMEONE ELSE, ANYONE ELSE! I called and made an appointment with the technician and agreed on a date and time, between 12-3. He said text me your address and info, which i did, and he texted back, got it. On the date we agreed to, I waited and waited and waited. Finally, I called the business and was told that I was not on his schedule. They checked with him and he said he never talked with me. Hmmmm, then how did I have his personal phone number? They scheduled me for the following Monday, 6 days later between 10-1. 12:40 I called. He is running late will be between 130-2. Still no repairman, no call, nothing. I called the office at 3, 330, 4, 430. Now there is no answer and left messages to call me asap. NOTHING. Though if youve read this far you could have seen that coming. So I have wasted 12 hours of my time on the phone, at home unable to leave and I have not heard a peep. This company was a local company with a good reputation who sold out to a larger, less capable group who would keep the name so they would profit off of the former owners reputation. If you are missing work to wait for them make sure you do the math to see how much money they are costing you. CALL SOMEONE ELSE, ANYONE ELSE!

THIS IS A SHELL COMPANY dont call this number and give them your information. they are just gathering your information for leads when they transfer you to the actual company its a blind transfer and the actual company doesnt even have all the information that you provided

They never bothered coming. Scheduled two times. Never showed either time. Called to ask where they were at end of 4 hour window. Told would be there in an hour but never showed. Wasted two full days waiting on them.

Scam!They register you with Home Advisor and will receive a bunch of emails and calls. So disappointing

I’m not sure this company actually exists. When I phoned their number, I reached someone called “Service Pro” who did not know of any connection with R&P - and got a call back from a third company altogether. I did not use R&P, because it felt like some sort of “bait and switch” manuever.

They were professional, polite and speedy. They arrived just a few hours after I called and had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes. They presented two options for repair and actually recommended the option that was best for me, which in this case was something I could do myself.

We highly recommend their service!!! My washer wasnt working and the tech shared some things to try to see if that would fix the problem. When that didnt work he came out on time and determined that it wasnt worth fixing my washer. No charge for the time to determine the issue. Thank you for your decency and honesty. I will surely keep your number for future needs.

R & P Appliances Irving were very knowledgeable, very polite and personable, and I was glad I had called them. Perfectly fixed my washing machine. It was much less of a problem than i had thought, and price was very good. Grteat service and I highly recommend this fine company.

The tech knew what exactly he was doing. He was meticulous and thorough in completing the work, cleaning up after completing the work, he even for free of cost fixed the noisy ice maker. Good service and friendly staff!!!

Their technician has been great diagnosing and repairing a refrigerator and freezer. I will definitely call him again. He arrived when he said, fixed what was broke, cleaned up after himself and was honest about cost.

I called, they asked questions 4 a minute, they transferred me 2 there tech, they did not answer, so I called the service back and they didnt answer, I left a message with my name and number, they never returned my call, so I just bought a new freezer, I had no choice, I had food defrosting, so thats my story.
