Okay, so I gave Waterwalk a 4 star rating at first because of the smells in the hallway. I told my daughter about my rating. and she explained to me that my 4 star rating was a disservice to the establishment, because they can not control the smells; after all, the cleaning crew is there every morning cleaning and mopping. She was right. Water walk deserves to have 5 stars (in my opinion). So I have updating my rating.

Booked an AirBnB with WaterWalk, it was an awesome experience. This location was in the middle of everything. We were close to the Korean town, the aquarium, Lego Land, and even grocery stores for a quick run for snacks. In addition, the hotel rooms we’re clean and they provided us with household appliances for our convenience as well. Made my trip feel like I was living at home.

This is my second stay at this location (5/13/21 - 5/18/21) and I have to say Professional, professional, professional, courteous, welcoming, and friendly staff at this location. The staff is very knowledgeable at their jobs, and every contact with staff was extremely efficient and friendly. The Fitness Facility was very clean/sanitized and the access was very efficient and managed appropriately. The staff looks as they authentically and genuinely enjoy their jobs which resonates with the guests. Im looking forward to my next stay at this location. My brother and I stayed in the apartments units from March 2020 to June 2021. The staff is always on point and squared away. The manager is great and has hired a great crew that serves her and the guests at a high level. Yall take care.

The Waterwalk Las Colinas staff is beyond amazing! I begin staying here for weekend staycations getaways and found myself never wanting to leave, so I would extend my stays. Finally I asked my husband can we live here for one year? He said YES! Because he love it here as well. Christy the property manager knows the recipe of hiring amazing staff and ensuring her staff is safe while enjoying their position. Everyone that we encounter have a great attitude, positive energy, and enjoying their best life! Its infectious here! I refer family and friends here all the time and they love it as well. Thank you Waterwalk staff! I know when that time comes for us to leave its going to be extremely difficult. You all are our family!

I stayed at Waterwalk Dallas Las Colinas for 7 weeks between 2/28/21 and 4/16/21. I had the best experience having been to Texas for the very first time as a travel nurse on contract. I stayed with my daughter and our puppy. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. I had a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms (one in each bedroom), washer and dryer. I had all of the necessities that I needed. There were groceries included and delivered every week, the gym was by appointment and only 1 person/family at a time. The social distance and sanitization measures were certainly to my liking. It is a very safe place to stay. I look forward to staying there again if I am ever in that location and have already shared the information to friends and family. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

Tried to book corporate lodging and it only allows a 6 night maximum booking when most corporate lodging is usually longer anywhere to 15 days to 95 days. Also, it would be outrageously expensive also around $3600 for days. Illogical

I stayed here for 3 months on a nurse travel assignment. The staff was over the top professional, personable, accommodating and helpful beyond the normal services provided. Anytime I needed anything, it was taken care of immediately. They treated me like a VIP!. Great location, well maintained, clean, free groceries, gated, kitchen was stocked with everything to cook and live. I would highly recommend Oakwood

This was a very enjoyable stay as we were awaiting to close on our new home. Staff was nice and friendly and always asked or assisted without having to think about it. I surely will recommend this location to family and friends.

Changing my review from 4 stars to 5. The management is attentive and the living is pretty stress-free. Keyless entry, automatic door locking [like a hotel], elevators, very nice washer and drying machines, perfectly working appliances and air conditioning, package acceptance and also big enough mailboxes for large packages. The environment itself and community is beautifulI have no complaints but a few cautions:1 If you are a gamer, understand that the internet is promised around 50 to 75 mb down, most of the time a speed test will yeild much faster than that. My PS4 didnt notice those speeds and would even clock at under 1mb down sometimes. That was frustrating because when that happened, I couldnt participate in any online matches period. If I waited 30 minutes to an hour, sometimes the speed would have increased enough to allow online gaming. But streaming Netflix or YouTube from a PC or laptop had no issues and was pretty fast. Also, the internet has completely cut out from time to time. Also, you are behind a mysterious NAT and a complex network will hinder your ability to host matches. Your PS4 will register the network as a type 3 NAT. I was told by management that they are working to address the internet problems so thats good. At the time of writing this they may have already been addressed.2, you cannot install or have your own hard-wired ISP, you cant open an account to get your own Verizon or AT&T internet service hard wired into the apartment, you are only able to use the wireless internet provided by the apartment complex. Your only other option is a wireless hotspot. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of.3, there is no way to buzz up or allow guests to get to your door, you must go down and get them, also Google Maps has no idea where building 2 is, so food orders and deliveries circle around the block once or twice, [at least once] and then call you because they cant find you. This will probably be fixed over time [not really the fault of the complex]. Anyhow, you must go down and get any kind of delivery, they will never make it to your door. That and be both a positive or a negative depending on how you look at it.

Clean, smells gr8.Evey nice option to stay in DFW are close to the Air port n all the restaurants are near by.The management n all the staff are very nice n friendly.

The front office is very friendly, they are assisting us with paying our rent. We are not able to pay on time as we usually do. The office is very concerning of what is going on with my mother.

