I called to set up an extended warranty. Paid over 300 the first month. You have 45 days to cancel legally. I cancelled the very same day because I found a better rate and coverage with endurance. Its been 4 months and they never returned my money. They are thieves. They dont follow the law because legally binding they were supposed to return my money.
I really dont want to leave Post but it popped up on my phone and so now I must leave one because of the untruthfulness and misinformation that was very untrue and incorrect, and for the unethical staff and customer service that I received from 3 out of 4 of the representatives that I spoke with. 1st Ox car care representative sold me a plan that was either diamond or platinum for $171 then transferred me to another representative (Samantha) to complete a process with agreeing to a package that was not what I agree to, which was the gold package. Samantha was trying to have me verbally agreed to a gold package and that is after Ox car care debited my card for $171 for the platinum or diamond package.Samantha told me that she would cancel my account and immediately refund my money back to me. That Did Not happen! I waited a week and my money was not refunded back into my account. I called ox car care and a rep stated that I have a gold account. He transferred me finally, after I almost begged him to transfer me to a manager. Only then, did he send me to someone who can Cancel my account and refund the full amount of my money back to me. I am pleased with the so called manager that I spoke to last and I told her about the coaching that needs to be implemented throughout the customer service department and I told her about how unethical and unprofessional the representatives are, that I spoke with prior to her. I received my refund back within a couple of days. I do not suggest when 1 bit Using this service until they implement a better customer service base. (Representatives that will be kind and courteous and not on unethical and unprofessional)
This place is a joke I clearly told them that I would not have the money in my account until that Friday this is Monday that Im talking to him and tell me why on Tuesday and Wednesday they got my card both days for 185 dollars even after I told him clearly three or four times do not charge my card until Friday because the money will not be in there untill Friday and took me a month to get it finally cancelled

Id leave no stars if it were possible. I didnt get paid until Friday, so I had asked the guy when the amount for the payment would be needed. He said not until the end of next month, so I said okay. They charge my account that day,, and made it overdraft. I spoke with the manager, and explained to her I would not have money in my checking until Friday. She wouldnt listen and kept saying I would be charged less if I paid that day and that the offer was only available that day. Then another guy got on the phone, I explain to him my account was overdrafted. So he says they would cancel the payment and that it should be back on my account by the end of that day, and only charge me $100 as the down payment on the day I get paid. I checked my account today and they charged my account the $100, but still havent given me my money back from when they overdrafted it. I try calling the customer service, and they keep sending me to the automated system, even though their site says they are available on Saturdays. Im just going to cancel the whole thing on Monday, and they better refund me all my money that day!
Just heard a commercial for this company. Its obvious that who whoever wrote it didnt consult with an automotive professional first. In case we need to get the CYLINDERS replaced???? Are you serious? I had responded to fliers and phone calls concerning getting warranty for my car. They made everything sound sogood and affordable! So, I signed up, immediately! Especially with what they had to offer for just 100.00 a month! Recently, I had started having financial problems and even though I had been with them over a year ( closer to two), faithfully paying them 100 dollars EVERY month for services I never even used! When I called and asked about cancelling and refunding me my 100.00 due to my rent being 100 dollars short, they had the nerve to tell me that I hadnt contacted them on the 30th or the 1st trying to cancel and get my refund, even though I had called and left a message and sent two emails, however, it turned out you couldnt send to that one, so I went online and posted the same information on the home page. Finally, after not ever seeing the money returned to my account, I contacted Budco by phone. The gentleman, named Cory, cancelled me and put it into his notes to have someone call me about my refund. However, The rude man I spoke with TODAY at Ox Car CARES, whose name I didnt get unfortunately, had the nerve to tell me that I didnt cancel until the 11th and if you cancel AFTER your payment has processed you cant get your money refunded! I have had payments that were fraudulent charges get posted and STILL was able to get my money back. I have never heard of such! THEN this extremely rude young man told me that this company didnt do that and that each company had their own policies. No, I am sorry Maam. I will see what I can do for you, or I will speak to my manager. Totally disrespectful. The reps I spoke with at Budco Financial are far better at doing their job. They actually made me feel as if I would like to come back AFTER I got back on my feet. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to today cancelled THATidea! So I advise anyone considering this company to not be lured in by the rates and shop around elsewhere.

I just bought a BMW, which was almost out of warranty and if anything happened to the car, I needed coverage. One of my friends referred me to Ox Car Care, so I knew they were a great service. The purchasing process was transparent and easy. The customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. Any question I had, they answered perfectly. The payment plan was affordable. Overall, everything was perfect.

