Staff is friendly and very helpful. I love the fact that you can check-in and out with the QR code on their mobile app. Also, the shuttle picked-us up from the airport quickly and I love the fact that they they run 24/7, one less thing I have to worry about. The pricing is fair. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again.

We were locked out of our car after returning from an international trip and the staff at the Parking Spot North really stepped up to help us! Matthew checked on us frequently and gave us water while we waited for the locksmith. Several staff came to check on us. We felt safe and well cared for. They were amazing! I highly recommend this location.

Quick, convenient, and easy. We parked in covered spot. Within just a few minutes of arriving a shuttle had arrived at our truck to take us to the terminal. The driver assisted with our bags and we were off to the airport in just a few minutes. It was hassle free and we didnt have to pay airport prices or deal with airport traffic. When we landed we only waited about 3 minutes for pick up, and they took us directly to our truck. I will continue to use The Parking Spot for my future trips, it is definitely worth it.

From start to finish, 5 star experience. Our ticket was paid in advance, we arrived, we parked, and the shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport before we all were out of the car! I wish I could remember the drivers name (he was a young man with Caribbean accent) who assisted us to the airport. He was very courteous and respectful. We arrived in 10 min or less.We returned on a weekend. The regular phone lines were not available, thought I could text,but got a response the next day. The best way to contact for pickup over a weekend is by using the number provided in the email. I called after we had received our luggage and the wait time was honestly nothing. By the time we trucked 8 people with luggage to the meeting place, the shuttle had arrived ready to retrieve our group. Steve Aeringdale assisted us on the return. Very pleasant. Will pay the extra for the outstanding service. Will not fumble with uncovered parking at a low rate hotel. If you need to leave your car in a safe place for an extended time while on vacation choose the spot with the dots !

Ready to get us when we parked. Easy to get into The Parking Spot, friendly drivers that are so very helpful. Safe drivers. And when we came back, there was hardly no wait. The app is awesome, lets them know where you are and you can see which shuttles are close.

Good location. Very well lit. Pickup when we landed was almost immediate. Our drivers were very nice both ways.

The staff were very friendly and kind, they sent the shuttle to my parking spot and take me to the airport in a matter of minutes. When I came back I just had to wait for about 15 min until the shuttle picked me up and I even received a free car wash. Id recommend it without a doubt!

Horrible experience. There is no system to getting a ride back to your vehicle. I watched the van pick up passengers at the wrong location and then when they arrived at the courtesy van pickup they stated van was full.  I waited with my daughter and the next shuttle came. Passengers that came after we had missed the first shuttle jumped in front of us in line... with my daughter standing there. Instead of confronting the passengers, I stated to the driver that we had been waiting, passed up and now skipped and should be on before the other passengers, but he said he couldnt resolve the issue and to wait for the next shuttle. By this time it had been over 30 minutes.  Poor customer service and disregard for common courtesies.

I have been using The Parking Spot for several years now and have always experienced great service. Today was no exception. I had an early flight and Victor pulled up just as I parked. He got out of the bus, took my bag, and provided me with a ticket that included my parking space number. As we got to my terminal, he grabbed my bag for me and wished me a good flight. Never been disappointed but today just felt better. I highly recommend using The Parking Spot. Safe travels!

Always great service! Love using them. Last trip we couldn’t find my husbands phone once at airport we were worried he had lost it. Called the number and they checked the shuttle and it wasn’t there.The shuttle driver took upon himself to check our vehicle and there it was. They called us back and it was such a relief to know that it would be in our vehicle once we returned.They went out of there way to check on this for us and it was appreciated.

I am SO glad I decided to try Parking Spot North. I used to fly weekly, but since COVID, I now only travel about twice a month. Even so, I’ve been a long-time (10+ years) customer of Park * Fly. Within the past few months, I finally got so tired of the long waits and inconsistent service that I had to try something new. Let me tell you, Parking Spot has won my business for the foreseeable future twice just in my first experience with them.When I got to the parking center, the attendant at the entrance told me where to park. Within minutes, I watched a shuttle drive right past me and leave. Not a good start, right? I called the number and the attendant told me the driver had been looking for me, but somehow missed me. The next shuttle arrived a few minutes later; the driver apologized that the first shuttle had missed me and asked what time my flight was. I was scheduled to board in 10 minutes, and he immediately called dispatch and told them he was taking me straight to the airport as a result of the last shuttle missing me. Talk about making up for lost time!When I landed back at DFW, I used the app to select my pickup location. Before I’d even made it to the correct spot outside Terminal A, I saw a Parking Spot North bus driving by. I waived to the driver who immediately pulled over and picked me up. Incredible!If you haven’t tried them out yet, I implore you to give Parking Sport North a try. Friendly staff and incredible service.

