I visited Freeway Insurance yesterday and I was very pleased with my experience. The representative who assisted me, whose name I dont remember, was extremely helpful and provided wonderful insurance information. Although I wasnt entirely pleased with the price of the insurance quote I received, I accepted it and Im now covered for insurance through Freeway Insurance Brokers. They are pretty good.

They ran my info thur three different companys and this is the cheapest insurance iv ever had i heard them on the radio all the time i was noting wrong with just looking i called and they did me right if you was cheap insurance call them that why they got 5 stars from me

Good luck when calling the call center. Worst customer service ever. Expect to be transferred. Expect unprofessional behavior. Sir you called Freeway Insurance not McDonalds, said one rep apropos of nothing. Ive currently on the phone with them again, been transferred 3 times and now its just silence.
