Super easy here. Use the kiosk to check in, its faster. Then go out and pick your own car. Write down any damage and drive away. This is how car rental should be. Returns are just as easy.

Alamo Counter service was just Amazing! Segi was so charming and for just a song, she upgraded me to a midsize! Then Hart upgraded me to full-size saying, I do good songs! They were so delightful and I will definitely use Alamo again. (I used to use B, but their service SUCKS!)A Hui Hou!

The service at National in DFW is great and they have an excellent selection of vehicles. I do hate the bus service though from the terminal and back. Buses are usually overcrowded. I don’t know why airports can’t successfully have the rental lots on site and accessible by foot.

They let you pick the car based on type. Great customer service and low rates.

No proper guidance signs on garage drive for Almo return Poor returning experience. The moment you turn in garage drive a sign stating “do not enter “ welcomes you. 2550 North garage drive, Irving Tx by Almo staff takes you no where close to returning point. Looks like airport and local road authorities do no pay attention to these important issues.
