I been living here going on three yrs the office staff is pathetic they don’t answer the I have to use my lunch break to get a understanding of all the new rules there are Constantly implementing… sense l been living here the office staff has never been the same employee my main issues are being charge for not having rental insurance and clearly this occurs because the office staff is always changing I been charged more rent for amenities that my apartment does not even have now here in the last few months the rules of parking for visitors & Resident have changed five times that’s ridiculous if it’s not broke why fix it at this point Imma just remove myself from my lease and go to a community that’s professional that communicate effectively for the best regards of residing resident & future tenant

I literally just walked out of the office from speaking with Esmeralda about one bedroom that was available for October 1.she suggested I quickly apply.i went home and immediately went online.i live 10 minutes away by the way..I went to apply for the unit it then said its not available .nor was any other apt until November..Im sure she went online and changed the availability. .. what a joke and waste of Time I called while online no answer..WASTE OF TIME

I am having horrible time at this apartment. I have been on and of at this property for over 10 years and I never have any issues until this new management took over. After this winter storm, my place has been really mess. There was no water supply for 2 weeks, and then we have water leakage issue. The water is leaking all over my apartment from upstairs. Now they have completely torn down my apartment without providing us a place to stay. I have tried to contact management but they are not taking it seriously. THIS MANAGEMENT SUCKS.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! For starters they only have four visitor parking so your best chance is parking your car somewhere and hoping you don’t get towed. Towing is a STALKER!!. I could pull up at home to grab something and come back out and they will have towed my car. Also very unprepared maintenance it snowed last week and we are still without water this week. Also they are strict about towing, but any problem that you have they could care less. It could be blizzarding outside With no electricity or water and they would still tow your car. No regard for the residence or The environment that we live in. They just want your money.

I’m a resident and before the new management came in everything was fine but now it’s a mess.The leasing office takes forever to respond and not only that the Visitors Parking is a JOKE as well! For only a few spots around the complex and I can’t park anywhere besides empty ones without worrying about being towed which happened to me 2 times now! Now.People have all these spots to park in and the residents with the sticker still park in visitors spot! I literally park in the same spots as usual with all the other residents who need to park in visitors and my car still gets towed when everyone else’s car is still their 24/7.I can’t even have any guests over because of the parking situation and without worrying their car is gonna get towed too.This is all horrible.I wouldn’t recommend living at this complex unless you wanna get towed.

I just moved in recently and I have found my home. Management is so kind and the maintenance team is always on time. It is very peaceful here I can exercise and feel comfortable. They have an awesome tennis court. Also my dogs LOVE the dog park if you are a pet owner your baby would love to call this his home! Thank you Bridgeport for giving me my home!

If I could give NO stars I would. I moved in while pregnant Nov. 2019 the apartment was not ready at all. The manager promised theyd fix it & never did. The maintence men would steal openly which caused me to get cameras and change my locks. Then the previous management company (Avanti) sold the company to T.I communities without prior notice. Like they literally sent an email to us residents the day of finialization. Fine, I tried to give this new management company a chance but theyre just as bad. I renewed my lease due to COVID & many places not allowing tours or being closed all together. The manager and a leasing agent came to inspect my unit and agreed to fix everything that was wrong but only changed my non matching appliances. Ive put in multiple requests since then (October 2020) and all the lazy maintence men do is mark them as complete without even entering the unit. Ive contacted higher ups to no avail. The unit has mold, rotted out cabinets rusty hinges that they know about but has yet to change. Now post snow storm weve been without running water for a week and all they do is LIE via email stating whats being done but it isnt. PLEASE TAKE HEED as I dont write reviews, DO NOT RENT AT BRIDGEPORT or any T. I COMMUNITIES its not worth the headache. If I could, my infant and I would be gone from here right after I gave birth. I even have photographic and video evidence of everything Ive stated time & date stamped

Worst place to live. This new management doesn’t care about anything. The staff can’t even answer questions without putting you on hold and the worst part.VISITORS. If you think you can have visitors you’re wrong! Swear they only have 10 parking spots marked for visitors. And they refuse to add more spots. So be ready to get towed.