If you did nothing wrong why cancel my contract that’s says it can’t be canceled in Louisiana 🤯, I have all records and recordings🛑🛑🛑oh and they lied to BBB saying I never submitted proper paperwork‼️‼️ LAWSUIT make sure you record their conversation and keep emails it will save you, because they have no morals and will say anything ‼️

I wanted an extended auto warranty because I have an older vehicle. I compared four companies to one another and chose Ox Car Care based on their ability to work with me on a down payment and overall coverage on my vehicle. Getting started was easy, all my questions were answered, and though I havent used my warranty, Im very satisfied so far. One thing I especially like is that you’re not bound to the contract, and can cancel it at any time. Plus my car is fully covered, which is great for someone, like me, who has an older vehicle.
Good customer service very cut and dry to the point answer my questions and took my payment although the website doesn’t have a place to make a payment so I had to call customer service and was given another website to go to. That part was a little frustrating but other than that I have no complaints.

I am not sure what all the complaining is here, i have called 6 warranty companies and everyone but Ox told me i was getting bumper to bumper coverage which everyone knows doesnt exist. Ox told me the actual things covered and not just say everything is covered like the 5 others i wont name here. But this company at least has some integrity, others do not.
I havent had to utilize the warranty yet, and Ill be sure to post something if the need arises, but this review is for their customer care and customer call center.You will spend a LONG time on hold, and be transferred a minimum of 2 times to get to the right person. I have been hung up on multiple times in the middle of conversations with the people it took me well over 20 minutes to reach, and they never give a courtesy call back, so then you get to jump through the hoops again waiting. In fact, I was just hung up on again now as I was writing this.If you owe them money, this company and 1 or 2 others will call demanding their payment. If you make the payment, they either wont add the note to the account, or no one bothers to read the note and you will receive calls demanding payment for the following week.THIS IS MY EDITI have taken this company from 2 stars down to 1. Money was very tight several months ago and I decided they were an expense I could not afford. Took a few quotes from different companies and they had the best deal. I used them for about a year and filed 1 claim with no issues. Unfortunately when i moved to CA and tried to use them on my next vehicle they were not able to do CA but overall it was a good experience.

They lied, once the truck was taken to the mechanics an inspector from ox car care came to look at the truck and said the issue couldn’t be covered under warranty because the truck is lifted. Although we purchased the truck like that and the representative said it would be fine. They do not give refunds! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will steal your money and don’t care to help you.

I have to give them credit where credit is due, because their customer service is excellent. I got a great price on my warranty and it has come in handy more than a few times. There were some problems with my engine and I gave what they asked for to get the oil changed. They went from there and the process wasnt difficult at all.

My husband purchased an extended warranty for my Mercedes Benz. While on the phone with the rep he asked for my mileage. I advised him that I was not in the car so I didn’t know the mileage. He said take a guess and when u get home just call us back with the right number. I absolutely forgot to check the mileage. I work and have my grandchildren. 8 months later(according to an ox car care rep) the cars engine blew. We took the car to Mercedes who contacted ox car care. The rep came out and told us the car was not covered because the mileage was lower than I quoted. Initially I called the number that had called me before and a rep stated they no longer service car care accounts (they had just found out that day) and don’t have access to their files anymore. She gave me the correct number. I called the number provided and was told again that the mileage was incorrect. said when I missed making a payment U all called to get my payment and not once did they say don’t forget about checking the mileage. They sent me a check back for $398.00 and cancelled my warranty. I paid in well over $800.00 but they only sent me back less than half of my money. When calling customer service I was told that’s all I would be getting back and my policy had been cancelled. So I ask where is the rest of my money and the rep said that’s all i am due. So they collect your money, call when it’s late, cancel at will and keep what they want!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY WITH OX CAR CARE!!!Tonya Timmons
They convinced me to cancel F- BBB RATING “CAR SHIELD” warranty I had since they have a A+ BBB rating and I did, just to find out that after I made a legit claim for unsafe high speed decelerating problems (transmission valve) with my 2012 Altima, it wouldn’t be covered. Had to wait 3 days for a response and afterwards was stuck with diagnostics, other work and rental fees also not covered by them as promised in initial call... Another SCAM company with a skeptical A+ rating... STAY AWAY so you don’t waste your time dealing with them and save yourself a headache...
Took out a policy, they offered to cover 1/3 of the cost of the transmission which was covered I was assured. Turns out only certain parts are covered. Dont waste your money here. Shame on you Ox for preying on the elder and people without a mechanics degree. When you say transmission you would expect it to mean transmission, right? Stop calling me from local area codes as well!

Buying an extended auto warranty from Ox Car Care was one of the smartest decisions I have ever made. I’m an old lady on a fixed income and I have a 2002 vehicle. The people at Ox Car Care were very helpful and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and customized my plan. I had to file a claim with Ox Car Care when my engine blew up and the process with extremely stress free and easy. I took my car into the mechanic of my choice and Ox Car Care did the rest! I will be recommending Ox Car Care to everyone.

