This company is NOTHING more than a ‘bait and switch’. . .I would NEVER recommend using them. I went online to book a pickup and a drop off. . .was given several type of car options and booked a reservation. . . The reservation included a tip and taxes. . . About an hour later i get a call saying, “oh, the reservation you booked was not completed. . .” I was like, “yes it was. . I have my email confirmation, etc”. . .she proceeded to let me know that this was just the “BASE” and on top of that she needed to add tolls (which there were no tolls involved) and a fuel surcharge. . . The price was basically double from my confirmation!!! This is NOT right and NOT a way to run a company.. . .There has to be some shuttle company that is honest. . . I’d recommend UBER!!!

From start to finish Texas Shuttle is absolutely the best business I have worked with. Customer service is wonderful Kate and Martha both went out of their way to help with my bookings. Our driver Robert was courteous and professional. His car was immaculate and beautiful and right on time. Thank you Texas Shuttle for great service.

Amazing drivers!!! Ive used them many times and never had a problem. They have nice vehicles and they are always clean and early. Great communication. Takes the stress out of traveling.

Travelling for work twice a month and theyve picked me up about 7 times so far. Very impressed with their drivers. Always feel safe. They normally show up 10 minutes early at my home and communication is great. They get the door for you and help with bags. Only good things to say about them. The people on the phone are fast and friendly. Price is reasonable since Im not sharing. I used to use Super Shuttle and didnt like stopping over and over again, and then the competition over who gets dropped off first. It literally took forever. Im so glad I found this company!

They were a no show and caused me to miss my flight. Never did call and let me know there was a problem. It was an early morning flight and no answer on office phone when I called them. It cost me to rebook my air fare. Extremely poor service.

Driver was late, but kept me updated due to weather issues. Much appreciated. He was professional and a great, casual conversation made the long drive a pleasure. I highly recommend Texas Shuttle.

I have been very impressed with the courteous & professional service of Texas Shuttle. Melissa helped me set up a pick up at Dallas Love Field at the last minute, and my driver Quentin contacted me rignt as my flight landed and was able to pick me up 15 minutes earlier than my reservation time because he had been tracking my flight. He literally was at the curb 2 minutes after I picked up my bag, and delivered me safely to Rockwall during a snowy and icy day. Thank you so much, I will use Texas Shuttle again when I return to Houston later this week.

I was in a bad situation being told to fly to Dallas after a rental company left me stranded and wanted me to fly to Dallas for a new rental I didnt have time to read any policies and they will not give me a refund for services I never received and the manager was super rude through emails after explaining my situation DONT RENT FROM THEM they like to scam people and kick them while they are down