Moved into this property December of 2020. Prior to me moving in I was advised of 2 different move in specials they had going on.When I sent them the money due to apply the advised me I was approved with no additional deposits due. From there they requested my ID and proof of employment. When I sent that over to them, about a week later they advised me they never received my information and now requesting an additional $500 deposit. I sent them proof showing where I sent the information to and the email showing me that I was approved with no additional deposits. For some reason they said they did not receive it and advised me to send it again. I said okay & whilst I’m sending over the information again the call & leave a message telling me I do not need to send it over to them anymore and that I’m good. I say okay & let them know about the discrepancies and how I was feeling uneasy. The women assured me everything would go smoothly from then on.Fast forward to move in day I call the office about 6 times before the designated move in time at 3:00 just to make sure everything is according to schedule and no one answers the phone. So at 3:00 I call again and I still do not get an answer. When I arrived the lady that was in the office advised me that she did not have anyone schedule to move in and she has no idea what I’m talking about. Confused and extremely annoyed the lady and I exchanged words for her to tell me she does know what I’m talking about. Goes into the office pulls out a map and points to where I need to go. Upset and flustered I could not find the apartment and went back to her when she advised me I don’t have to sign the lease and I can just leave. I should of listened to her & found a better property that has the staff and training to know what to do when your manager is away.Spoke with the property manager about the terribleMove in experience and she told me she was under staff and the staff she does have she needs to work with on being better communicators and ownership of property issues. I asked for the corporate number but she advised me that it would not do any good for me because they would just tell her to handle it.A couple days before the snow storm my power went out in my apartment because of a bad breaker & turns off all my stuff (work). I call the office and the lady walks me through how to reset the breaker in my apartments and it does nothing. Turns out it was the one outside. Fast forward to the snow storm and the power outages start and when they turn the power back on my heat does not come on. I call them and they tell me they will fix it next time the lights come on. They didn’t come to fix the heat until after the snow storm and within the same day it shut back off. I called back and left a message but no additional work order was put in.Also we are on a week and a couple days with no water. They are advising every time they try to turn on the water a pipe burst and floods an apartment.As advised I did reach out to address my concerns at every step and each time I was met with an explanations such as sick employees, miscommunications amoungs the office staff, and not enough workers in the office. I appreciate the meals. Day 1 they gave Chinese food. I guess since it was free we could not choose which one we would prefer they just handed it to us. After having us sign a form for an enrichment program that I don’t remember being told about. I told the office lady my apartment number ( not the managers but other younger looking lady ) and she made a mistake and handed me 2 meals. I took the meal because I saw a man was denied 2 meals and I was going to give him my extra. However the lady caught her mistake and told me to give her the meal back. When I told her that might not be the most sanitary option she said she would wipe it off before giving it back out. ( later they called and said they had extra meals ) 2nd day bbq with Brussel sprouts. Easy pick up.03/01/2021– I still have no working heat or air in my apartments. However we do have running water now

I just rented an appt. at this location and the office staff was very pleasant, great customer service and took the time to go over the entire application process with me. Neomi is very friendly and has a great personality and made me feel very welcomed! The maintenance personal are friendly as well and very courteous to our needs. I would highly recommend a move in to my friends and family. Thank you!

Stay away from this apartment complex. I think the worse thing about Bridgeport is that it has had three managements in less than 4 years. I got here in 2016 and because of that management fluctuation (that I dont know really why) we havent been able to get some stability. Of course, if you come and visit the apartments right now, they will lower you the moon and the stars to hook you up. And they may be ok during your lease term. But if management changes again, you will pretty much be on a situation that I am right now; where they just prioritize new tenants and kind of ignore you.