Not a great experience. Online reservation was easy enough and worked fine. Price was fair for last minute. But it’s a ways from the airport. Shuttle ride to terminal E took almost 1/2 hour with other people to pick up and drop off at closer terminals. Return was really bad. The card they give you doesn’t sY anything about calling when you arrive unless after hours or using the app. We waited in the right place for 20 minutes and finally called. 10 minutes later another shuttle that was full couldn’t pick us up. Another 10 minutes and one finally comes. 40 minutes to wait for the shuttle in 95 degree heat is too long.

The parking spot website is easy to use and to make reservations.It is easy to park there and the vans are always there for you when you are ready to board. and the drivers are always courtesy

We always use The Parking Spot! Why get confused as to where to park for your departure gate, only to miss the gate and circle back around? Spot has one lot, driver will give you a card with parking spot where your car is, no confusion. Let them do the driving as you ride in an air conditioned van. Easy!!

Great service, safe lot. Get picked up quickly both in the lot and at the airport. Much better and faster service than the local hotel lots/shuttles!

Convenient and reasonably priced. Only issue was they wouldn’t answer phone when I arrived which made me not give them five stars. Luckily I found another number on their site that did answer.

All the employees we encountered were wonderful but I want to especially compliment Renee who was working in the late evening on 5/24 at the north location. My mom lost her car key and Renee went out of her way to not only check if it was in the lost and found, but offered to help in any way she could. She even put out a couple of chairs so we could sit while our ride arrived. She was incredibly kind and made a stressful situation much more bearable. Thank you, Renee!

Shuttle bus was very unprofessional, playing loud music, talking on his phone. We waiting over 45 min for pick up. He had the nerve to say that we were lucky to wait 45 min, because was after 11pm. Horrible service, overpriced

We had some issues with the website due to the storms. Renee was there once we pulled in and helped us schedule our time. She was extremely helpful. Parking was easy and we felt very safe leaving our car there. It was easy to catch the van back to parking once our trip was completed also.

Mannnnnnn only decent thing is the price! The shuttle took 40 mins to pick us up and take us to the airport!! The shuffle itself is extremely dirty and stains all over the seats! Then when we returned the shuttle never came!! My wife and I called at least 10 times for a shuttle pick up and nobody answered! I even left a voicemail and still no response! We was forced to take an Uber after waiting for an hour and the cost of the Uber was more then the parking spot! Tried reaching out to try to get a refund and when we called they said we had to email them, when we emailed them they said we had to call directly smh!! TERRIBLE service!! The price for the parking plus taking an Uber, you might as well just park at the airport! It will be cheaper!!

Skip the lines. Get picked up at your car. Get dropped off at your car. Reserve your spot. Park your car in covered parking. Heck, get it cleaned while youre gone. When at the airport, simply launch the app, find the pickup spot and it will automatically let them know youre ready for a ride. It doesnt get much easier than this. Worth every cent, especially when you travel with a large family.

This type of parking for flights is the best ever. Wish it had been available many years ago when I flew more. Getting in and out is very easy with no hassle and the shuttles are very handy.

We got on the shuttle to the terminal and was notified our flight was cancelled. Returned to the Parking Spot. Not even parked for 20min. and still had to pay $8 for less than 20min. Ridiculous! Parking garages in downtown metro areas are not even that expensive!

Choosing to park here is the best experience they have covered parking, shuttle pick up, driver grabs all of your luggage loads them and let you out directly in front of your gate. It doesnt get any better! Service is idea while prices are economical. Love it!!! Will use them every trip not to mention after joining you accrue points to use towards discount when paying. 👍👍👍✅

This is a very convenient, safe, and cost effective way to park at near DFW. Make sure to sign up as a member to receive discounts, and you have to book at least 1 hour before you drop off your car to not pay more. Its great if you book at least 1 hour before drop off and you book through the app or online.

If you go on their website and book ahead you can get your vehicle cleaned and 7 days of covered parking for less than regular parking at any uncovered off site parking. They did a great job cleaning our truck too! It was almost black from the dirt roads and rain storm we drove thru to get to the airport and sparkling clean when we got back!

