Great service and friendly staff as always. It’s so convenient to park in a covered space and be taken right to my gate no matter how many times it changes. They always drop me off right where I need to be snd are there when I return.

Could not be more efficient. I used the app and had seamless service. Made both ends of my vacation effortless.

My flight arrived much later than expected (and after midnight) but I called for pickup, and they were there within 10 minutes. Took me right to my car! Very well lit in the lot and so worth the covered parking in the Texas heat!I love not dealing with paying as I leave, that it was all resolved online. Highly recommend!

I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW IMPRESSED I WAS WITH THE PARKING SPOT EMPLOYEES !! I LEFT MY WALLET IN A SHUTTLE FROM DFW AND THEY CALLED TO SAY THEY HAD FOUND IT !! MY ID, CREDIT CARDS, MEDICAL INFO, DRIVERS LICENSE, AND CASH WAS STILL IN TACK !! PLUS A CARD WAS ENCLOSED FOR CREDIT FOR MY NEXT STAY WITH THEM!!! I HAVE BEEN TELLING EVERYONE MY STORY AND THEIR MOUTH DROPS OPEN...THEY SAY THIS IS NOT THE NORMAL IN THIS DAY AND TIME..MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE IN AWE THAT YOUR EMPLOYEES STILL HAVE OLD TIME HONEST VALUES! I REALLY EXPECTED TO NEVER SEE MY WALLET AGAIN AND CERTAINLY NOT WITH ALL MY CASH STILL THERE!! Dont forget to grab your parking spot slip when you park to help the guys and gals when you come back or at minimum remember where you parked. Its frustrating on a full bus going up and down every row as you click away looking for your car at night.... but rather funny to me personally. Drivers were great, fast, and safe. Ill be parking here every time Ive got to fly out from now on.

The Parking Spot is a convenient ride to DFW. The problem is locating the van for the ride back. Twice weve had to take a cab back after waiting for the van. Today our qc code wouldnt scan to pay and the lady helping us was rude and didnt seem to want to be bothered. Then she overcharged us and didnt bother to review the reservation receipt.

The shuttle ride is everything. Parking at your facility makes the airport (a confusing stressful experience for occasional travelers) as easy as going to the grocery store. And it saves money vs. airport parking, and has options to let us decide whether parking under a roof is worth the extra expense. It so nice to be able to step out of my car and have the shuttle right there needing only to know my flight number to drop me off at just the right place. Dont worry if youre in a hurry either. The shuttle is fast! I dont think parking at the aircraft gets you to the counter any sooner. Ive probably used your lots 15 times over the years, and never had a bad experience. Thank you.

I booked a covered space online and was dropped off at my terminal by the shuttle and returned to my car that had been monitored while I was away. Easy to use, not that expensive and helpful staff who are friendly and eager to help. I’ll definitely use again.

Not picking up the phone for pickup request. 2am, had to call North parking spot for help. Not sure if pick up is coming. Might have to uber to parking spot to pick up my car.Reconsider if youre returning pretty late.

Everything is a breeze, no fuss shuttles, very courteous shuttle drivers and entrance/exit attendant. The app makes everything easier! I have used them twice now and I will continue to be a patron. Thank you!

Everything is so easy! Booking online, prepaying, getting in and out with the app & QR code. The shuttle to and from the airport is quick and with the find me feature of the app you know where to pick me up. I will never park anywhere else.

I like how the parking attendants greet me when I come through the gate, and how helpful they are to assisting me with scanning the code entering and exiting. And the drivers are really prompt from the time I arrive to the spot to the time of pickup! I appreciate that so much!

Ive been parking here since 2014 due to convience of getting in and out of the airport. Theyre pricey but it works for me.

Great experience. I did a lot in the app on my phone. The lady at the gate was really helpful and the shuttle driver was excellent.

Worst shuttle service I have ever had for them. Normally I only use parking spot for Southwest never had a problem always get picked up within five to seven minutes. I went with parking spot this time because it was $10 cheaper than the spot I normally use for DFW which is closer to DFW. I should have paid the $10 cause I had to wait 20 minutes to be picked up from my parking spot ridiculous!