Visitor parking is a joke. There is little a small section at the front of the complex and end of the complex. No visitor parking for each building. When I have guest they have to park in the rear of the complex and I drive back there to pick them up as the distance is pretty long. Each building should have some visitor parking as well as each building having handicap parking. The driveways are a complete mess with broken concrete everywhere with holes. New management is nice the previous owner renonvations were subpar. My lease is up to be renewed but the parking issue is one of the main reason I’m moving. Only one vehicle per lease holder gets a sticker so you can’t have two vehicles one will constantly have to be parked either up front or the rear of the complex in visitors. But the car will also need to move around if it’s sits to long the tow truck company will tow it. The rules are not enforced evenly or fairly some of the same cars are always parked in visitors up front and never get towed.If you like to entertain or just have family over be prepared for them to walk a mile to get to your building or risk being towed6-9-21 People leave bags and bags of trash outside their door daily and for days. Ive emailed several times to complain no action taken. BAGS still sitting out for over a week. This is now leading to pest control issues.

This place have good management and the guys from maintenance work very hard to keep up with all the residents needs. I see some people living bad reviews and honestly you have to understand how much work the maintenance guys have. And since i been here i haven’t seen any insects at all.Also i believe you as resident have to keep the apartment clean and in good shape.

I’ve always had a great experience at this location. Customer service is great and Ms. San Juan is always very professional. Anytime I had an issue it got resolved quickly. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

This place is perfect! I had several different floor plan option to pick from and reasonable price. The building and apartment is very well maintained (up to date). My apartment has new flooring and appliances (washer and dryer). Nice and quiet neighbors, with plenty of space to park ur car. They also have enhance security very good and safe place to live . The new manager Leni and her staff is amazing always on top of everything.

Spent a year in this apartment complex and when it came to renew the lease, the place wasnt worth the price anymore. While taking the tour I asked about an on site gym and dog park and the agent said Oh yeah, we have one. Referring to the dog park at the shelter down the road. Also that they were planning on building a gym. Never saw a gym. When I first moved in there was still food, plastic bowls, and medications left from the last tenant. Had multiple issues with my dish washer and was told they had a truck of new ones being delivered and when it arrived it would be replaced. It did get replaced, but with a used one with dirt a dust inside of it. I just started hand washing my dishes from then on. While I agree you cant hold management and staff accountable for the people that live there, it is something to consider if this a place you will be calling home for however long youre going to be there. During the summer people would dry their clothes on the bushes and on their balconies. Trash bags outside of doors thinking it was maintenances job to pick it up. Not to mention the weird guy that would walk around the complex in just a towel....

After a few months i moved out from this apartment, I get a call from a collection agency saying I had unpaid balance to this apartment. I remember clearly going to the office and making sure there is no balance. So I call the office and they tell me they don’t have any records. Luckily for me, I found a copy of the last money order that I paid with. So I call the office and they are really rude even after I showed the copy of the money order. At first I thought it might have been a genuine mistake. But my friend ran into the same problem. He didn’t have this payment receipt from months ago so they made him pay again for the second time. It’s apparently a scam apartments run. I could never imagine these place doing such but thats the truth.

This apartments are a joke. If you think or thought about living here you can do better. I’ve lived here for 2 years have yet to see anyone come and spray for pest. I’ve had a mouse, and cockroaches as well as my shower is falling apart on top of mold behind the tiles because of a water leak before I moved in. They spend so much time fixing things and I don’t even know what gets fixed because most of the things they email us about are still broken. Then on top of that the price for these are not worth it because of what they look like on the inside. On top of that they implemented a towing program instead of just towing the broke down cars that are everywhere. I’ve lived in wayyyyyyyy better places. Understand whoever reads this BRIDGEPORT IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO LIVE YOU CAN DO BETTER.

The management staff has rotated and is now a complete blessing to work with. They made moving in a smooth as possible plus with all of the incentives they were able to offer has made this experience a breeze. No children running around and the updated apartments and pool looks great. No rodents problems and pest control is prompt.

UPDATE: NOW SOMEONE BROKE IN MY CAR!!!!Im so upset we can’t park where we want to ! U can barely reach the leasing office if I rent a car I have to keep driving around the property to find a VISITORS spot and I pay $1300 rent or I will get towed! They have 4 visitor spots on each end the people who stay in the front don’t ! All these open parking spots and u got to have stickers ! Now that Imari is gone now it’s a problem with my rent ! I’m so upset about moving here ! I’m pregnant and have to walk all the way from the back just to park a car that doesn’t have a sticker !

