I had a dead battery and needed a jump from my home. It has been years since I needed the service and, frankly, was shocked when two other Irving companies quoted $100. I told them I would call around, and my third call was to AB&A. The gentleman was very friendly and quoted $65, which I thought was very reasonable for a simple jump. He said they would be out in about 20 minutes, and the man came as planned. He had my car running in seconds. I really appreciated the good service/price and would definitely use AB&A again.

The tow driver was the nicest guy ever! My car was absolutely destroyed from the front left and I mean EVERYTHING (hit a curve) thank god it was in a spot where not much is going. My car was a special case to get it on cause it was really bad, he could’ve charged me around 250 cause it was complicated to get it on the flat without causing anymore damage. He did a great job and was fair in price ($130)plus he recommended me a very good mecanic in which I’m SO THANKFUL. Definitely requiring his services if needed

I had called around for estimates of other towing companies and could never get a straight answer on an estimate and after reading reviews found a lot of the other towing companies would quote a base price and than gouge you when tow was actually performed. NOT THE CASE with AB & A towing! If I ever have the misfortune to need another tow this is the company I will call.

Wonderful service and helpful suggestions. The tow was unnecessary due to a battery charge provided by the two truck driver. I tried with my own cables, but it didnt work. The machine he used was very powerful and jump started my car almost immediately. Told me to pay what I wanted! Very thankful AB&A helped me out.

What an awesome towing service. On time and friendly. Price was reasonable. He is skillful. Had to tow my 4x4 today. Mario gave me a few tips that never tow a 4x4 with 2 wheels on the ground. It will mess up the transmission.He towed mine with a flatbed. Did I mentioned skillful, he backed it up to my rear entry home with the flatbed and parked it inside my garage! Thank you Mario!

My car wouldnt start a couple days ago (it has been an off and on again issue that left the dealership puzzled), and I was eager to get it into a mechanic. AB&A had the friendliest driver come pick me up and tow my car. He even recommended a mechanic nearby to take it to (a place called AutoLimits), and my car was fixed that same day with a replaced starter. The mechanic even said he gave me a warranty on it, and the driver told me if the same problem happened again and they were wrong about the starter, my car would be towed again AND fixed for free. Service like that is rare these days. I am glad I had a bright friendly face to pick me up in my time of need.

Incredibly fast, direct, friendly service. No middleman wanting to charge $60 just to dispatch a truck, and then another $60 for the actual tow.$75 all said and done.I wont use anybody else.