I just used them for the first time this past week and I can only say great things. my wait time was nothing to go to the airport and 5 min upon arrival. both my drivers where very friendly and helpful buses where clean and service was top notch. I down loaded the app so entry and exit where seamless as well. I will be using this service often believe me. 5 stars is not enough 10/10 for me.

4 shuttles just parked in their parking lot refusing to move while the app tells me “a shuttle is coming” for more than 30 minutes now. Probably not going to get here for another 30 minutes. I used this service due good reviews but do not listen to these lies. Many staff were nice but one driver was very rude. Initially was convenient for pickup. Overall unpleasant experience. Will try a different company in future. I attached a photo for reference.

As i was unloading my luggage from my car the van pulled up and I was able to get right on and head to the airport. all the staff were nice and courteous. This made my trip so relaxing and less stressful!

It was our first time trying the parking spot and for us it’s amazing, you have the access to the parking lot easy, the access to go to the airport and the security that your car is in a safe place.

I have been currently waiting for a shuttle for over 30 minutes on a day in which the airport is very slow. Its raining, no where for my pregnant daughter or 3 year old to sit down. I woukd definitely recommend trying one of the other remote parking lots as I will be doing next time I fly.

The shuttle service is coinvent and great but, this same driver that seems to always be our driver for our last 3 trips to return us to our car has a horrible attitude. We always tip everyone and love it but she was much too old help us with our bags(and we still gave her a tip). Weve filed one complaint on the first occurrence and now a 2nd after our recent experience. Gray haired, 55 Suzie I think her name was, wanted to embarrassingly make it very clear to everyone on the on the shuttle that if we didnt hurry, shed leave us. On the shuttle she further made a spectacle about it all in further rants throughout the drive back to our car. Perhaps some find her banter amusing or pleasant but weve learned our lesson and will no longer be using this location to park our car. Though it is close and convenient for our frequent travels we will sacrifice a longer drive for a more pleasant experience with The Parking Spot. We do not fully blame the company so we will continue to use their services. My wife and I both work in separate high quality customer service businesses so it is always shameful to see these types of attitudes deemed as acceptable. We have filed a 2nd complaint and hope things get better.

Its always a pleasure dealing with the drivers both at the pickup and drop-off ...theyre friendly and very helpful however, last night was a bit frustrating due to the fact that it was taking longer for our pickup at the airport (approx 1hr) and when we called TPS South the phone rang and rang until it stopped. We attempted 2 more times with the same results. The driver for TPS North stopped twice and the gentleman said he would call TPS South to let them know we were waiting. The TPS South driver arrived and apologized profusely because he never got a call for our pickup. He got us back safely to our vehicle. It was after 1 am and when we got to the exit booth no one was there to assist. We were having a hard time getting the machine to accept our QRCode and the person in the other booth saw us but was apparently on a cell phone. The person never attempted to help. After several tries the reader finally beeped and accepted our printout confirmation and we left. We were very tired and a bit anxious to get home

I cannot recommend this company enough. We used them this past weekend for the first time and are very happy with our experience. I downloaded their app and made a reservation. They sent me an email with a scan code. When we arrived to park our car, we scanned the code that marked the time we got there. We were directed to where the next available parking spot was, so we didnt have to spend forever looking around. Literally right after we pulled into our parking spot, the shuttle stopped right behind us. We grabbed our bags and got on the shuttle. The driver was very friendly and accommodating. He gave us a card that had our parking spot on it and the number to call when we get back to have the shuttle pick us up. He dropped us off right at our gate.When we got back we called the number and the shuttle got to us in about 5 minutes after we called. We gave the driver the card we had received before and he dropped us off right at our car. We scanned the code we used to get in on our way out and were charged based on the scan times, not based on the reservation times. Parking here was almost half the price of taking an Uber one way! It is very affordable. Everyone we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The process of parking and getting to the airport was time efficient and so easy! We will definitely be using them again in the future and I recommend you do too!