They only view tenants as money, they will not try to help you whatsoever, Management never NEVER answers the phone and they even pretend to not be in office. When I asked for a copy of my lease, they kept sending other residents leases, please please do NOT move here unless you want other people to see your information because they obviously dont care to give it out. Our room doesnt even have a light in it, the water is constantly being shut off, there is dead rats on the lawn but they dont care, and management hangs up on residents as they are trying to speak, its just the WORST PLACE EVER! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT MOVE HERE!

I hate that people blame the apartments for the tenants shortcomings. Noise complaints, dog poop, and animals on the patio have nothing to do with the apartments management practices. It is unfair to judge an apartment based on the people that live there and how they live their lives in their own respective apartments. In the future, please only judge the apartments based on the management and not how the people on the property behave. I, for one, have not moved in yet but have had a very pleasant experience with discussing and applying to live at this complex. They are friendly and informative, and I look forward to being apart of this community.

The new manager does not care about people. Lot of water outage. Crime infested place. Do not get bluffed by its look. People stole my package and many other neighbors lost their package too. Management only view tenant as Money. Roaches everywhere. Management is arrogant about water bill as if tenants are their personal property. NO problem GET SOLVED. Future Tenants - Take photos and videos of your apartment BEFORE you move in and submit those to the apartments management by CERTIFIED MAIL with your initial move-in inspection forms the management should be providing very quickly. By doing this and being VERY DETAILED ( small pin holes on the walls, dirty rugs on the corners, 5 cracked tiles above the bathtub, repainted hallway wall due to what appears to be damages, the top of the fridge is dirty, theres roach feces inside the cabinets, etc etc) you will most likely not be charged for these damages when you move out. If you do get charges, all you have to do is advise the management that those issues existed prior to your move-in which you submit those photos, and send all correspondence by certified mail!Certified mail is very important to do!Any small maintenance issues you have problems with, light bulbs out, stop complaining and change it yourself. If the A/c is out and your indoor temperature if not more than 15degrees versus outside temperature (90 degress outside / should be 75 degrees inside) then call Code Compliance if the management does not take care of it right away! This is a life safety issue especially in the summer. Read your lease! It should state something like management will in a timely manner fix these issues.Management will most likely retaliate so be ready for that and be ready to move out when your lease ends. If youre having so many issues and nothing is getting done, that means YOU are not reading the lease nor are you sending anything by certified mail... Just because theres a lease doesnt mean you cant use the lease against them..Think people! And READ!

Came to tour Wednesday and the leasing agent was absolutely rude!! I do not recomend this place as they are very rude I called 8 times when I left because I was going to come back at a later Time for help with the app no one would answer and I showed back up the office was closed and it said on door they were open till 7. They ask to much for they apartments when they actually don’t look like that. Way too over priced. Horrible customer service in the office. Specially when it’s the first person you’re greeted by that’s absolutely awful.

I use to love this apartment when I moved in with my new born. Tray is very friendly and nice, Mellisa is not always around for some reasons (I wish I could see her😭) I’ve never lived in this type of apartment where utilities are this outrageous and fluctuates like crazy, I live in a one bedroom apartment, so I’m still wondering why my utilities are this high, plus I have to pay the electricity bill for the office 🤷🏽‍♀️.? Who does that? I really can’t wait for my lease to be over because I see no reason why I should be paying this huge sum of money when it’s not a gated apartment and no workout room, no quick response to calls on the phone, everyone is always out of the office, one can’t even tell what time exactly they go out for lunch, jets flying every now and then, scaring my baby to wake up while asleep 🤦‍♀️. I’m seriously ready to leave, it don’t worth it👋

New management seems to be on top of it. However they allow people to house dogs on their balcony that bark all day and night. I wont be renewing my lease just because I cant get any rest due to the dogs barking at every person walking thru the pool or common area.

