Ive been a State Farm customer for over 22 years using Life, Auto, Home, and Renters insurance. I moved to Irvine, California in 2015 and have needed quite a few insurance services/products to match this major life change. I reached out to local agent Scott Stevens and have enjoyed different services. Scott (and Scotts team) are great communicators, highly responsive and efficient at assisting me with quotes, claims, and maintaining my various policies.Some of my best experiences have come from annually needing proof of coverage to meet my rental lease requirements for The Irvine Company. On average, I have been able to call or email and have proof of coverage in less than an hour (same day!).In 2018 I had a small fender-bender in a local cvs parking lot. While I dread insurance claims process, Scotts team helped me and another driver through the process with ease. Im a safe driver, but accidents happen. It was nice to quickly get life back to normal and not be punished for one small claim.Finally, I recently had an offer accepted on a home and am navigating the escrow closing process (including getting insurance for my home). I am really happy to have Scott Stevens on my team for the expertise needed for real estate insurance requirements set forth by my Lender.

Ive been with Sate Farm since 1999. They insure all of my cars and properties in the last 19 years when I moved across different state sin the U.S.. When I moved back to California in 2012, I signed up with Scott Stevens State Farm Agency in Irvine, California, and have been happy with the prompt response and services provided by all the staff in this office. I recently unfortunately had a bad car accident caused by a hit-and-run vehicle. The State Farm Claims department has been very efficient and responsive in handling my claim. Scotts office further assisted me with securing an auto loan with my next new vehicle. While Ive always used the car companies to finance my new car purchase, through this experience I discovered that State Farm bank offers more competitive interest rates than the car companies, and they include the Gap insurance in all the loans, which the dealers charge $800 to $900. There was no haggle or unnecessary bargaining, the entire loan application took 20 minutes to approve. I could not have been happier and it really means a lot to me to have State Farm as my insurance carrier, when unexpected events happen in life.
