Nice place to work out. Awesome trainers. Good Covid initiatives in place.
I’m trying out different things because I want to add variety and change my workout routine so I tried rowing for the first time today. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. My trainer was Rydell and he was really nice, helpful, and made me feel at ease. The music/lighting was great and it was a fun environment. I’m still trying other things to see what I’ll stick with and works best with my schedule but I know I’ll definitely be back for drop ins at least.
I LOVE this place! The front desk ladies are always welcoming (hiiiiii Heidi)! Angel’s classes are so much FUN - she has an amazing amount of energy and keeps me laughing. So good for those early morning workouts! I love the technique and rhythm of Logan’s classes. He was my instructor for my first visit and explained the mechanics of rowing and the ins-and-outs of the machine perfectly. I am a (very) big girl and feel completely comfortable in this environment/with these coaches/with the group, and, more importantly, I feel CHALLENGED and accomplished each time I show up. I cannot say enough good things about this place - check it out!
Row House is the best workout facility around! The coaches are knowledgeable and reliable. What sets this gym apart from others is its ability to meet you where you are in your fitness level. The training is phenomenal. I was a new client and completely out of shape. The coaches and fellow members make you feel comfortable and welcome no matter your abilities. Ive definitely become a part of an amazing community.
Signed up not too long ago. Very limited schedule and classes to choose from. This location needs to waive membership fees because of the restrictions of the schedule this month. I typically try and do the morning classes but I’m consistently waitlisted (if there are even morning classes at all!) one of the young women that normally works in morning, Heidi, is not friendly at all and can’t seem to answer any questions. Its as if I am always bothering her just by walking into the studio. Agatha is very nice, welcomes members in by name and knowledgeable. The GM Shelby takes pride in the studio and takes care of any of my questions or concerns. It’s a great workout, the schedule needs to be better. Maybe if I try evenings.Update: still not pleased with this studio. Never had party from resolve 2 row as promised after STEALING our money. GM sent out a lengthy and rather immature email to all members making an excuse for while the studio continues to fall short with absolutely no action to make it better.
Great whole body workout! I love the Row House, Coach Cindy is awesome! She is so encouraging and knowledgeable about health and fitness. And she plays great tunes to keep the class fun! Her dedication to my experience, motivates me to work even harder.
Just visiting the area, I belong to the Highlands Ranch row house, and took advantage of the unlimited membership perk giving access to other facilities around the country. Thank you Los Colinas for a great workout this morning, Rydell youre a great coach and Heidi was very welcoming and friendly, I will certainly stop in again next time Im in the area.
Absolutely love row house Las Colinas! I joined when they opened last year and have rarely missed a day of working out since! Row House has such an awesome sense of community and you always feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The staff takes the time to get to know the members and I have built such an awesome relationship with both the sales team and the coaches. They also offer several different class times throughout the day so it works perfectly with any schedule. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!
Great clean gym. The instructors are super friendly and welcoming to drop in and coached me up as if I had been a member forever. I’ll keep coming back each time I am in town.
I got a membership at the end of April. When I tried to sign up for their evening classes on their app (I work from 9-5pm and can only do evenings), they were booked up for weeks! they told me I can get on their waitlist. I dont particularly want to pay for a membership, only to be put on a waitlist.Immediately, I wanted to cancel my membership because a) I had not even used it once at this point, and b) being waitlisted for classes was not going to work for me. I need to be able to go consistently and regularly, not when they have a free space. However, I was told that once the payment gets processed they cant do a refund. Manager spoke to corporate about it, and nope, nothing they can do, except give me 3 free months, but that doesnt change the fact that their classes book up so quickly. I was told that theyre planning on adding more classes or more bikes in the future, but thats still not helpful.Anywho, I just want my money back since I havent even used my membership. I tried contacting corporate on my own, with no luck and no response. I very much dislike leaving negative reviews but I guess there is not much I can do.
Very good instructor.no space of improvement needed.Water filler on premise.best in Irving. and dfw
I was visiting from out of town and decided to check this place out because I have never been to a boutique fitness studio before! I also have never done indoor rowing and I honestly thought that I would “only” get an arm workout! The facilities are well maintained and super clean, it was absolutely pristine and I felt very safe as it pertains to COVID-19 guidelines. Prior to arrival I received a call from the front desk, they checked in on me and confirmed my booking; per their request I arrived about 15-20 mins early for a quick tour and rundown of the class and proper rowing technique(they have different class formats and I chose to try “Power”) This was super helpful, because I didn’t feel lost or embarrassed once the class began). Coach, Cindy(Chacha) made me feel welcomed and answered any questions I had, she even asked me if I had any injuries, which I do! She was able to modify some exercises for me and that was super helpful, her music was on point!! What I loved about this class is the low impact factor; you still get a FULL body workout without the impact on your joints (in particular knees, in my case). It’s been 3 days since my workout and I’m still sore!
Trying to use master level fitness trainers to market rowing classes as part of interview process......dirty.
I am such a fan of Row House Las Colinas! I joined late December to unwind from bodybuilding. I loved it after my first class. The ladies at the front desk are really sweet. Coach Cindy (ChaCha) made me feel so welcomed but did not ease up or let short change my workout. She took the time to learn my name and made sure that playlist was top notch! I usually fade in the background but her classes made me want to know who was next to me. I hope my schedule and training lead me back in some way soon.*This facility adheres to CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19
Very clean. Awesome workouts. Logan (instructor) is great! Just wish there were more class options/times...
They are at overcapacity and I cant get into a class. Tried to cancel my membership but they wont give me my money back.
Im so glad to join this community. The instructors are encouraging, the atmosphere is really unique and it is a wonderful low-impact workout.
Jill was great a whole body workout kept everyone pumped up.
Attended Matt’s class tonight. First time rowing in years. First time ever rowing in a group. In fact I’ve never enjoys group workouts. But his energy kept us in good spirits and we powered through the most challenging workout I’ve done in a while. 10/10 will attend more of his classes.
Matt was a great instructor! He was thorough in his instruction techniques and brought the right kind of energy to get us all pumped up. Great job Matt!