I am a current resident of this apartment complex. My AC went out Saturday night. I placed a work order Monday morning. Got home about 5:30 PM and it still wasn’t fixed. I went to the leasing office. The lady was helpful. She called the maintenance person. They told her they had not fixed yet, they would hurry and fix ASAP. I waited, and waited, and waited. Nobody showed up. Now I have to go through another night of heat. It is very bad service. If I could I would rate a 0. If I could I would move out ASAP, but unfortunately I am under contract, and would be penalized. I will move out at end of contract as I don’t appreciate bad service, specially with something like the AC going out in summer time.

When I first moved in the rent was at a great price. I absolutely loved the neighbors (all had been living there for years) now all have moved out and I now have the loudest neighbors ever plus they double park and are rude. I was excited to see that the apartments were being painted but it has been almost a month and they are at a stand still (not sure of the reason). Rent has gone up tremendously and this has been my 3rd lease and last one. One good thing is that the maintenance men are the BEST and the employees there are awesome. Friendly over the phone plus they will fix things immediately. Other than the neighbors and the fee this will be a great place to live.Oh, and they have a tennis court which I loved but it is locked year round and not to be used. Whats the purpose of the amenity if it cant be utilized.

A full year it has been I must say over all maintenance, and management have been great! Managers work with you as long as you communicate with them they are ok. There hasn’t been any bad experiences. I did have an ant problem but it was all clear after the first week.Maintenance is always there to fix a problem on time. Ruben does a great job as a new manager. Trenquia is always working with you. It is a very quiet place no violence. The only thing is the planes which have gotten use to. Other than that I recommend this place.

It was a very nice complex when I moved in 2 years ago up until management changed some months ago. No one ever answers the phone, communication from management to residents is poor, and we have been without a water bill for the past 4 months. Someone at the office stated that it was due to the water meter being changed and when I asked about how we would be billed for the past due months, she stated if our deposits dont cover it, they would work with us. I feel like weve just been scammed out our deposits and its not like these water bills are $10. Were talking $30-$45 so that easily puts us over $120 of past due water bills. Im not understanding why the office has NOT been in communication with its residents regarding this issue. I like to pay my bills on time cause when I leave here, I dont want to owe anything and I would like to use all of my funds to put towards my new place.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! My boyfriend and I loved this apartment complex when we first moved in. There has been a lot of negative changes since management has changed. We can never get a hold of anyone and they take forever to send someone after submitting a maintenance ticket. The 1800 number rings and hangs up on you. After SEVERAL attempts of trying to get someone they were not even able to help fix the KITCHEN LIGHT, said they would be back the next day to fix and it is still out!!! We are now experiencing a roach problem as well. These apartments are infested in roaches! The laundry room is always dirty now, it used to stay clean. Something is always wrong with the machines and they never make a note to not use or out of order. When I saw a maintenance guy in the laundry room I advised him of the issues and he just pointed to the number on the washer and said You have to call this number to get your money back I told him it was not about getting my money back its the fact that they didnt bother putting an OUT OF ORDER NOTE at least. April, we were short on our money order $4 and some change. I got several calls asking to immediately come to the office and a pay past due amount. Come June I go to see how much the balance is and I am given an OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF $1330. Mind you we live in a one bedroom one bath apartment. Apparently we did not pay the full amount and the late fees just added up. When asked why no one called or made us aware of this we were told they didnt have to tell us. That is just completely unacceptable. The last 3 months after taking the money order for the rent, we get calls saying it is past due and an eviction notice is going to be filed if not taken care of immediately. When going to the office and informing the lady it had been paid she looked at her desk and the money order was SITTING ON HER DESK underneath other paperwork. Another example, got the same calls. Explained to the gentleman money order had already been turned in, he said he would look into it and hung up on me..WHAT KIND OF OFFICE ARE YOU RUNNING SMH. So disappointed and so ready for the contract to be up!!! I would not advise anyone to move here, if the old management was here you would have loved it, now not so much. Im sure you can put your hard earned money else where !!!

This is the 3rd week with no hot water in the bathroom. Bridgeport Apartments have been “working” on getting hot water for half of the tenants for approximately 3 weeks with no success. I have been going without showers for days, and on days when I feel tough, I just take a cold shower. I’m sure this is out of compliance with Texas water code, and tenants are still expected to pay rent on time with these issues. This is unsanitary and unacceptable. Do not rent here.