The Process, I am a big fan of the app and the ease of making things easy that normally has multiple tasks. The 24 hrs parking & shuttle service is awesome and it worked so well for us for our early, early morning flight out of DFW. The shuttle came to where we parked before we even had a chance to get all the luggage out of the car, no wait what so ever, and the driver was so nice & friendly. As for our return trip, upon calling for a shuttle pick up, the representative on the phone told me to stay inside the double doors to keep warm as it was extremely cold outside and that the driver would look for us, not the other way around. We came back to DFW in the middle of freezing cold temps & biggest snow storm to hit TX in years (Feb 2021) and once we got to our car the driver made sure our car started & was running well before he left. He did that with each party on the shuttle, not just us. This is my first time utilizing The Parking Spot for my travels and I am greatly impressed by your people and the service they provided along with the 24 hours convenience. Thank you for the awesome service, greatly appreciate y’all!

So they don’t tell you, but during Covid, make sure you call to get picked up by the shuttle. Their business card is not updated. Other than that it was a good experience

Ive used this location for parking a few times but last week, I had the best shuttle driver. Eric W. It was on April 2nd around 3pm. He not only walked to my car to help get luggage out but also, during the ride, he informed myself and another couple if instructions on getting picked up in detail. He also engaged in conversation simply asking where we were headed. I hate I didnt have cash to tip bc I definitely would have.On another note, I also love the location bc of the car wash. After sitting for days, cars tend to get dirty so to get a free wash on the way out is an added bonus.

The parking lot was well lit and I was picked up/dropped off right at my car, and dropped off in the area closest to my terminal by helpful and polite drivers. The vans are easy to spot and run frequently. After looking on the website I realized that there is a lot of flexibility around check-in/check-out which meant that I didn’t have to worry about being back to my car by the time I had estimated or worry about an extra fine. Overall, it was a stress-free experience.

I always pay to park at TPS North DFW now. Dont trust the airport parking regarding security, and its cheaper with The Parking Spot. Shuttle drivers are always nice, never have to wait long, so if youre worried about it taking longer than just parking at the airport dont worry about it.

Do not use this service unless you feel like waiting in the airport for hours for the shuttle to pick you up. Worst car service of any airport I have ever used. Middle of the day. Perfect weather. Lots of shuttles but none of them are the spot.

Takes way too long for a pickup. We waited over 50 min for a ride.

My pre-paid reservations could not be refunded due to COVID-related cancellation of my military travel. This was despite providing a few weeks advance notice.While they would not offer me any concessions due to COVID-related issues, they told me that the 45+ minute shuttle wait time I experienced at baggage claim was because of COVID-related issues on their end.BTW, if you have an issue, dont expect a response for 2-3 weeks.

This is the first time we used The Parking Spot. We experienced exceptional service! We were picked up within seconds of parking. The drivers were courteous and helpful. I cant recommend The Parking Spot North enough! In the past we have always parked at a hotel and then had to wait an hour or more sometimes when landing at the airport to be picked up. With The Parking Spot North, after gathering our luggage, we only had about a 5 minute wait before we were picked up to head back to our car. That was such a blessing after a long day of travel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as I pulled in. A very kind lady greeted me and showed me right where to go. I was then greeted by another staff member on where to park and the bus showed up not even 30 seconds later(it came to pick me up right by my car so I didnt even have to go anywhere else). The driver of the North bus was very friendly and dropped me right at my gate. When I returned, I didnt even have to wait more than 5 minutes and they were there to pick me up and loaded my luggage for me. I then got a FREE car wash code and washed my car before I returned home. Great experience! I will be back.

Both sites have courteous staff who always greet no matter if it is 6am in the morning or 11pm at night.I have used other parking shuttles but Parking Spots efficiency, customer services, rates, and rewards keeps me coming back.

Just discovered this place and Ill never rideshare to the airport ever again. This is waaaaay cheaper and their shuttle even picks you up from where you parked your vehicle and they help you with your bags. Im so mad I didnt know about this sooner!

Using the app on my phone was really easy. I pre-pay, so I just scan the code to get in, and scan the code to get out. Drivers pick you up right at your car, and give you a card with your parking spot number on it. So when you return you give it to your driver, and they drop you right back at your car.

Convenient, covered parking, bus to and from the airport. You get a discount if you prepay your parking. My return flight landed at 11:30pm. We had carry-on luggage. When I reached the baggage claim area I called and the bus picked us up within five minutes. We were very happy with the service. Trust me, youll like it.

The drivers and operators at this facility have a terrible communication system and have left me stranded in their parking lot for over 30 minutes each time.