Need more shuttles. Watched 4 Park n Fly shuttles and three airport parking shuttles drive by before ours got here. Then drove around for 30 min going to every other terminal. Don’t waste your time with this garbage app. Just use airport parking or Park N Fly

When traveling by air, this is my parking lot of choice. The pick-up and drop-off experience is always reliable and pleasant. With the addition of their mobile app, Im able to see where their shuttle in motion and its comforting to know were only a stop or two away. Their staff has always been professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

It was easy and convenient at DFW, and I saved 40% over the airport. I took a covered space for fear of hail storms. My flights were red-eyes but the shuttle ran 24hrs - waited less than 5 min for pick-up. Will stay again!

My friend and I used The Parking Spot South last week. We had to wait 30 min on a driver to pick us up from the airport. We called and were told just wait, they would be there. After being dropped off at our car, we tried to leave and were told they needed to see our reservation # to get out. We were never told we had to keep the reservation paper. Why would someone hold on to a piece of paper once they were already parked & payment had been made? Since we didn’t have the paper, Elaine told us we had to pay again. She said there is no way to look up our payment. There has to be a way to look up if full payment has been made.My friend paid again, as soon as we left she found the reservation paper, we turned around to get our refund. Elaine said we would have to call later and talk to Anthony because she couldn’t refund us. We called the next day, talked to Chris which was also rude. I will not ever use this service again.

I had an issue initially but the general manager of the DFW South location Chris Dugan, called me back and we resolved the issue. It was actually a great phone call and Chris and I chatted like old friends. I appreciate his professionalism very much. I will be using this location for the foreseeable future. I rarely fly out of DFW as I have always found parking and navigating extremely difficult. The Parking Spot took all of that stress out! The moment I parked, a shuttle was already there to pick me up. Awesome service all around!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and you dont have to wait long to be picked up when going to and from the airport. Its a positive start to both the beginning and end of a trip!

These guys are a great option to on airport parking. Plenty of buses and plenty of spots. The covered options are available if you dont want to leave your baby to the mercy of the elements. But in most cases the uncovered option is fine.. except during hail season here in Dallas! :-)

When I had voiced my concerns with the Spot, I was contacted right away to identify and fix the issue. WOW! In addition, the busses to and from the Spot were spotless (no pun intended)!

The Parking Spot South is very convenient to Euless Hwy 10 and Hwy 183 areas. Corporate discounts are very much appreciated. Shuttle service to and from DFW airport terminals is frequent and quick. Covered parking is a nice option when the chance of hail is possible. The Parking Spot South is more economical that using Uber or taxi.

Last week waited 1 hour for a shuttle, and right now waiting for 25 mini and counting. Called 4 times and still no show. Would not recommend at all.

Receipt and prepaid receipt not even close. $70 for 2 day covered parking? 15 1/2 hours. Prepaid $38.14. Just park at dfw express covered $14 a day. As a frequent traveler I will not use this service again.

Quick and organized driver from lot to airport. Completely different experience on pickup from airport to lot. He forgot to drop people off and then went to wrong terminal, wasted 30 minutes of time.Update:management did reach out to me to get more details

I travel every 2 weeks from DFW. I park my car at The Parking Spot South. I have received fast and friendly service every time.

Ive left may car at the terminal before but that is quite expensive. Leaving my car at the Parking Spot this trip was perfect. Very reasonably priced and covered parking too. When I went to leave I didnt have my printout with the QR code so I went into the office for help. The guy was on the phone with a customer so I waited a bit and another guy came into the office and he advised me that I could scan the code right from my phone. As I went out to my car the guy that had been on the phone came out to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service. I will definitely use the Parking Spot again!

People there were all really helpful and polite but we were left waiting on the curb of terminal D for a shuttle to show up for about an hour. We called after 40 minutes and they said theyd be right over - we waited another 10 - 15 and gave up and took a cab over to get our car. Our plane landed before 1, we cleared customs and had our bags and were waiting by 1:15, did not get to our car til 2:30. Saw the shuttle headed to the airport when we were maybe 5 minutes away from their lot in the cab. Cant recommend based on our experience.Update: The manager reached out after seeing this review to apologize and refund us the cost of the Uber. I appreciate them making it right.