I used to love this apartment community but not any more. When I first move in here it was good but after the management changed everything terrible. New management likes to make only money and dont care about tenants. I have been living in one bedroom apartment. The water bill is outrageous. The management dont want to listen about it when you complaint. I pay ~$150.00 water bill every month for one bedroom apartment. When I complaint on my very first water bill, they didnt wanted to listen me and said this is normal here. I have never paid more than $50.00 on water bill any where else. They have always water leak problem in the community and water will run on the streets. When you complaint they will take their time to fix it and divide all water bill between the tenants. So basically I and other tenants pays for the water lost by the damage that was caused by apartment.There are some thieves in the community who will steal your package if the UPS or FedEx will leave at your doorstep and you dont take it right away. I have lost three packages in two months just because of I was at work. I talked to my neighbors and they had same issue. I complaint to the office manager and they didt care to take any future steps.I will be moving out of this community soon and I believe they will charge me more once I move out which I heard few previous tenants who already left. I will review again once I move out. Stay away from here unless you want to pay more money and dont get the what you paid for.

Roaches are bad stayed only two months and moved.. the roaches was so bad I couldn’t even keep food in the house my bedroom and bathroom had cracks in the walls roaches was coming out of cracks all through the apartment.... my dishwasher stayed out for a month before it got fixed which they where fixing on about 4 other vacant apartments everyday never came to fix a tenant apartment... I mean they are the worse apart I ever lived in... please don’t waste your time or money you’ll be moving out the next month.... I did‼️

OMG I must say that Treniqua the Property Manager was excellent from the start of my move in to finish. I have never had an apartment that started out nice and they have still be nice to me until this day. I moved in my unit in building 4109 on the 3rd floor May 11. I got there picked up my keys bought back my conditions sheet and picked up my mailbox keys on the same day. Any issues that I have had she has had them all addressed within a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone as a matter of fact I have and I never seek out the resident referral fee from the community. Treniqua keep up the good work I really appreciate all you and the staff have done for me.

I lived here for 3 1/2 years, it was good at first but a true nightmare since the new management took over and the place has gone down hill. I moved out shortly after in september and I am still dealing with them. My move out fees were over 600. They included some final bills which I had already paid for. I called the office the day I got the letter, on the letter it states to contact them in certain number of days to arrange payment. They realized I did in fact pay the last bills so they removed that. They charged 200 to replace the carpet and the only thing wrong with it was due to poor installation. The nails where coming up on the edge where the carpet meets the tile. All though I had called in and asked them to fix it when i was there that never happened and they said they have no record of it so i am stuck with the bill. From the first time I called them to straighten out my move out fees I was told they would call back in 2 days, after a few days I had to call them. Again they needed to look into the carpet situation and I was told they would call me back but never did. I was threatened that it would be sent to collections if I dont pay soon, all though I had been trying get it all sorted and was working with them all along. I gave up on the carpet and agreed to set up payments. My total came out to around $300. My first installment was paid first week of December and I am about to pay my second installment. I just received a letter from a collection agency dated 12/23/2018 that I owe them over $600. They lost record of my request to have the carpet fixed, they where going to charge me twice for bills already paid which they should have never included with the move out fees since it was paid prior. Now they are sending my information to a collection agency for the original amount that was listed on the first move out letter. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional and now I have to go through the trouble of getting this resolved with collections before it impacts my credit.

I loved this place when I moved 5 years ago. But however since it has been turned over to new management not so much. Before new management took over al the apartments were being looked into needing upgrades. Mine however is one that needs to be upgraded. I was told that mine will not be upgraded until I either move out or decide to renew my lease. Well im.not going to renew my lease because it has gotten too expensive for me to live here anymore. Also my apartment isnt worth the money they charge for it now. Seems that after the new management took over. My rent seemed to jump over 100.00 or more in extra fees and what not. Charges that Im now being charged but wasnt for the first few years I lived here.

