They are ok for simple things but anything major they will screw up your truck..I had my truck there for more than 10 days and they did could not fix the issue..Had to tow to dealer..

Theyre to busy to help the drivers to get out of there quick as possible.the Price is okay Job is well....

If youre in the DFW area and need good, reasonable Big Rig service, you have got to try this place. I have been getting service here for multiple years. Im currently getting a complete overhaul on my Cummins engine at J and J. Im a satisfied long time customer and I think you will become one also.

I came here month ago with engine light on and off they Diagnoises and oil changes after I left lights coming back on, I had load and I didnt have time to go back because I was sitting there 3days, after 3 days I lost power and some times truck is daying,likely I make it to the shop after three days with Diagnostic they said youre ECM is bad After 3-Days, I cant believe it how slow they are finally I ended up $3000, if you are Somali guys you Must Sitting there 3days or more because I counted people in and out and quick fix are Latinos, heres is America first come first services, anyway I will not go back there unless my one year ECM warranty

Had my KW T660 towed in for diagnosing. I was having a DEF issue. Only option I was given by Jaime and Evelyn of J&J was a federally ILLEGAL one....bypass or delete my DEF system for $3500 !! I requested a diagnosis of my problem, not an ILLEGAL solution..! I explained to them that this was a leased vehicle and I couldn’t just illegally delete a federal mandated system from a truck I don’t own. When I asked for an estimate to repair truck, I never got an estimate. Only the illegal option. I got my truck towed out of there and to a shop that would professionally diagnose. Turns out I had a $500 sensor issue. Shame on you guys for not providing legal services. I will be following up with the FMSCA with a report of illegal solutions to minor problems.

For the work they have done im very satisfied the only shop i will let work on my truck moving forward very honest people

Great place, friendly people, they do the work promised, and at the price quoted. My Freightliner had a check engine light on, and I was nearby. I found them on google and called. They said come right over and I did. In and out in about an hour. No trying to sell me service I didn’t need or want and they got right on my truck. I would highly recommend this shop. They are now saved in my nationwide service list.

Been here twice, had problems both times. FCFS but if the ladies upfront say the mechanics are busy, DO NOT leave your truck there unattended, they won’t work on it. DO NOT complain or threaten to take your truck somewhere else, they will keep your key (even after you’ve paid for repairs). Mechanics are bilingual but will ignore you and act as if they don’t speak English. My truck sat 3 days for a problem another mechanic took -15min to take care of.

I was told it would be a one day job.My truck needed a clutch job a automatic transmission.They broke three of the censors on the bottom of transmission. A censor was stolen from my radiator Reservoir bottle. They dont lock your truck after working on it daily.By the way the one day job has gone on for 32 days truck was toed to Inland truck $500 later truck still broke. Ive been a 10 year customer at J & Js repair service never again.

This place is mess their a lady at the office I speak to her to fix my check engine light fix and do some programming she told me $300.00 and after awhile story changed to $800.00 when I refuse to pay the hide my key imagin for 1 hrs work $800.00 it sad I will take them small claims court to explain to the judge what surgery they doing and get this much money pls pay attention with this kind of business owners.