Easy and so safe. QR entry/exit. Shuttle comes to you in minutes. On return they run every 10 minutes, else call with a short wait (midnight). Shuttle drivers are helpful and caring. Cool class of Customers, too.

We left early on a Wednesday morning and returned right at Midnight on Saturday. I was a little concerned about that late pick up but the app made it simple, our wait was short and the driver was friendly and most helpful. I will use TPS again and would definitely recommend to my friends.

Getting assistance with luggage is so helpful, the drivers pick you up at your car and drop you off directly in the same spot. Having a shuttle to take care of us to/from the airport so I can park my car safely nearby is stress off my mind and the rates are great compared to the airport. The drivers have all been generally very helpful, friendly and hospitable. This is now my favorite way to park when I fly.

It’s convenient and easy to use and Prices are fair. I will continue to use them when I need to travel. Only complaint is there was 0 social distancing on the buses which was a little nerve wrecking but in regards to the service they provided definitely 5 stars.

Wonderful place to park. The shuttle driver came right to our car and loaded our bags then unloaded at our stop. When we returned it only took about 10 minutes to see a shuttle for our parking lot (south side of DFW). Again the driver loaded and unloaded our bags. Thanks for the great service.

My husband and I love parking at The Parking Spot South at DFW but we’re really tired of having to wait for the shuttle to get us back to our car upon arrival at DFW. Last night we waited 45 min for the shuttle to drive to terminal E which is very close to their parking area. We called three times but it still took 45 min. When I made the reservations I was told that there might be a delay to get us to the airport because of Covid and we took that into consideration and arrived in plenty of time. However we were never told that it could be 45 min before we got a shuttle back. The time before this time when we parked there took two phone calls to finally understand where we needed to wait and then we still had to wave down one of the shuttles to get us back to the car. Good luck.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Ive tried the North and South lots and last year during COVID they were great. Now, 4 trips in a row Ive been waiting over 30 mins to get picked up. Im still waiting and may be still waiting by the time you read this review. At 12:35am and the guy just stopped for an instant to tell us he couldnt take anyone else and would have to comeback. That was after 35 mins... I guess Im going back to the hotels for parking...

Pick up and delivery to the airport was great service. However, return was not so great. 30 minutes standing in the cold night air temperatures, two full buses with there is another bus right behind me that will pick you up. I even called and the man told me that she would be there in three minutes and only had two people on the bus (complete lie as her bus was completely full too). Hire more drivers and have more buses. You knew when to expect us and you were not staffed accordingly. Not happy at all with the return service.

Took me an hour to get from my car to the airport, and they drive around until the shuttles are packed FULL. Won’t be making the mistake of parking here again

Great, safe parking, and top notch customer service. I parked here over the weekend, and managed to leave my keys on the shuttle. When I called to inquire about my keys, I was treated with kindness, by the lady that answered the phone. Julius, the shuttle driver, had taken my keys and placed them in an envelope with a note of which terminal he dropped us off at the airport. I called before my arrival back to verify again that my keys were in fact there, and Kevin made every effort to help me out even calling me back twice within 30 mins because I was about to get on the plane to come home. I don’t think I will ever park at the airport terminals ever again, with such a great company like this! Thank you for the amazing customer service!

The Parking Spot South saved the day after we attempted to park at All Covered Parking which is just a few blocks north. After getting screwed by the other business, The Parking Spot had us headed to the airport within a minute after parking.

Alway dependable and better to leave vehicles where you know it is safe

It has covered parking. The price was much less than I thought I would have to pay for private parking. There are 2 locations close enough to DFW airport, so whether you go to Terminal A in the North or Terminal E in the South, it wont be long before youre on time for check in. Also, I liked the convenience of reserving my spot online, so by the time I drove up to the entrance there was no waiting in line and I just showed the confirmation on my phone.

Parking at the Parking Spot is a wonderful ideal. You dont have to fight traffic to get there and then you dont have to remember where you park because they give you a ticket with your location when they pick you up and then when you get back all you have to do is give them the ticket and they take you straight to your vehicle and even help you with your luggage. They even have covered parking so you dont have to worry about the weather. Your car is protected if there is a hail storm and if it is raining you wont get soaked getting into your vehicle
