One of the fastest check-ins I have had at DFW. Agent was there as I drove up, scanned and I was out in a flash.When I checked the car out on Friday the line was long and tons of people waiting. But the agent recognized a situation and took care of me with great speed and I had my car without having to wait more than a few minutes. Good overall experience.
Budget rental all good and quick. I would still like at least one person to walk out when picking up car just for a question or two..??
Seamless experience, great helpful stuff. When in Airport - do not listen to the Google Map directions - it will bring you to a closed road. Follow the road signs to Rental Cars Return instead
The wait times and service were absolutely horrendous! Also, they push hard for the unlimited toll pass but its useless in the airport, and pretty easy to avoid toll roads in the area. Id never rent from here again.
1 hour, in line. Seven thousand up sell attempts at the counter. No garbage can to empty trash from vehicle while returning.
Picked up car on full and brought back on full and they charged me 20.00 extra, demanding a receipt. The customer agent Avelio was exceptionally rude and not very customer friendly. Worst rental experience company Ive EVER DEALT WITH. they still have yet to call me from June 3. Terrible!
Real nice to be closed on the day i rented. Really appreciate standing in frigid temperature waiting in line with hundreds of folks and ONE clerk.... thats right, ONE clerk- performing registration/check in. BUDGET IS TERRIBLE AND LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER.
May have just caught them on a bad day but we literally waited 2 hours to get a rental that had already been booked online. Poor communication to what the problem was. At least 50 people in line at one point.
Its confusing to me, I live by air port n couldnt figure out how to get in to do security.

Location is NOT open 24 hours as advertised nor open late. It was 9pm on a Saturday and it was closed. Redirected prople to Avis with everyone else. Took over an hour to get a car. Ridiculous!!
The clerks were helpful and told me how to navigate around the toll roads. When I came back to drop off my car I accidentally pulled into a different rental car facility next door. It was maybe 4am and there was only one guy working nearby. I described that I pulled into the wrong place and I cant back out because my tires will be damaged. He told me to just leave the keys on the dash and he would take care of it. Sure enough, when I got off my flight I had am email that everything was processed and they didnt charge me extra for failing to drop off the car at the proper location. So grateful and honest. Thanks guys!

Horrible Customer Service, In the Agreement the return time was 3:30pm, I returned the car at 3:57pm ( keep in mind there was a thunderstorm in DFW area so i was driving safely) i am still getting charged for extra hour. When i called the customer service they were no help to me.
Live is very long and no one from budget seems to care or attempt to work harder or faster

I purchased AA vacation packages that included a rental car from Budget and I still had to pay 498.00 extra. They told me it was a Texas law.NEVERAGAIN WILL I BE SCAMMED!!!!!!!!!
They have charged me gas without asking if I go and fill it up myself

Not impressed. Not at all. Arrived after midnight with a reservation for a car and Budget is closed and has me (and 40 other people) wait in the Avis line. There are clerks working and they are moving as slow as molasses. This is poor customer service.

Sixts service is terrible, I do not recommend it, they do not accept Bancomer credit cards and the employee who attends you, terrible in the service and we care that you have already paid for a service, cancels your reservation and in a few words you can manage as you can
The service and attention was good but they only had 2 employees attending and it took too long
They gave me a dirty truck in very bad condition and they charge you for it as if it were new.
They dont have big 3 row pickup trucks ... bad
They gave us a car less than we booked but the Muslim employee was treated very well.