After much consideration, i have finally decided to post this review.When i moved in they were all pleasant. The old office manager is not there any more. New one seems nice but does not take care issues.The apartment complex is falling apart. While they are renovating the units, the drive ways are falling apart.Got a car port. Cannot even park there. Its always mossy.Refrigerator is old. Complained about lack of racks and they did not care to fix. It belongs in Smithsonian than being in the apartment.Dish washer sounds like a fright train and doesnt clean. The dishes in the top are not cleaned. As it dries leaves white power in the top from unremoved soap. Much more difficult to wash this off as well.Carpet is old. There are no windows to get fresh air. All are full length sliding doors that have to be opened fully. There are no mesh doors to prevent bugs from coming in. So no fresh air at all.Very, very close to airport. Aircrafts make roaring noise as they land. Its incessant... When the air traffic is high, even smell gasoline fumes in the air.In a rush to increase occupancy, they are bringing in less desirable tenants.To add cherry on the top,the construction manager lives next to my apartment.. Adjacent doors. They do not know how to close doors gently. Complaint resulted in a lesson about their rights. Asked to let me go, now they wave lease in your face. No paying customer concern. We are just dollars to them.There are good staff but their hands are tied. Manager and Deputy Manager need to attend to residents concern instead of just flashing smiles.All in all.... Not a desirable place any more. Used to be good but that is past now.

Bridgeport does not honor lease agreements. It seems like the goal is to get you in and then gradually they start going up. They seem to be doing a gentrification thing we’re they are basically claim they are remodeling residents who have been here long have to move out.No one is never in the office the staff is unprofessional and doesn’t take issues or the residents seriously. Mice Problems!!! Plenty of Mice !! I wish they took some requests with priority. Ive had mice problems in my earlier unit; they moved me to a new unit saying there was no mice in the new one, but even new one is infested with mice. Im having to deal with the issue everyday. I went today to the office hoping that they would prioritize the issue and send someone to patch the holes, But staff said she would not be able to send the maintenance..i have mice crawling all over my counter space, my cabinets, my untensils, and food..I have literally thrown everything out of my kitchen. Didnt want to leave negative remarks, but the apt should know their priorities and learn to handle some situations with urgency.

I have been staying her for 9 yrs and the New Management Sucks and they r rude. Before the Water bill use to come like 40-50 dollar now its 80-90 dollars a month .When i asked them why they said its per person it is jst too much. Last but no least their office are always closed. I hate new management and staff they are rude.Whoever is responding us -Talking with your Manager or Front desk doesnt work, it is just a waste of time cause they dont care and they are rude.Our Kitchen light has been out since 4 days i have called the office like twice everyday but no body showed up till now.I wish can give Zero to the Apartment Management they dont know how to run the apartment .They just know to how to charge more for waste and water bills it comes around $80 to $100 and they dont accept check anymore and we have to pay online where we have pay extra dollar for paying online rent.I do not recommend any one to move into this Apartment i wish i could give no star to this place and especially the Management office.

Great place to live!!! Ive been here 1 1/2. Ive spoken with a lot of tenants whove been here for 5-15yrs, with barely any issues who they say love it here. The maintenance here is awesome. U put a ticket in for something, they are on it sometimes that day. I had minor issues like, ice maker, my stove, the coil went out, they got me a brand new stove. Everyone in the office is very respecful. Mayleanne, Luis, Turner, thank you guys for doing all that you do & for going over & beyond to help this place become better day by day for your tenants to live.

A lot of loud, ghetto neighbors have now moved in and will stand outside screaming after dark. Speeding in the parking lot at night. Loud music bumping from cars in the middle of the night esp on the weekend. The riff raff is here.Solicitations and junk mail on your door or car DAILYJets fly at all times of the day and night, and yes, there is a pest problem!Under new management, maintainance is only availavle Mon-Fri so youre screwed if you need to work during the week but need to be home for the repair, or if you have a leak on a Saturday like I did!Not worth the money. Move to Los Colinas or North Arlington instead

We had roaches from day 1 and they would not go away. Maintenance was lacking and usually delayed if a request was made. There are constantly jets flying overhead. Parking lot has pot holes and was hit more than once. Would not do business with them or any affiliates.

