WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!!!I am beyond disappointmented.I booked a white stretched limo service for the arrival of my son and his new bride, and specific requests weeks in advance. On the day of the service, the owner was not able to meet our arrangement that we previously discussed and instead of contacting me, he ignored my numerous calls and sent someone else to pick up my son and his wife in a regular SUV.This was not just a ride from the airport. My son was arriving with his newlywed bride for the very first time and we were promised a white limo. This company robbed us of that excitement of our son. This moment will not ever be replayed and the moment we planned for weeks was ruined by the hands of this company.Pay a little more money, and book with a company that cares for your events and honors their commitment.This company was dishonest, misleading, and unprofessional. Never booking with them again.DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PRECIOUS MOMENTS.STAY AWAY!!!!!!

My family wanted everything to be perfect, and went as far as hiring this limo service. Planning and speaking to this company weeks in advance, my family had specifically requested a white limousine to pick us up from the airport.But the experience was far from satsifying and professional, and very misleading. On the day of my arrival, my dad called and called this Limo service to confirm my pick up, but they had ignored multiple calls from us. When I landed I msgd and got a response that there was NO limo availble and someone else will contact you to pick you up in a regular SUV... IF YOU BOOKED IN ADVANCE WHY WOULD THIS HAPPEN?I called and measaged the owner June, but got NO RESPONSE AND NO EXPLANATION.Pay a little extra money if you have to, but DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

My family went above and beyond to plan for my arrival and make things special for us. A part of their plan was to have a white limousine to pick us up from the airport. They planned this weeks in advance and wanted to make sure that no detail was spared. Unfortunately, they booked through Four Seasons Limousine service. On the day of our scheduled pick up and after multiple ignored calls, they recieved a short text message saying that they wont be sending a limousine but an SUV instead! This was 20 mins before the scheduled pick up time!!! That was unacceptable and even after the fact, they wont return any calls or messages. Four Seasons Limousine service is unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend booking anything with them whatsoever!!!! Id rather get better service elsewhere!!!! Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with them and this experience. NEVER BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!!

I cannot say enough about the level of quality that June provides to his clients. I have used his service for the last 8 years, starting with business travel, and then expanding to things like taking my daughter to Prom and shuttling my friends and to various celebrations. He is more than an excellent and reliable owner, he is now a friend. All of his drivers are wonderful. But I have to say at the end of a long business trip, it makes me happy to see them there waiting for us. We always know they will be there and that is a comfort.

Sometimes everything doesn’t go as planned and on Saturday we experienced a small hiccup with our rental. But this review isn’t to complain, I wanted to post this review to commend June and Jason with Four Seasons Limo for their professionalism and dedication to make sure we had a good experience. These guys did a great job correcting course without missing a beat. Will definitely use this team again. Thanks guys!!

If you travel for work on a regular basis, then I recommend you get a car service. And if you get a car service, then I highly recommend you try Four Seasons Limo. I have been riding with them regularly for years. When I leave for the airport, they are always there waiting for me. When I fly in, all I need to do is send them my flight number and they keep track of where I am. No need to tell them Im running late, they are already tracking everything. This is a professional service for a very reasonable price.I have also used Four Seasons Limo many times for personal car service, like going to see the eye doctor, or spending the day out, or going to see a concert. They are always there when you need them.Five star rating all the way. If you are looking for a car service, then give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

We used Four Seasons Limo for our wedding in Feb 2019. They were very professional in understanding our needs and were on time. The chauffeur was professional and took care of us. We all enjoyed the Hummer ride, and that was one of the highlight of out special day.

This company goes out of there way to satisfy there customer. Great experience. Latest and updated fleet. And the drivers have a very positive attitude and are very courteous. 👍

Four Seasons has provided excellent service over the last two a half years and roughly 400 trips that Ive coordinated in the DFW area. They are very easy to communicate with regarding reservations and updates to itineraries. Their sedan service for airport transfers is prompt and reliable.