I was having a lot of trouble finding affordable coverage for my 2010 Ford Taurus. I found Ox Car Care online and I spoke to a rep right away. They were extremely helpful, patient and answered all my questions. They also made it easy to understand what was covered. They worked with me on a good monthly payment and the coverage was more than I expected. Really happy and I will be recommending to friends and family.

I wanted an extended auto warranty on my vehicle since I didnt purchase a new Honda. I decided to go with OX Car Care and so far, my extended auto warranty has been great! Ive had to file several claims with them and every person I have spoke with has helped me through the process. All my claims have been paid and my car is back on the road. Ox Car Care has been extremely reliable and I am so happy I chose to have an extended auto warranty with them. They worked with me on a low monthly payments and I have great coverage for my car.
The only thing Ox was good at was talking me into trying them. I canceled because I never received the agreement forms and have been trying for months to get my refund. Get passed around, told this person is not in today, this person is not at their desk and will call me back, and guess what? No call. Will see what legal means are avaliable to me now.

I purchased a vehicle and Ox Car Care offered me an extended warranty contract. It was great interacting with the manager and he was very personable. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information. He also pointed out any number that I would have to call if I needed to. This is the first warranty that I’ve used and it was a great experience. I was having issues with the drive shaft in my car and the U-joint. My car was vibrating, so I needed that repaired. I called Ox Car Care and asked what the process was. They said I needed to find a place to get my car fixed and that once I got an estimate, the company would reach out to them. Ox Car Care took care of my car issues and Im very pleased with how easy the process went. I will recommend them to all friends and family!

Customer service answered all of my questions. The sales representative was absolutely informative and compassionate to whatever it was I needed. Considering the fact that I am a senior citizen and have a lot of things I was concerned about, he answered everything perfectly.

Anyone else notice the only 5 star reviews are from people with only 1 review?Anyhow, after being harrassed literally 15x a day by these guys I finally got them to send me the policy sample. Keep in mind i was looking for insurance quotes but they called me immediately after. First off im told this was similar to a dealership warranty which is false. These arent even exclusionary policies. My brothers a mechanic and he pointed out that even the highest level of coverage only covers about half the parts on the main components such as the engine and transmission. Niow that i turned down their offer the calls continue to come in a few times a day.

All I had to do was contact customer service and send in my cancelation letter and within 3 days I was refunded my money. I had over 100,000 miles on my vehicle, so it was time to get something to protect myself against major repairs. I chose Ox Car Care for my truck. Their customer service have always been extremely helpful. They sent a book that easily explained everything they protected, to me. I had a claim for a top end cylinder for my truck, and the mechanic was able to take care of the claim. With Ox Car Care, it feels better to know that if something goes wrong they will be here to help me!

Ox Car Care is simply amazing. I purchased a warranty plan from them and just three weeks later my AC broke down. Ox Car Care fixed my repairs with no questions asked! It was truly a burden taken off my shoulders. Ox Car Care has had fantastic customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto warranty company that puts the customer first and makes fixing your car stress free!
I was referred here by a friend and decided to sign up for an extended auto warranty. I have a 2008 Honda Civic. Customer service was extremely helpful and quick. I thought I was going to be on hold for awhile and the process was very fast. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure I didnt have any unanswered questions. Unfortunately, I had to cancel just a month after beginning my policy because I decided to buy a new Honda. After sending in my cancelation letter, I was refunded my money back in just 3 days. I am very impressed with every service Ox Car Care has to offer and I will definitely be back once my new car is in need of an extended warranty.