****Update****I wasnt going to renew my lease, but after speaking with Trey and falling in love with the renovations I decided to apply and stay..... NOW PAY ATTENTION...1. My maintenance request for my washing machine sat pended then closed for 6 days. Stating the request was completed, How...when I work from home no one entered the apartment. When maintenance got it to work I was excited.... So because it was FILTHY I ran the cycle when the cycle drained it drained in my bedroom, my closet, and my bathroom ...2. The windows are cracked, my screens wasn’t on it until I complained personally to maintenance he came and fixed it. Because if you complain to the property they ignore it.3. My bath tub is FILTHY, I asked could it be resurfaced and they said they don’t do that... Ummm so I’m supposed to sit in a tub that is stained from the previous tenant I THINK NOT...4. I have a past due on my account that’s going up 5 dollars since September 5th. I went to the office and the manager said she forgot to apply my application fee to the account and once she does that then the account would be satisfied... that was Sept 5th5. I went to wash and my patio locked me out, no one answered the phone, I had to have my old neighbor stop what she was doing to go to the office so I can tell them I’m locked out. So now I have to be cautious when doing laundry...Please don’t respond to this review with that generic message about how you care about the feelings of your tenants and for me to come down and sit with you and talk... I did that Sept 5th and 11th and I’ve filed a complaint on the site with no answer, so evidently my complaint isn’t a priority. Living in this apartment complex is very stressful. BE AWAREPS Please don’t retaliate because of my review...Why isn’t there a number for corporate on this site or Avantic?

-The laundry room is poorly maintained by the outside contractor, with machines in filthy condition and frequently not working.-Theyre constantly pestering their tenants with some BS notice, dont do this or youll be fined, dont do that, or... blah, blah, blah.-And no, you really dont ever get used to the jumbo jets flying low right overhead. But theyre not as noisy and annoying as many of the tenants are.-5% per year rent hike is kind of a ripoff too.

HELL TO THE NO!Roach infested pigsty. If you want to find out first hand what it feels like to step on a roach with your bare feet, move here. Spoilers: its wet and absolutely vomit inducing.They tried to pass it off as construction from in the area but there is none! Just nasty azz neighbors. (Lo and behold, when they moved, the infestation subsided in my unit)I havent used any of my cabinets since I moved in because I dont trust the bug situation and I keep finding dead roaches.Old apartments with bugs and old fixtures. The wood floors are not sealed so they warp at the first sign of moisture. THIS INCLUDES THE KITCHEN AND THE BATHROOM. Also, if youre upstairs the floor vibrates then my downstairs neighbor has the A/C on. They literally have to hit the ceiling to make it stop or itll go all night long.Since these buildings are old, so they stink like most of the time old wood. When you turn the heat on it smells damp and musty.A lot of foreigners here that have no concept of American social norms. Be prepared for neighbors drying their clothes/underwear on the bushes by your windows, waking up and/or coming home to your apartment smelling like the worst rancid, ethnic food you can imagine, and bags of trash being thrown on the ground instead of the empty dumpster thats two inches away. Also, Im still getting mail from the last 5 tenants because they did not forward their mail. Ive notified the front office but its still happening and Ive been here almost a year. Dog poop on the grass.When you try to call during business hours, their phone auto disconnects or says the number is out of service. Just try calling any number you find for them on the web and it wont work. I guess maintains requests are web only now? ugh.The apartments are overpriced and the office staff is unhelpful unless you walk in and complain to their face. Billing for water/sewer makes no sense and the new management sucks.Youre so close to the airport that planes fly directly overhead at any time of the day or night. Ive heard jets flying as early as 5AM to as late as midnight. And they are VERY close and VERY loud. Enjoy that!My lease is up in a few months and I cant WAIT to go. They better not give me any grief either.Also, the Amazon Prime deliveries to this area are HORRIBLE. They will steal or straight up not deliver your package.DO NOT MOVE HERE