We lived here for 8 months and it was amazing. The staff was always so friendly and understanding and knew you personally. When our son got sick they even checked on us to make sure everything was okay! Safe environment, clean grounds, lots of community events and extremely welcoming staff. I actually miss it there!

I had a great experience at WaterWalk thank you to the amazing staff. Never in my life have a met so many people willing to step in and help. Time and time again they were there to support me and it really meant a lot. They set the gold standard in hospitality. If you want to stay where people care about you, then you need to stay here. Great place to stay long term - short termish. Very clean property. You cant get better when staying on business/pleasure. Full kitchen, and 3 bed 2 bath and the staff always went above and beyond. Well worth the money.

This place was soooooooo amazing. Super friendly and helpful staff. The fact that I could do laundry during my 2week stay was incredible. Felt like home while away from home. The complimentary breakfast was so unique and different from any other place Ive stayed. Keep up the good work. Shots out to my employer for picking a great place for me to stay.

The staff here is fantastic! We stayed here for a month while house hunting. Everyone who works there made us feel welcome and were always polite and super helpful. Highly recommended. I would just try and request the 4th floor because the floors and walls are pretty thin. That way you dont hear the person above you stomping around.

Where do I begin?! I loved staying here! This is a nice quiet location. The apartment homes have everything you need. It truly feels like home away from home. The staff here were very friendly. My only complaints would be the water pressure for the shower could be better, also I had to request for new towels and some other things at least 3 times before I finally got them and they only clean on a weekly basis. I suggest they have a housekeeping crew like they do at hotels since this part operates like hotels do. I surely dont miss having people stay above me lol but overall this was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The 2 bedroom apartment was lovely.I only had 2 issues the walls are thin you can hear the neighbors talking. Loudly :) The people above me I am sure they were running a marathon. Loud footsteps. Secondly the motion light sensor in the bathroom goes off every time to enter, not good if you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. BRIGHT, BRIGHT LIGHTS. takes ages to go back to sleep after being light blinded :)

This is the best apartment complex I have EVER lived, to have everything included (all utilities) there is no place I would rather be I think this will be home for a long time. From the friendly kind staff to the luxury amenities it is definitely one of a kind. I love this place!!!!!

Update 6/2/20 - Well, our year lease ended and life has taken us elsewhere, but I hope that Waterwalk will be in our future again! This was honestly the best rental community Ive lived at. Not only is it easy to live here, but it also feels quite safe. Thank you to the Waterwalk team for a great year!Dont forget you can LIVE here! Just moved in about a month ago, and we couldnt be happier with the quality and location. You really get a lot for your money -- all utilities paid (including cable and internet), a washer and dryer, close proximity to all that Las Colinas has to offer, nice views (Las Colinas on one side, Hackberry Creek on the other), and fresh new construction. And, despite being close to the airport and the PGBT, this location is very quiet. Living here is EASY!

I discovered this gem after having to leave a different hotel in the area. It was the biggest favor that could have been done. The word quality is a mass understatement to describe Water Walk- Las Colinas.Honestly, I am been to many hotels in which the website and the hotel itself are very different. This was far from it. Before even describing the invaluable service received, let me tell you the awesome things I encountered.There is no question I am a germaphobe. Being in shared spaces does not make me comfortable. I would bet that the upkeep here is just as frequent as what I do at home. This felt like home. From the aroma, to all the cool décor that looks like they just bought Pier One and Kirklands. The lighting, the smell, and being greeted with a smile went a long way. Everything was not only clean, but it was evident there was such rapport build among all the tenants, and I experienced this first hand within the first few minutes of being at the hotel.There is an awesome coffee maker that is available in the lobby, amongst a nice seating area, patio area and well as a brand new BBQ area for that “at home” feel. The coffee maker is a big machine that can make a variety of drinks from lattes, cappacinos, just shots, and it can even add flavors. I am very particular with my coffee, and I will be honest, this was just as good, if not better than lattes I order at Starbucks.The rooms are spacious, they come with a kitchen area, which makes it feel less like being away from home, and they offer you detergent and dryer sheets. The quality of the brands utilized throughout the hotel are great. They utilize my preferred brands for detergent, dish soap, regular soap and they did not go cheap with basic condiments. I was shocked at the reasonableness of the prices offered, since I have stayed at other hotels far more expensive, that lacked the quality of hospitality both on a service level and landscape.There was a tremendous investment around the build of these hotels, and I am positive it is worth it. This place stands out. There is high quality fruits offered in the morning as an easy take and go on your way out of the door.Lastly, the parking is super convenient. I stayed here when Dallas was very cold, and it was non-issue to get to and from the front. The parking lot is well done, as it is easy to get in and out of, without allowing super public access for just anyone to drive in the area unintentionally.Needless to say, my stay was a huge success. I am super thankful for finding this diamond in a rough. I highly suggest this for those looking for a great quality stay at a great price, without sacrificing service and in a nice a quiet, convenient area.