I just purchased my second extended warranty from Ox Car Care because I had such a great experience the first time. My BMW was constantly in the shop and Oc Car Care paid the dealership directly for every repair. Even my service advisor was impressed with the efficiency of the payment process. Ive since recommended them to all my friends and family.
We purchased a used Cadillac from a Honda dealership and we needed an extended warranty. We talked to an Ox Car Care rep and he gave us a policy that could fit our budget and pointed out the value of having the contract. He was very helpful to us and I was very impressed so we purchased a service contract from them. So far, Im very satisfied. Once, I took the car to get a tune-up and the people at the Honda dealership told us that something was wrong with the timing belt. We bought the car to a Cadillac dealer and Ox Car Care took care of the rest! They made everything so simple and easy. Thanks Ox Car Care!
My warranty on my vehicle had ended and I choose an extended warranty with Ox Car Care. I’ve been with them for two years and my experience with them has been amazing. The transmission on my car went out and I was shocked to know how expensive the repair could have been without Ox Car Care paying for my entire claim. I’m really satisfied with Ox Car Care and I have been recommending them to people. I’m still driving my car and I want my warranty with them to keep going.
This company has been calling me for months trying to Sell me an extended warranty on my vehicle. Ive asked several times to be removed from their list.I did however sit through the description of the coverage theyre offering. The total cost was almost $4,000 when you add up the monthly payments. They also WAY overestimated the repair costs of several repairs to use as examples. When I told the lady this she got mad at me and hung up on me.Numbers are disguised as local phone numbers and when you try to call the number back it just goes to a generic welcome to Verizon wireless, your call cannot be completed as dialed.I had to actually get a representative to tell me the name and location of the company so I could look it up on Google and call it back and talk to someone in the office who supposedly took my number off their list. Only time will tell.I also noticed that the owner responds to several of these comments. I would love to have a discussion with him concerning how they got my information.
I had a 2007 Jeep and almost a month into buying an extended auto warranty from Ox Car Care, I decided to turn in my vehicle for a 2019 Audi. After contacting customer service and sending in my cancelation letter I was refunded my money within 3 business days. They did not give me a hard time at all and were completely understanding. This company keeps calling me from different area codes saying that they are trying to reach me for a quote i requested online. I have never asked for a quote online for this company. They call me 2 to 3 times a week. I have reported this company for the unwanted harassment calls. Yet they just called me again. I block each number they call me from but they continue to use other numbers. Total scam company. Stay away!
This company is horrible! They do not follow through, when you cancel your policy, they try putting you off to get your money back from them. The receptionist is ignorant and doesnt even know basic math skills!! So, we continue to call...which pisses them off! They have no problem taking money out of your account, but they have every excuse in the book as to why they cant put it back in a timely manner. It is getting very sickening having to deal with these no good for nothing companies!!!***Update. Our 31 business day wait was over yesterday, still no refund! We were supposed to hear back from Brittany by the close of business yesterday, but she didnt call! I spoke to Gia today, who spoke over me instead of listening to me, and she had yet another excuse as to why we didnt get the refund. I called back to speak to the owner, was left on hold for more than 20 minutes, then told he has stepped out for lunch! Of course he has...I will continue to call this company until I am able to speak to the owner...
I bought an extended warranty from Ox Car Care for my 2006 Honda Civic. After deciding to buy a new car, I had to cancel my policy just 3 weeks into purchasing it. I do not normally write reviews, but this company made the cancellation process so easy I had to let everyone know how simple they made this process for me. I sent in my cancelation letter and within 3 days I was refunded my money. Once my new car is no longer under warranty I will definitely be using Ox Car Care again.
I chose to get an extended auto warranty for my used Tiguan Volkswagen 2009 with Ox Car Care. Im extremely satisfied with the service Ive been provided during the troubles Ive been having. Everyone Ive talked to on the phone has been on top of everything and has really helped me out. The few issues I have had with my vehicle, Ox Car Care, has been there and I feel blessed to have them on my side. Its a good thing that I took advantage of getting my warranty when I had the opportunity!
I was a little hesitant to leave my current extended auto warranty that I have had with my dealership for the last 7 years. I came across OX Car Care online and was immediately contacted. Everything was clearly explained out as to what would be covered and what to expect. They gave me great options including much lower prices and more coverage then the current one I was in. A few months later, I was having coolant system issues. I took it into a mechanic I trusted and Ox Car Care took care of my repairs. I am so grateful I switched! The low monthly payments for the plan make it easy to handle and they saved me a fortune out of pocket for my repairs! Thanks Ox!

This company is super aggressive!! They call from different area codes and will not give you time to discuss your finances with your famiy. Ive aske them NOT to call back and im deciding on another company, but they still call 3 times a day. They are in California but has called me from my states area codes to trick me. I am NOT feeling comfortable giving this business my personal information and banking information!
Called for a quote, gave me an outrageous price. Advised NOT INTERESTED!!! Now they continue to call and harass me. 18 calls in 5 days. Now they have started sending emails to harass me!!!! FAKES STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
Horrible company customer care are very rude cI cancel my contract and was sent a refund but never received it and its been months always the same excuse a check was sent out back to back to back never got it.

These people, and Palmer, the parent company, are scammers. Paid out $409. Totaled car so canceled policy. My prorated refund was $16. Incredibly rude people. Filed a complaint with the Attorney General.
I contacted OX CAR CARE to cancel my vehicle service agreement on May 16 2019. OX CAR CARE charged $195 down payment which is fully refundable when cancelled within 30 days which I did. I called to cancel the policy but been told to sent the cancellation letter which I mailed on May 22. I called several times over the last two months but didnt received my refund yet. One time I call the representative said I will receive by the end of June. Called again since then and every time I call either they are on lunch or I have been told they are busy and some one will call later. No body did called back. They are just giving me a run around.I will not give them any star if Google let me file the complaint.
