Had an appointment on 9/22 at 5:45pm for tire rotation. They broke one of the lug nuts and the service guy was giving me all kinds of stories. Just took my car today to Toyota of Irving and they have given me a quotation of $160 to fix and replace. These guys seemed to be in a hurry as I took my car when they were about to close for the day. I have been going here for years, I used to get decent service. Not the same Discount Tires as it used to be, really disappointed.

Sent my little sister to get a patch on her rear tire . (Screw in the middle of the tread!) They tell her that the tire has already been patched 1 time and they can’t do it again!! Total lie!! Brand new tire from the dealership on a brand new truck!! Ladies beware they will take advantage of your innocence!!!! Beyond disgust with the folks at Irving discount tire 🤮

I watched the service writer/ mechanic Isaiah go from station to station inquiring on the progress of each customers vehicle. I have been going to Discount Tires since 2008 I have had multiple of vehicles before and Discount Tires took care of all my vehicles everytime. I will not go anywhere else.

We loved DT, but last week we had new tires installed and two of the four were more than two years old, the other two were over a year old. I asked why and they replied that it was not up to them what tire they get from the warehouse. Very disappointed! Our tires age out before they wear out! Other than that (A major issue for us) the shop was awesome!

I can depend on the crews at any discount tire I go to. Outstanding service and the reliability of the technicians just cant be beat!!

I always come to Discount Tire for air pressure checks and they are kind every time! I recently came to fix a tire and Adam explained to me that it was best to go ahead and replace it since the tread was getting low. Adam was really helpful and friendly. This place was so unbelievably and unexpectedly wonderful. Went in for 1 tire but Adam inspected all of them and discovered that Id need 4 and then he showed me why. Unbeknownst to me, I had wires exposed on the inside and inside tread was completely gone. So it was very unexpected and an expense that I wasnt ready to have but he found my previous warranties and replaces all but 1 tire for free. Best money ever spent and he sold me on the warranty for the new tire as well. The staff was very fast and they were well organized. It all worked like a fine oiled machine. Loved the experience and the location and the staff was absolutely spectacular.

After buying tires from Discount tire for years I will no longer use them. My wife went in today to buy two tires. They tired to sell her 4, then other tire types also. At the end she didnt let them sell, she went in to buy not be sold to. Then they added an extended warranty without asking her if she would like one or not. I like a service location that wants to do what the customer wants, not try to sell you. Ill let Cruz service my car tires now.

Had the pleasure of good customer service from this store. Jose was very helpful and ensured that I was taken care of. Did what he said they would do with no issues, these days theres always something. Again got there was done less than an hour as well everything discussed on phone was same in store.

Only 2 other customers (that were together) were in the lobby during my wait time.

Ive been buying my tires from Discount Tire for many years. The service keeps getting worse and worse.1. I made an appointment to get my tires rotated. I show up at my appointment and they said they dont need to be rotated. I like to get mine rotated every 6 months to keep my tires in good condition, theyve never refused me before but for some reason they did this time. Almost seems like they want my tires to wear out so I am forced to buy new ones sooner.2. I took another one of my vehicles to get rotated. They said the tires are too worn that I wouldnt even pass my state inspection, I need to purchase new tires. My state inspection renewal was up a few weeks later. Guess what, I passed the inspection just fine with the tires I have. Once again, trying to make more money off of me by saying I need new ones, instead of just helping me with what I need.3. I took the original vehicle back after 4 months of the initial rejection of them rotating my car. They once again told me I dont need to get them rotated! Seriously, this is unbelievable. Not only that, I made an appointment for 10:15am, my car wasnt taken in until after 11am. They also over inflated my tires. My tires should be set at 33, they filled them all to 40! In this heat, that pressure will only go up. It seems like they want to ruin my tires on purpose so i can buy new ones even sooner. Whats the point in making an appointment and being rejected service?These people are really just trying to make money off of everyone. Ive never experienced such bad service multiple times in a row, definitely wont be buying my next set from Discount Tire.

They are the best! I bought a new tire a few months ago and it turned out to be the wrong size. This caused a lot of problems including being broke down on the side of the road. When I spoke to them and explained what happened, they were very professional and gave me all four new tires and paid for my alignment! The fact that they owned up to their mistake and took care of business, makes them a winner in my book!

These guys will make sure that you have a good experience. Jacob is the assistant manager. He told me my front right tire was fine. I told him it sounded like it was something in my tire. He said it fine. Now fast forward to right now (1 hr later) I’m now sitting on the freeway with a blown out tire. Jeremy the manager told me what Jacob said and it was nothing he could do about it. Now I’m sitting on the freeway with my 3 year old waiting on a tow truck with no spare tire.

I’m not someone who knows much about cars, so any type of maintenance or repair makes me feel uncomfortable. The people working at this store are extremely friendly (greet you as soon as you walk in the door) and very polite. They were extremely busy and I didn’t have an appointment, but they were still able to provide quality service with a less than expected wait time. Aside from the people who work here, I like this location because it’s very clean, and there are lots of stores that are walking distance so you can run some errands if needed.

I like the establishment is clean and close to where I live and work. There is an associate name Rogelio who is very helpful. He smiles and he greets you upon acknowledgement which is more than I can say about the other staff. Plus it would be nice if the rest of the staff would remember their guests for instance: if I just had all four of my tires replaced yesterday and I came to you today; no sir Im not in need of new tires I just need air. I can understand the commission you get for selling tires, just remember who you sell your tires to.

I was surprised at the fact they used the excuse of mechanical wear and tear for not replacing my front tires I purchased last year. So I bought to mow new tires for the front and I wont be going back. I usually shop where I feel appreciated. Although the staff was very friendly and professional I feel I couldve bought tires from anywhere if Im buying tires again the next year!

Many tire stores try to b.s you, including other Discount Tire locations. I had my car inspected prior to going to this store, and knew exactly what was wrong with my tire and the tread readings. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this location fixed my tire without any shady sales tactics.

I went to get some tires in October the service was fair. However, we realized that the tires were inside out 2 months in. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience but they did allow us to go get the issue fixed to the nearest one.

I love Discount Tire. Super friendly customer service. Free tire fill up where you dont even have to get out of your car, they do it for you. Really competitive prices and awesome warranty. But really love the customer service over everything else. No pressure selling either. Always leave with a smile on my face
